技术领域
本发明涉及冲孔翻边模具,具体为一种装载机油罩冲孔翻边用模具。
背景技术
   目前,在金属板冷加工等行业中,经常使用到冲孔翻边模具,但是其模具整体加工成本较高,淬火硬度也不易达到,易断裂,加工产品量比较大时,模具容易损坏,维修的频率也比较高,大大延长了零件的生产周期,并且废料不易排出,容易堵塞出料孔。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种装载机油罩冲孔翻边用模具,其结构简单,大大减少了维修频率,并且能够方便快捷出料,解决了容易堵塞的问题,提高了生产效率。
其技术方案是这样的:其包括上模、下模,所述上模安装于滑块,所述下模安装于垫板,所述垫板安装于工作台,所述下模的外部套装有固定板,所述固定板和所述上模扣合,所述固定板和所述垫板之间用导柱连接定位,其特征在于:所述固定板的上方压装有卸料板,所述导柱伸入所述卸料板,所述导柱上端设置柱颈,在柱颈和卸料板内容纳导柱的腔顶壁之间压装有弹簧。
其进一步特征在于:所述垫板上的卸料孔为斜孔,所述卸料板为合金钢卸料板;所述斜孔倾斜的角度为45°~90°。
本发明的有益效果是,模具结构中卸料板的设置,不仅方便了卸料,而且卸料板采用合金钢材料,提高了硬度,大大减少了模具的维修频率,垫板上的卸料孔为斜孔,可以更加方便快捷的出料,同时也解决了容易堵塞的问题,节约了工时,进一步提高了生产效率。

如图1所示,本发明包括上模1、下模2,上模1安装于滑块3,下模2安装于垫板4,垫板4安装于工作台,下模2的外部套装有固定板5,固定板5和上模1扣合,固定板5和垫板4之间用导柱6连接定位,固定板5的上方压装有卸料板7,导柱6伸入卸料板7,导柱6上端设置柱颈8,在柱颈8和卸料板7内容纳导柱6的腔顶壁之间压装有弹簧9;垫板4上的卸料孔为斜孔,卸料板7为合金钢卸料板;斜孔倾斜的角度为45°~90°。

1.一种装载机油罩冲孔翻边用模具,其包括上模、下模,所述上模安装于滑块,所述下模安装于垫板,所述垫板安装于工作台,所述下模的外部套装有固定板,所述固定板和所述上模扣合,所述固定板和所述垫板之间用导柱连接定位,其特征在于:所述固定板的上方压装有卸料板,所述导柱伸入所述卸料板,所述导柱上端设置柱颈,在柱颈和卸料板内容纳导柱的腔顶壁之间压装有弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种装载机油罩冲孔翻边用模具,其特征在于:所述垫板上的卸料孔为斜孔,所述卸料板为合金钢卸料板。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种装载机油罩冲孔翻边用模具,其特征在于:所述斜孔倾斜的角度为45°~90°。
