制备方法:面粉加入猪油、白糖和水和成面团,省面30分钟后,将面团分成25克的小剂子,压平,包入适量的红豆沙,搓成长棒形,让豆沙馅尽量在棒的正中间,两端压扁,中间捏高捏瘦,两端立起,侧面向中间收紧,捏成元宝的形状,在酥的表面刷上一层鸡蛋液,入烤箱180度,烤25分钟即可。
