背景技术
开头部分所述的装置由WO2010/039845A2已知。在此文献中,在变速杆上设有多个致动致动钮,所述致动钮能另外用于启动驱动机或用于致动驻车制动器。
GB 2 460 659 A公开了一种用于车辆的操纵杆,该操纵杆能在多个位置之间移位。在该操纵杆上设有多个切换装置,这些切换装置特别是被分派给不同的机动车功能。
US 2 722 578A公开了一种用于起动机动车驱动机的致动钮。其可以设置在一与转向柱相连接的切换杆上。
WO 2009/018823A1公开了一种用于选择变速器档位的致动装置,其中,在一档位选择元件上设有用于激活驻车制动器的致动元件。
由DE 11 2007 002 128 T5已知了一种这样的装置。该装置具有变速杆/换档杆,即用于控制机动车的变速器的操纵元件,此外该变速杆具有用于激活或去激活变速杆的功能操纵的驻车装置。
现代机动车的一个大问题在于大量不同的操纵元件,这些操纵元件布置在机动车的内部空间中以便操纵机动车的不同的功能。这样导致了可观的空间消耗以及导致在大多数情况下很难操纵单个功能,因为操纵元件的布置通常是没有逻辑的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,实现一种用于操纵机动车的功能的装置,当操纵元件在机动车内部的分布方面出现上述问题时所述装置提供帮助。
根据本发明,该目的通过一种用于操纵机动车的功能的装置实现,所述装置具有用于控制所述机动车的变速器的操纵元件,其中,在所述操纵元件上设有用于致动和/或释放所述机动车的驻车制动器的切换元件,所述切换元件根据所述驻车制动器是被致动还是被释放而处于不同的位置中,在所述切换元件的与所述驻车制动器的被致动状态相对应的位置中,所述切换元件的一部分位于所述操纵元件外部,其中,所述切换元件具有标记,所述标记在所述切换元件的与所述驻车制动器的被致动状态相对应的位置中位于所述操纵元件外部的可见位置中。
通过根据本发明将用于致动和释放机动车驻车制动器的切换元件布置在用于控制变速器的操纵元件上实现了对用于控制机动车的最重要的行驶功能的操纵元件的汇集/集聚。因为驾驶员总归在起步和停放机动车时都必须操纵用于控制变速器的操纵元件,所以用于致动和释放驻车制动器的切换元件在正是该操纵元件上的布置对驾驶员来说表现为能极简单地在停放机动车的同时也操纵驻车制动器。
应该看到,本发明的另一个优点在于,用于致动和释放驻车制动器的切换元件不占用额外的结构空间,这是因为通常在用于控制变速器的操纵元件上没有额外的开关等,从而可以容易地利用该位置。通过把用于致动和/或释放驻车制动器的切换元件布置在用于控制变速器的操纵元件上而在中控台中空出的位置可以被其它的结构部件更好地利用,例如像杯架等。
为了给驾驶员在驻车制动器的操纵状态方面提供可见的/光学上的指示,在本发明的极有利的改进方案中可以设计为,切换元件根据驻车制动器是被致动还是被释放而处于不同的位置中。

具体实施方式
图1示出用于操纵机动车的不同功能的装置1,所述机动车具有用于控制机动车的未示出的变速器的操纵元件2。为了选择出在本实施例情况下为四个的单个的以“P”、“R”、“N”和“D”表示的变速器的变速档位,使也可以称为变速档位选择元件或变速杆的操纵元件2以本身已知的方式沿机动车的以“x”表示的纵向方向移动。在示出的实施例中,在选择变速档位后操纵元件2又移动返回到中间位置中。即该操纵元件是所谓的单稳态的操纵元件2。然而,在未示出的实施方案中也可以设计为,操纵元件2能够以本身已知的方式在换档叉轴拨块凹槽或变速肘杆内移动。在这种情况下各个档位的选择可以通过机动车的转向盘上未示出的杆件进行,或者在操纵元件2的相应的实施方案中也可以通过操纵元件2本身进行。
在示出的实施例中,操纵元件2不与变速器机械连接,优选涉及所谓的线控(换档)变速器。在操纵元件2的侧面区域中安置有指示器3,在该指示器中指示出变速器的各个挂入的变速档位。替代地,用于变速档位的指示器3也可以设置在操纵元件2的上侧上和/或设置在未示出的仪表盘的内部的指示装置中。原则上,操纵元件2也可以是手动换档变速器的变速杆/档位选择控制杆。
在操纵元件2的上部区域中设置有用于致动和/或释放机动车的驻车制动器、尤其是电子驻车制动器的切换元件4。在图1中,切换元件4处于第一状态,在该第一状态中驻车制动器是被释放的。切换元件4中的空腔5用于抓住该切换元件并使该切换元件4容易操纵,在操纵时切换元件4被侧向向外地沿着箭头“y”的方向推压。
图2示出处于第二状态的、用于致动和/或释放驻车制动器的切换元件4,在该第二状态中致动驻车制动器。可以看到,处于使驻车制动器被致动的状态中的切换元件4与处于驻车制动器的未被致动的状态中的切换元件4的位置不同,也就是说,在这两个位置之间切换元件4的机械布置存在差别。此外,由图2得知,在切换元件4的与驻车制动器被致动的状态相对应的位置中,切换元件4的一部分位于操纵元件2外部,由此对机动车的乘员发出可视的信号,即驻车制动器是致动的且机动车未准备好行驶。此外,切换元件4具有至少一个——在本实施例中是两个——特别是彩色的标记6,在切换元件4的与驻车制动器的致动状态相对应的位置中所述标记位于操纵元件2外部的可见的位置中。与此相对地,在根据图1的位置中的标记6不能从外部看到。标记6由此增强了切换元件4的致动状态的上述可视的信号。为了释放驻车制动器,切换元件4又被向内压回到根据图1的第一状态中。
像从图3可以看到的那样,装置1的操纵元件2具有一在本实施例中布置在该操纵元件2的侧向区域中的、用于触发换档功能的按键7,在借助于操纵元件2选择变速档位之前必须操纵该按键。只有在该操纵之后才能利用操纵元件2选择变速档位。必要时,也可以放弃按键7。
在装置1的操纵元件2中集成有用于使机动车的驱动设备起动和/或停机的另一切换元件8,该切换元件8的功能可以通过本身已知的方式执行。因此,有利的是所有对于操纵机动车最重要行驶功能所必须或所应用的操纵开关彼此接近,由此一方面便于操纵,另一方面在布置该装置1的中控台9区域中提供更多的空间。在装置1的一未示出的实施方案中,可以放弃这两个切换元件之一4或8。
图4示出装置1的一替代实施方案,其中用于控制变速器的操纵元件2设计为把手/扶手形式。在这种情况下用于触发换档功能的按键7位于操纵元件2的朝向驾驶员的一侧上。在按键7下方布置有用于使机动车的驱动设备起动和/或停机的切换元件8。用于致动和/或释放驻车制动器的切换元件4位于相对的一侧上且以与参考图1至3描述的实施方案类似的方式被操纵。
在本发明的一特别是用于电动车的有利实施方案中,借助于操纵元件2对用于“驻车”的变速档位“P”的选择会引起,自动操纵用于致动和/或释放驻车制动器的切换元件4并自动使机动车的驱动设备停机。由此避免了驱动设备的例如由于短路造成的不期望的起动。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于操纵机动车的功能的装置,所述装置具有用于控制所述机动车的变速器的操纵元件,其中,在所述操纵元件(2)上设有用于致动和/或释放所述机动车的驻车制动器的切换元件(4)
所述切换元件(4)根据所述驻车制动器是被致动还是被释放而处于不同的位置中,
在所述切换元件(4)的与所述驻车制动器的被致动状态相对应的位置中,所述切换元件(4)的一部分位于所述操纵元件(2)外部,
其特征在于,所述切换元件(4)具有标记(6),所述标记在所述切换元件(4)的与所述驻车制动器的被致动状态相对应的位置中位于所述操纵元件(2)外部的可见位置中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,用于致动和/或释放驻车制动器的所述切换元件(4)具有空腔(5),所述空腔(5)用于作用到所述切换元件(4)中并且用于使所述切换元件(4)相对于所述操纵元件(2)移动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述操纵元件(2)上设有用于使所述机动车的驱动设备起动和/或停机的切换元件(8)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述操纵元件(2)不与所述变速器机械连接。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述操纵元件(2)构造成,使所述操纵元件在操纵出不同的控制位置之后返回到中间位置。
