发明背景

射频识别(RFID)标签和标志(在本文中统称为“装置”)广泛用于将对象与识别码或其他信息相关联。RFID装置通常具有天线及类似物和/或数码电子产品的组合,其可包括例如通信电子产品、数据存储器和控制逻辑电路。例如RFID系统通常包括RFID芯片以存储信息。RFID标签的常规使用包括但不限于汽车安全锁,建筑的访问控制(门禁)和跟踪库存和包裹。

本发明主题当然具有多种其他应用。例如,本系统可被用作“旧”话机系统的替换,其中使用者或客户将用其移动电话接触酒店的具有嵌入的RFID装置的标签或按键(并且其可能具有正确的语言),这使你连接酒店操作人员,该操作人员从你进入的号码知道你谈话的语言;或可选地连接多个其他酒店服务,如通过室内监视器或图形显示装置进行视频选择。此外,显示器提供关于酒店的具体情况和其他可能的兴趣点。
另一实例包括被照明的公路标志、标识或类似物,其中驾驶者通过用他或她的移动电话作为标识系统中RFID装置的激发器将能够获得协助和接收另外的指示以及服务车辆的状态。前述还可以例如结合大型娱乐活动、体育活动和类似活动而使用,其中图形显示器可被激发以向客户提供关于活动额外的信息、座位位置、用餐选择和类似信息。
许多零售饮食场所如快餐店现通过照明标识系统方便了客户的处理,其中客户通过使用内部通信(intercom)系统在场所放置他或她的命令。在本实例中,系统通过利用分割板——一个板将显示有什么食物选择,另一个板将允许使用者进行选择和可能进行支付。然后激发器或话机将接收客户将传送至柜台以获得他或她的食品的代码。或者,NFC胶纸(sticker)的菜单可处于客户面前的桌子上,激发器用于选择需要哪种用餐选择。
本发明另一可能的应用将包括明信片包,可移除的NFC胶纸位于该明信片上。例如,显示4×5网格口袋的透明支架可用于显示不同服务或娱乐产品的多个卡片。零售商店或自助(“DIY”)商店将接受来自需要对服务进行广告的本地服务提供商的支付。然后零售商店将生成明信片——如通过喷墨打印机(或将卡片给予使用者以在家打印),然后利用移动电话或激发器,编程NFC以包括服务提供商的联系网站和/或联系号码。然后,上述识别的零售商店的显示器上的照明标识接收对本地服务进行广告的图形。
在可用于在未使用的时段中广告品牌的基础上,大型广告商可能希望向商店发送具有NFC的预先印刷的明信片。每个卡片具有唯一的ID及其NFC数据,大型广告商将得到对其网站的“点击”,其可连接至发送到具体零售商店的特定卡片,并可进行小额支付。
根据本发明将因此知道,高优势的交互式广告系统和方法已被提供。虽然已结合目前认为是最具实践性和最优选的实施方式对本发明进行了描述,但对于本领域普通技术人员显而易见的是,本发明并不受限于公开的实施方式,多种修正和等同安排可因此在本发明的范围内进行,该范围符合所附权利要求最宽泛的解释,从而包括所有等同结构和产品。
Claims (20)
1.广告系统,包括:
图形介质支撑框架,其具有可激发的光源;
广告图形,其具有关于广告或销售活动的印刷或成像标记;
多个RFID标签,各RFID标签包括有第一和第二表面的衬底、天线和芯片,所述天线和芯片位于所述第一表面上,所述芯片编码有关于所述广告图形的信息;
激发器,用于激发和读取所述多个RFID标签中至少一个上的所述芯片和使第一信号被送至所述图形支撑框架;和
处理器,用于接收所述第一信号和发送第二信号至所述激发器。
2.权利要求1所述的广告系统,其中各所述RFID标签包含关于不同产品或服务机会的不同信息。
3.权利要求1所述的广告系统,其中所述多个RFID标签被按图案安排在所述广告图形上。
4.权利要求1所述的广告系统,其中所述多个RFID标签中的每一个均可从广告图形移除以使信息改变。
5.权利要求1所述的广告系统,其中所述多个RFID标签中的每一个均通过粘合、附着、层压、嵌入中的至少一种或其组合而与所述广告图形相关联。
6.权利要求1所述的广告系统,其中用移动通信装置读取所述多个RFID标签中的至少一个。
7.权利要求1所述的广告系统,其中所述多个RFID标签中的至少一个触发所要产生的音频信号。
8.权利要求1所述的广告系统,其中所述多个RFID标签中的至少一个触发所要产生的视频信号。
9.权利要求1所述的广告系统,其中所述多个RFID标签中的至少一个包含因特网址。
10.权利要求1所述的广告系统,其中所述广告图形被提供以多个视觉代码,所述代码选自条形码、2-D代码及其组合。
11.权利要求1所述的广告系统,其中所述广告系统关联饮食和餐饮企业而应用。
12.权利要求1所述的广告系统,其中所述广告系统关联高速公路标识系统而应用。
13.权利要求1所述的广告系统,其中所述框架被提供在第一位置处,所述多个RFID装置被提供在第二位置处,所述第二位置不同于所述第一位置。
14.权利要求1所述的广告系统,其中所述激发器激发所述光源,以显示关于所述RFID装置上的所述至少一个芯片的部分所述广告图形。
15.交互式广告系统,包括:
广告图形,被提供在第一位置处,所述广告图形具有关于特定销售主题或活动的标记,所述广告图形被具有照明装置的框架支撑;
显示板,所述显示板具有位于其上的多个RFID装置,所述显示板在第二位置处,所述第二位置不同于所述第一位置;
激发器,用于激发和读取所述多个RFID装置中的至少一个和使第一信号被送至所述广告图形;
处理器,用于接收所述第一信号和发送第二信号至所述激发器;和
所述激发器激发所述照明装置,以显示关于所述多个RFID装置中至少一个的部分所述广告图形。
16.权利要求15所述的交互式广告系统,其中各所述RFID装置作为标签或标记被提供,并可移除或随所述广告图形改变。
17.权利要求15所述的交互式广告系统,其中各所述RFID装置用于提供内容和语言的至少一种。
18.权利要求15所述的交互式广告系统,其中所述系统进一步包括可由所述激发器激发的听觉、嗅觉和视觉能力中的至少一种。
19.应用交互式广告系统的方法,包括步骤:
首先提供广告图形;
将所述广告图形置于具有光源的支撑框架中;
提供具有多个RFID装置的显示板,各所述RFID装置具有内容或语言的至少一种;
读取至少一个所述RFID装置,以生成第一信号;
处理所述第一信号;和
激发所述光源以照明至少部分所述广告图形。
20.权利要求19所述的方法,其中所述激发步骤进一步包括激发听觉、视觉或嗅觉能力。
