总的来说,本发明提供了一种用于电子设备的存储卡,根据从启用无线的远程设备无线地接收的指令来控制该电子设备。
根据第一示例性的方面,提供了一种用于电子设备的存储卡,该电子设备具有嵌入式处理器,其能向电子设备的外部输出数字数据,该存储卡包括:
无线模块;以及
中央处理器,其配置为根据通过无线模块从启用无线的远程设备无线地接收的指令,控制该电子设备的嵌入式处理器。
根据另一示例性方面,提供了一种启用无线的设备,用于控制具有上述存储卡和能够独立向远程电子设备的外部输出数字数据的嵌入式处理器的远程电子设备,该启用无线的设备被配置为向远程电子设备无线地发送指令以根据指令控制远程电子设备。

具体实施方式
图1示出可操作地连接到电子设备101的存储卡103的框图。电子设备101可以是数字相机或数字录像机。通过存储卡103,电子设备101能被启用无线的远程设备105无线控制。启用无线的远程设备105可以是启用电信的设备,例如移动电话或是车载导航系统。可替代的,可以是膝上型电脑、笔记本电脑、PDA、数字日记等等。特别地,存储卡103根据从启用无线的远程设备105无线接收的指令来控制电子设备101。使用的无线协议可以是任何合适的无线协议,例如,蓝牙以及Wi-Fi。仅有的要求是存储卡103和启用无线的远程设备105使用相同的协议。
图2示出存储卡103的框图,其具有中央处理器201。该存储卡103还具有存储模块203,卡接口205以及无线模块207,它们都可操作地连接到中央处理器201。无线模块207被配置有各种无线标准,例如Wi-Fi、蓝牙等等。

图4示出启用无线的远程设备105的框图,其具有处理器401,例如键盘或触摸屏之类的控件403,显示器405以及无线模块407。类似于存储卡103,启用无线的远程设备105的无线模块407以各种无线标准操作,例如Wi-Fi、蓝牙等等。

可选的,在启用无线的远程设备105上的控件403也能用于控制图像传感器305在三维空间中的位置(从而,控制在启用无线的远程设备105上显示的实时视图),只要电子设备101的图像传感器305具有用于在不同轴上移动的内建机构。

如果子菜单项1被选择517,指令通过启用无线的远程设备105的处理器401和相应的无线模块207、407立即传送到存储卡103的中央处理器201。相应的,中央处理器201指示电子设备101的图像传感器305捕捉图像。尽管在子菜单项1的选择和图像捕捉之间存在微小的时间延迟,但是该时间延迟不会很明显。
有利地,想自拍或者给一群朋友拍照的用户能够通过启用无线的远程设备105上的控件403方便地这样做,而不需要请求第三方代替自己来操作电子设备101或者依赖延时功能(如果有的话)。此外,用户还能确保照片被合理地拍好,因为他在拍照时能在启用无线的远程设备105的显示器405上查看实时视图。
在图像被捕捉并且存储在存储卡103的存储模块203中之后,中央处理器201接着通过无线模块207,407无线发送第三索引图像文件到启用无线的远程设备105用于显示。类似于先前的索引图像文件,该第三索引图像文件同样包括一个或子菜单项。一个或多个子菜单项中的每一个都是在索引图像文件中的单独图像并且能够包括例如:

如果子菜单项1A通过启用无线的远程设备105的控件403被选择605,所捕捉图像的名称能够通过启用无线的远程设备105的字母数字控件403进行输入,并且被无线地发送到存储卡103的中央处理器201。可以理解,这通过启用无线的远程设备105的处理器401和相应的无线模块207、407来实现。
通过拍摄图像后就马上输入图像名,用户能够更方便地基于图像的设置(例如相关的日期、时间和地点)提供合适的名称,而不必在以后回忆这些设置。
如果子菜单项1B被选择607,文本数据将通过启用无线的远程设备105的字母数字控件403被输入,并且无线地发送给存储卡103以在所捕捉的图像上创建相同的文本数据。
通过在图像上添加相关的文本数据,用户能有利地确保以后在他访问那些图像时能回忆起和图像相关的难忘事件。
如果子菜单项1C被选择609,并且如果该启用无线的远程设备105是启用电信的设备,例如移动电话或GPS导航系统,例如GPS数据之类的位置数据被无线发送给存储卡103。可选的,从存储卡103接收这些图像的个人计算机能具有相关的软件来处理GPS数据从而提供被捕捉的图像的位置。这将和例如谷歌地图(Google Maps)之类的系统相结合以给出和位置相关的标题。通过这样的方式,能给出标题(例如罗浮宫)而不是坐标。

如果菜单项2被选择502,存储卡103的中央处理器201将存储模块203中存储的图像的缩略版本无线传输到启用无线的远程设备105用于显示。
当通过启用无线的远程设备105的控件403选择了504某个缩略图时,存储卡103的中央处理器201相应地通过启用无线的远程设备105的处理器401和相应的无线模块207,407被通知。然后,中央处理器201无线地发送506第二索引图像文件给启用无线的远程设备105用于显示。该第二索引图像文件包括一个或多个子菜单项用于远程控制存储卡103。一个或多个子菜单项中的每一个都是在第二索引图像文件中的单独图像并且能够包括例如:

启用无线的远程设备105上的控件403还用于选择508需要的子菜单项,并且基于此,处理器401指示无线模块407通过存储卡的无线模块207通知存储卡103的中央处理器201所选的菜单项。由于索引图像文件中的每个子菜单项都具有唯一的图像标识符,存储卡103的处理器201还识别510所选的子菜单项以根据所选的子菜单项控制电子设备101。
如果子菜单项1使用启用无线的远程设备105的控件403而被选择512,存储卡105的中央处理器201相应地指示无线模块207扫描附近的具有和存储卡103相同或类似于存储卡103的存储卡的远程电子设备。如果一个或多个这样的远程电子设备被选择701,中央处理器201则收集703所检测到的远程电子设备中的存储卡的相应识别符。中央处理器201随后无线发送这些识别符到启用无线的远程设备105用于显示。这些检测到的识别符中的每一个应该是唯一的,以便用于识别705。通过经由启用无线的远程设备105的控件403来选择特定存储卡的识别符,用户能够远程地控制存储卡103以将图像(对应于在启用无线的远程设备105上的被选的缩略图)直接无线传送707给具有所选存储卡的远程电子设备。
启用无线的远程设备105和存储卡103之间的通信被中止709,从而启用无线的远程设备105恢复它的原始功能。
可选的,启用无线的远程设备105能被用于为附近的存储卡103输入合适的标识符,该存储卡在电子设备101中使用。标识符能够使用启用无线的远程设备105的字母数字控件403进行输入并且通过处理器401和相应的无线模块207、407被无线发送到附近的存储卡103的中央处理器201。
通过使用启用无线的远程设备105的控件403选择702子菜单项2,启用无线的远程设备105能选择性地控制存储卡103的中央处理器201以指示无线模块207检测接入点的可用性。一旦检测到可用的接入点,无线模块207接着建立和那个接入点的通信。
如果超过一个的可用接入点被检测到704,中央处理器201再次收集可用接入点的相应识别符(SSIDs)并且将这些识别符(SSIDs)无线发送到启用无线的远程设备105用于显示。可用接入点的这些检测到的ID中的每一个都具有自己的唯一识别符用于识别706。通过使用启用无线的远程设备105的控件403选择特定的接入点SSID,用户因此能够远程控制存储卡103以指示无线模块207建立和选择的接入点的通信。
一旦无线模块207和所选接入点之间的通信被建立,对应于启用无线的远程设备105上的所选缩略图的图像从存储卡103被无线发送708到一个或多个预定的网站或服务器。通过可操作地连接存储卡103和计算机,并且使用计算机进入网站或服务器的相关细节,可以登陆一个或多个预定网站或服务器。可替代的,启用无线的远程设备105也能被用于通过使用控件403并且无线发送输入的细节到存储卡103的中央处理器,录入预定网站或服务器的相关细节。
可选的,当附近不存在用于来自于存储卡103的图像的直接无线传输的远程电子设备时,中央处理器201可以自动检测接入点的可用性,。
一旦从存储卡103到远程电子设备或预定的网站/服务器的图像传输完成,存储卡103的中央处理器201通过相应的无线模块207、407发送确认信号给启用无线的远程设备105的处理器401。处理器401接着通过显示器405或者通过例如振动器或扬声器之类的其他任何可用装置,向启用无线的远程设备105本地的用户指示图像的传输状态。
启用无线的远程设备105和存储卡103之间的通信被中止709,从而启用无线的远程设备105恢复它的原始功能。
其他的实施例也能被设想到而不背离本发明的范围和精神。例如,各种索引图像文件,其中的每一个都包括可存储在启用无线的远程设备105中的多个菜单和子菜单项。通过这种方式,存储卡103的中央处理器201不需要无线发送这些各种索引图像文件到启用无线的远程设备105。电子设备101也能具有用于记录实时音频数据的音频传感器,其代替用于记录实时图像和/或视频数据的图像传感器305。此外,启用无线的远程设备105也能被用于基于上述的原理将电子设备101通电或断电。
Claims (28)
1.一种用于电子设备的存储卡,所述电子设备具有能向所述电子设备的外部输出数字数据的嵌入式处理器,所述存储卡包括:
无线模块;以及
中央处理器,配置为根据通过所述无线模块从启用无线的远程设备无线地接收的指令,控制该电子设备的嵌入式处理器。
2.如权利要求1所述的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为从所述电子设备的所述嵌入式处理器请求图像传感器的实时视图,并且通过所述无线模块将所述实时视图向前无线地传送给所述启用无线的远程设备。
3.如权利要求2所述的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为通过所述电子设备的所述嵌入式处理器指示所述图像传感器在三维空间中移动。
4.如权利要求2或3的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为通过所述电子设备的所述嵌入式处理器控制所述图像传感器。
5.如权利要求4所述的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为通过所述无线模块从所述启用无线的远程设备无线地接收位置和/或文本数据,所述位置和/或文本数据和所述图像传感器捕捉的图像相关联。
6.如前述任一项权利要求所述的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为通过所述无线模块将存储在所述存储卡中的图像的缩略版本无线地传输到所述启用无线的远程设备用于显示。
7.如权利要求6所述的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为在所述启用无线的远程设备上显示的图像的相应缩略版本被选择时,通过所述无线模块将图像从所述存储卡直接无线地传输到远程电子设备。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为检测接入点的可用性,并且在检测到可用的接入点时,建立所述无线模块和所述接入点之间的通信。
9.如权利要求8所述的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为当不存在用于来自于所述存储卡的图像的直接无线传输的远程电子设备时,自动检测接入点的可用性。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为当检测到多个可用接入点时,通过所述无线模块将多个可用接入点的相关ID无线地传送给所述启用无线的远程设备用于显示。
11.如权利要求10所述的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为当所述启用无线的远程设备上显示的多个可用接入点中之一的相应标识符被选择时,指示所述无线模块和所述接入点建立通信。
12.如权利要求8或11所述的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为当所述无线模块和接入点之间的通信被建立时,通过所述无线模块和接入点将图像从所述存储卡无线地传送到预定的网站或服务器,所述图像对应于在所述启用无线的远程设备上显示的被选的缩略图。
13.如权利要求7或12所述的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为当从所述存储卡到远程电子设备或预定的网站或服务器的图像传输完成时,发送确认信号给所述启用无线的远程设备。
14.如前述任一项权利要求所述的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为通过所述无线模块无线地发送索引图像文件到所述启用无线的远程设备用于显示,所述索引图像文件包括多个菜单项。
15.如权利要求14所述的存储卡,其特征在于,所述中央处理器被配置为当在所述启用无线的远程设备上显示的多个菜单项中之一被选择时,执行从下面的组里选择的功能:
i)从电子设备的嵌入式处理器请求图像传感器的实时视图,并且通过所述无线模块将所述实时视图向前无线地传送给所述启用无线的远程设备;以及
ii)通过所述无线模块将存储在所述存储卡中的图像的缩略版本无线地传送给所述启用无线的远程设备用于显示。
16.一种用于控制远程电子设备的启用无线的设备,所述远程电子设备具有上述任一项权利要求所述的存储卡,以及能够独立向所述远程电子设备的外部输出数字数据的嵌入式处理器,所述启用无线的设备被配置为无线地发送指令给所述远程电子设备从而根据指令控制所述远程电子设备。
17.如权利要求16所述的启用无线的设备,其特征在于,所述启用无线的设备是启用电信的设备和/或导航系统。
18.一种用于控制电子设备的方法,所述电子设备具有如权利要求1-15中任一项所述的存储卡和能够独立向所述电子设备的外部输出数字数据的嵌入式处理器,所述方法包括:
所述存储卡从启用无线的远程设备通过无线模块无线地接收指令,以及
所述存储卡根据所接收的指令来控制所述电子设备。
19.如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述存储卡控制电子设备包括所述存储卡的中央处理器从所述电子设备的嵌入式处理器请求图像传感器的实时视图,并且通过无线模块将所述实时视图向前无线地传送给所述启用无线的远程设备用于显示。
20.如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述中央处理器控制嵌入式处理器包括所述中央处理器指示所述图像传感器在三维空间中移动。
21.如权利要求19或20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述中央处理器控制嵌入式处理器包括所述中央处理器指示所述图像传感器捕捉图像以存储在所述存储卡中。
22.如权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括从以下组中选择的至少一个:
所述存储卡从所述启用无线的远程设备无线地接收位置数据,所述位置数据和电子设备捕捉的图像相关联;以及
所述存储卡从所述启用无线的远程设备无线地接收文本数据,所述文本数据和电子设备捕捉的图像相关联。
23.如权利要求18-22中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括从以下组中选择的至少一个:
所述存储卡将存储在所述存储卡中的图像的缩略版本无线地传输到所述启用无线的远程设备用于显示;
在所述启用无线的远程设备上显示的图像的相应缩略版本被选择时,所述存储卡将图像从所述存储卡直接无线地传输到远程电子设备;以及
所述存储卡检测接入点的可用性,并且在检测到可用的接入点时,建立无线模块和接入点之间的通信。
24.如权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,当不存在用于来自存储卡的图像的直接无线传输的远程电子设备时,所述存储卡检测接入点的可用性的步骤是自动的。
25.如权利要求23或24所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括从下列组里选择的至少一个:
当检测到多个无线接入点时,所述存储卡通过无线模块将多个可用接入点的相关ID无线地传送到所述启用无线的远程设备以显示在所述启用无线的远程设备的屏幕上;
当在所述启用无线的远程设备上显示的多个可用接入点中之一的相应标识符被选择时,所述存储卡和所述接入点建立通信;
当无线模块和接入点之间的通信被建立时,所述存储卡通过无线模块和所述接入点将图像从所述存储卡无线地传送到预定的网站或服务器,所述图像对应于在所述启用无线的远程设备的屏幕上显示的被选的缩略图;
当从所述存储卡到远程电子设备或预定的网站或服务器的图像传输完成时,所述存储卡发送确认信号给所述启用无线的远程设备;以及
所述存储卡发送索引图像文件到所述启用无线的远程设备用于显示,所述索引图像文件包括多个菜单项。
26.如权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,当在所述启用无线的远程设备的屏幕上显示的多个菜单项中之一被选择时,所述方法进一步包括从下面的组里选择的至少一个:
i)所述存储卡的中央处理器从电子设备的嵌入式处理器请求图像传感器的实时视图,并且通过无线模块将所述实时视图向前无线地传送给所述启用无线的远程设备用于显示;以及
ii)所述存储卡的中央处理器通过无线模块将存储在所述存储卡中的图像的缩略版本无线地传送给所述启用无线的远程设备用于显示。
27.一种电子设备包括:
如权利要求1-15中任一项所述的存储卡;以及
能独立地向所述电子设备的外部输出数字数据的嵌入式处理器。
28.如权利要求27所述的电子设备,其特征在于,还包括用于捕捉实时视图的图像传感器。
