方案如下:面粉23-25kg、黄油0.5-0.6kg、南瓜15-16kg、鸡蛋4-4.5kg、酵母200-220g、白萝卜3.5-4kg、盐100-120g。 
本发明制备方法:将南瓜蒸熟,冷却捣成南瓜泥,将面粉、鸡蛋、酵母倒入南瓜泥中,揉成面团。白萝卜擦成细丝,加盐爆炒香,,取30克面团,将萝卜丝包好作馅,入土司模,等面团体积增大两倍时,将黄油刷在面表皮上,入烤箱,180度,烤30分钟即可。
