Abstract

Description

本发明涉及在两杆之间的铰接装置,在此装置中,第一杆的一端具有一用于在支臂之间容纳第二杆一端的叉件。
当没有滚珠轴承情况下两根杆互相铰接时,很难同时获得两杆之间不存在任一余隙的自由运动。尤其是在以高频率工作的杆确实是如此的,例如缝纫机的待缝纫材料驱动机构用的杆。然而,按高频率往复运动工作的杆,铰接杆之间的余隙会引起噪声,而且,在同样情况下,会造成不精密缝合的来源。
在此机构中,用于带动织物的爪一般按照两个正交方向的组合运动而被推动,正交方向组合运动给与爪一椭圆轨迹。为此,爪被固定到一个呈夹子状元件上,夹子状元件的两支臂的自由端与两根平行杆铰接,以便按照两方向之一控制移动。夹子的两支臂铰接轴的对准提出一个制造方面的棘手问题,即两支臂的穿孔须在单一作业中实现。此外,如果此呈夹子状元件是直接地取自铸造厂,例如灌铸件,事实上,为浇铸件穿孔面释放的应力仍然使穿孔件的对准变得更加困难。
本发明目的在于至少部分地弥补上述缺陷。
为此,本发明按权利要求1涉及在两杆之间的铰接装置。
通过此设想,该装置可直接使用铸造件,尤其是不需要任一预加工作业的浇铸件,由此而导致制造费用的明显减低。当然,这些元件也可通过用塑性材料模塑或注塑而获得。
随后的说明和附图揭示其它优点,作为实施例的附图示意地说明本发明目的的铰接装置的实施方案。

配置有两杆之间的铰接装置的机构作为发明对象的实施例,是本文中的缝纫机织物传动机构。鉴于此机构严格地说不是本发明部分,但仅作为一个应用例来出示,本文对这方面不予全面详细叙述,如果此描述对本发明的理解是不必要的话。
图1~4表示用于将机构连接到底座(未图 示)的一根棒1,杆2是旋转安装在棒1上的。此杆含有与连接元件2C连接的两条臂2a,2b,连接元件2c配置一容纳棒1的侧向开启的纵向凹口3。臂2a和2b的自由端各自与呈夹子状元件5的两臂5a,5b的自由端铰接,夹子的中央臂5c含有一用于按一规定方向通过相继的间距驱动待缝纫织物的爪8。
本发明涉及的铰接装置经放大示于图5和6。图2表示与呈夹子状元件5铰接的臂2a和2b的两端由叉件限定,叉件的支臂分别由7a,7b和6a,6b表示之,且在叉件支臂之间分别容纳夹子状元件5的臂5a和5b。如图5和6所示的每一支臂6a,6b;7a,7b,其中仅在图6中示出支臂6a和6b,支臂6a和6b的内表面上设有凹口9。此凹口9平行于支臂6a和6b的内侧面,且按此支臂的纵向而延伸,从而在开孔的支臂端布置一容纳枢轴10的通道。如图6所示,较佳的是,此空挡(即凹口)不贯穿支臂6a和6b的整个厚度,以便留出保持枢轴10的轴向止推面。每个凹口9的侧面9a的底部用于作为枢轴10的绕轴旋转面。
插进叉件支臂6a,6b之间的呈夹子状元件5的臂5a的一端具有用于插进枢轴10上的侧向凹口11。相反于侧向凹口11通向的侧面的臂5b的一端部分,具有与枢轴10的轴线同心的半圆形槽12。此槽12用于钩住螺旋拉力弹簧13之一端。为容纳此螺旋弹簧13,杆2的臂2a和2b具有特别是示于图6的半圆形截面,从而为螺旋弹簧13的通路而布置了侧向开启的通道,螺旋弹簧的另一端通入与杆2a和2b连接的连接元件2c的纵向凹口3而钩住在棒1上。
人们可以理解,所有绕轴旋转面是由使枢轴能侧向进入的半圆形面形成的。同样地,杆2a和2b的垂直截面是半环形的,以使这些杆可直接通过铸造而获得的,特别是通过浇铸,无需任何后加工。这种铰接装置一方面导致制造操作的简化和工作量的明显减少,另一方面可获得超过传统铰接法的精密度。此外,由于杆是弹性地支靠在枢轴上,所有由磨损引起的余隙可自动地消除,以致使此铰接在无噪音下操作,且即使受到磨损也具有精密度。

Claims (6)

1、两杆(2a,2b;5a,5b)之间的铰接装置,其中第一杆(2a,2b)的一端具有在支臂(6a,6b;7a,7b)之间容纳第二杆(5b)一端的叉件,其特征在于凹口(9)按此支臂的纵向而被设置在各个所述支臂(6a,6b)上,因此支臂一端的开孔形成了枢轴(10)的一端在所述支臂之间的侧向进入,第一凹口(9)的侧面(9a)的底部形成了所述枢轴(10)两端之一的支承面,而第二杆(5a,5b)的邻接端具有凹口(11)在其表面之一侧向开通以便与在叉件支臂(6a,6b;7a,7b)之间延伸的枢轴(10)部分啮合,以及弹性装置(13)用于将一侧和压力施加在第二杆(5a,5b)的一端,一方面使枢轴(10)和所述支承面,另一方面使第二杆(5a,5b)的凹口(11)的底部和枢轴(10)彼此保持经常的接触。
2、按权利要求1的铰接装置,其特征在于在所述叉件的支臂(6a,6b)两端形成的凹口(9)被设置在各支臂的内侧面上,且平行于此内侧面,以便布置所述枢轴(10)的轴向止推面。
3、按权利要求1的装置,其特征在于第二杆(5a,5b)的端部具有用于钩住螺旋拉力弹簧(13)一端的装置(12),而螺旋拉力弹簧的另一端与第一杆(2b)连接。
4、按权利要求3的装置,其特征在于相反于所述凹口(11)通向的侧面的第二杆(5a,5b)的端部中央部分,具有与所述枢轴(10)的轴线同心的槽(12),且用于钩住所述螺旋拉力弹簧(13)的一端。
5、按权利要求3的铰接装置,其特征在于所述拉力弹簧(13)的第二端被钩住在所述第二枢轴(1)的周围,第二枢轴(1)平行于第一枢轴且侧向嵌入凹口(3)内,凹口(3)的底部形成设置在所述第一杆(2a,2b)另一端的第二枢轴(1)的支承面。
6、按前述权利要求之一的铰接装置,其特征在于每一带有支承面的所述杆是直接地通过铸造而获得的。
