Abstract

在制造期间，曲线凹部优选为模制在基部中。它们作用为促进中部脚部的区域中的聚氨酯材料流，同时有助于最大限度地减少由空气阻滞留引起的空穴。脚弓区域中的曲线凹部还允许脚弓区域下塌以匹配鞋，从而提供了更适合的设计。
可通过敞开倾倒模制工艺来完成鞋垫生产。该工艺由将混合的聚氨酯倾倒到敞开的模具中构成。一旦倾倒到模具中，聚氨酯混合物将膨胀来填充腔体。一旦固化，就从模具除去基部鞋垫。前部脚部缓冲部和脚跟缓冲部(如果使用)可通过粘合剂固定到凹部上，或在聚乙烯倾倒操作期间可固定到适当位置上。织物上出现的连结剂将连结到前部脚部缓冲部或脚跟缓冲部上。
举例来说，向人的9号尺寸的鞋垫给予了大致的大小。鞋垫的长度和宽度为28.1cm(11.063英寸)和9.7cm(3.813英寸)。长度和宽度将根据鞋垫旨在针对其的鞋的尺寸变化。
鞋垫的总厚度的范围可从脚趾区域附近的6.8毫米至脚弓区域中的12毫米。脚弓高度为大约15毫米。前部脚部缓冲部和脚跟缓冲部具有大约4.0毫米的厚度。
从脚跟区域的中心附近的鞋垫的顶侧垂直地至升高的脚跟区域或脚跟突出的边缘的顶部测量的脚跟杯的优选深度为大约15毫米至16毫米。
