技术领域
本发明涉及冲孔翻边模具，具体为一种装载机油罩冲孔翻边用模具。
背景技术
目前，在金属板冷加工等行业中，经常使用到冲孔翻边模具，但是其模具整体加工成本较高，淬火硬度也不易达到，易断裂，加工产品量比较大时，模具容易损坏，维修的频率也比较高，大大延长了零件的生产周期，并且废料不易排出，容易堵塞出料孔。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种装载机油罩冲孔翻边用模具，其结构简单，大大减少了维修频率，并且能够方便快捷出料，解决了容易堵塞的问题，提高了生产效率。
其技术方案是这样的：其包括上模、下模，所述上模安装于滑块，所述下模安装于垫板，所述垫板安装于工作台，所述下模的外部套装有固定板，所述固定板和所述上模扣合，所述固定板和所述垫板之间用导柱连接定位，其特征在于：所述固定板的上方压装有卸料板，所述导柱伸入所述卸料板，所述导柱上端设置柱颈，在柱颈和卸料板内容纳导柱的腔顶壁之间压装有弹簧。
其进一步特征在于：所述垫板上的卸料孔为斜孔，所述卸料板为合金钢卸料板；所述斜孔倾斜的角度为45°~90°。
本发明的有益效果是，模具结构中卸料板的设置，不仅方便了卸料，而且卸料板采用合金钢材料，提高了硬度，大大减少了模具的维修频率，垫板上的卸料孔为斜孔，可以更加方便快捷的出料，同时也解决了容易堵塞的问题，节约了工时，进一步提高了生产效率。

如图1所示，本发明包括上模1、下模2，上模1安装于滑块3，下模2安装于垫板4，垫板4安装于工作台，下模2的外部套装有固定板5，固定板5和上模1扣合，固定板5和垫板4之间用导柱6连接定位，固定板5的上方压装有卸料板7，导柱6伸入卸料板7，导柱6上端设置柱颈8，在柱颈8和卸料板7内容纳导柱6的腔顶壁之间压装有弹簧9；垫板4上的卸料孔为斜孔，卸料板7为合金钢卸料板；斜孔倾斜的角度为45°~90°。

1.一种装载机油罩冲孔翻边用模具，其包括上模、下模，所述上模安装于滑块，所述下模安装于垫板，所述垫板安装于工作台，所述下模的外部套装有固定板，所述固定板和所述上模扣合，所述固定板和所述垫板之间用导柱连接定位，其特征在于：所述固定板的上方压装有卸料板，所述导柱伸入所述卸料板，所述导柱上端设置柱颈，在柱颈和卸料板内容纳导柱的腔顶壁之间压装有弹簧；所述垫板上的卸料孔为斜孔，所述斜孔便于出料不堵塞；所述斜孔倾斜的角度为45°~90°。
