Abstract

Description

特别是冷冻柜的冷却设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的冷却设备、特别是冷冻柜。 
背景技术
从WO 2006/130886已知用于冷冻物品的冷却设备。现有的冷却设备具有控制装置,所述控制装置被提供用于除冰,且以这种方式与制冷剂回路协作:在除冰过程中,蒸发器和被提供用于接收融化水的流走流槽均被加热。流走流槽设置在蒸发器下方。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种可改善除冰的前序部分所述类型的冷却设备。 
本发明通过以下方式实现上述目的:在冷却设备中,蒸发器管路相对彼此上下设置,且冷却设备中设有用于捕获融化水和/或冷凝水的流走流槽,最小方的蒸发器管路与流走流槽以大致相同的高度设置。 
蒸发器和流走流槽的上述相对布置方式提高了除冰操作的效率,其突出特征在于,它具有相对较低的能量消耗。 
本发明的其他有利的实施例记载在从属权利要求中。

具体实施方式
根据图1的作为示例被部分示出的第一冷冻柜1具有壳体2。壳体2主要由多部件式的内壳体3和外壳体4构成,泡沫5导入所述内壳体3与外壳体4之间。 
内壳体3由深拉延池槽构成,所述深拉延池槽包括流走流槽12,且由多个金属板制成,所述金属板邻接于流槽12处具有插入式布置结构且彼此重叠。内壳体具有流槽型结构,且形成用于待冷却的物品的冷却空间6,所述物品未被以任何更详细的方式示出。为了接近冷却空间6,壳体2形成壳体口7,所述壳体口可从上方接近,且可借助于未以任何更详细的方式示出的盖封闭。 
为了对冷却空间6产生冷却作用,设有装置8,所述装置8经由内壳体3的侧壁3’的一部分热作用于冷却空间6。 
为此,装置8具有蒸发器9,所述蒸发器9、冷凝器10和压缩机11置于未详细示出的制冷剂回路中。 
流走流槽12设置在内壳体3的侧壁3’附近,且在对内壳体3上形成的冰进行除霜的过程中排放融化水,该流槽12沿着内壳体3的被冷却的侧壁3’延伸,使得流槽12是连续的形式,其中,内壳体3的所有侧壁3’均通过装置8部分冷却。流槽12的倾斜度以使被捕获的水传导到流出部14的方式选择,如图3所示。 
为了此时确保冷冻柜1具有特定的稳定性,多部件式的内壳体3具有整体式池槽部件15,所述池槽部件15还形成流槽12。因此,流槽12是整体式池槽部件15的一部分,这样,即使在相当高的温差的情况下,也可避免接口边缘和可能的泄露。因此,根据本发明,还可在用于低温制冷的冷冻柜1中执行快速除霜,具体地讲因为相当高的加热功率(在大约75瓦区域中和在高达大约750瓦的除霜循环中的最大可压缩机功率)可施加到例如由无菌铝板构成的侧壁3上。而且,池槽的这种结构配置可通过深拉延 或注射成型相当简单地制造,因此,冷冻柜可相当经济地制造。 
流出部14相对于流槽12的流动直径S1至少部分加宽。因此,流出部14的流动直径S2大于流槽12的流动直径S1。而且,流出部14由整体式池槽部件15形成。软管16插接在流出部14上,以进一步排放融化水13。 
装置8被设计成一方面用于冷却冷却空间6、另一方面用于对内壳体的侧壁进行除霜,其中,这通过使制冷剂回路的方向反向实现。因此,蒸发器9以结构上简单的方式一方面用于冷却冷却空间6、另一方面还用于对内壳体3的侧壁进行除霜。 
内壳体3的侧壁的那些被装置8热作用的部分基本上设置在流槽12上方,使得基本上整个融化水13可因此被接收,如图2所示。 
然而,多个蒸发器管路9中的一个、特别是最下方的蒸发器管路与流槽12设置在大致相同的高度处。 
内壳体3的上方的内壳体部件17以结构上简化的方式邻接池槽部件14的流槽12。这可以简单的方式实现:内壳部件17的U形加装卡口19插接在流走流槽的端部18上。 
装置8借助于绕着冷却空间延伸的蒸发器管路9以预定温度作用于冷却空间6。这些蒸发器管路9相对彼此上下设置,且邻接于内壳体3的侧壁设置;装置8的冷凝器卷绕管路10设置在外壳体4上。 
当采用以下方式时可获得简单的结构条件:为了定位第一(在此,为最下方的)蒸发器管路9,邻接池槽部件15的至少一个侧板17具有延伸部20,最下方的蒸发器管路9导入所述延伸部20中。 
而且,流槽12具有电(附加的)加热装置21,为了除霜目的,借助于所述电加热装置21,流槽12被加热或已经被加热的任何被捕获的水13会排放走,这样,也避免了冰的可能形成。最下方的蒸发器管路9与流槽12设置在大致相同的高度处,电加热装置21设置在所述流槽12中。 
因此,最下方的蒸发器管路9、流槽12和电加热装置21大致以相同的高度设置在冷却设备中。有利地,除了由蒸发器(在此,为最下方的蒸发器管路9)产生的热量以外,还由加热装置21产生热量。 
电加热装置21可手动或自动地启动和停用。 
为了加热装置(以下,称作“RH”)21的该自动启动和停用,冷却设 备具有图中未示出的电控制装置,所述电控制装置连接到压缩机11和加热装置21。 
该电控制装置也可连接到电磁式关闭阀。例如描述于澳大利亚实用新型AT 008 789 U1中的关闭阀位于与冷凝器和节流阀并联的旁通管路中。在打开关闭阀之后,由所述压缩机压缩的热的制冷剂气体可直接用于加热蒸发器。 
电控制装置配置有控制程序,所述控制程序定义了除霜循环,所述除霜循环例如被如下地限定,且包括以下工作阶段: 
1.正常操作(冷却操作) 
压缩机(11,以下简称为“K”)的速度:所需的或根据控制特性的转速例如为2000-4000rpm。 
2.加热起动时间(0-99分钟) 
电磁阀(以下简称“MV”):关 
RH:开 
K:关 
3.除霜安全时间(0-99分钟)

K:开(例如,最大转速的90%) 
4.停顿时间:(固定时间)

根据图6示出的冷冻柜1’与根据图1的冷冻柜1的区别在于,池槽部 件15进一步地向上拉延,使得它可连接到框架22。框架22同样部分充当内壳体3的侧壁3’,框架22还具有用于冷冻柜1’的盖24的引导件23,且插接在池槽部件15上。为了后一目的,框架22形成有插接凹槽25,池槽部件15伸入到插接凹槽25中。

Claims (5)

1.一种冷却设备,特别是冷冻柜,具有:
内壳体(3)和用于待冷却的物品的冷却空间(6);
用于热作用于冷却空间(6)的至少一个装置(8),所述装置(8)借助于制冷剂回路的绕着所述冷却空间(6)延伸的蒸发器管路(9)经由内壳体(3)的至少一个侧壁(3’)至少部分热作用于冷却空间(6),所述蒸发器管路(9)相对彼此上下设置;以及
用于捕获可能的融化水和/或冷凝水(13)的流槽(12),
其特征在于,最下方的蒸发器管路(9)与流槽(12)以大致相同的高度设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的冷却设备,其特征在于,电加热装置(21)设置在流槽(12)中。
3.如权利要求2所述的冷却设备,其特征在于,电加热装置(21)能够手动地或借助于控制装置操控。
4.如权利要求3所述的冷却设备,其特征在于,所述控制装置配置有控制程序,所述控制程序以控制冷却设备的压缩机(11)和电加热装置(21)的方式设计。
5.如权利要求4所述的冷却设备,其特征在于,所述控制程序以控制设置在与冷却设备的冷凝器和节流阀并联的旁通管路中的阀的方式设计。
