背景技术
实践中公知在汽车的内部空间设置通风口,该通风口与处于后面的风道连接。实践中此外公知音频设备的扬声器安装在汽车的内部空间。
发明内容
从上述现有技术出发,本发明的目的在于这样构成通风口,即,使其在装入状态下观察者看不到结构变化的情况下还包括扩展的功能。
上述目的这样来实现,即,在所述汽车通风口内设有扬声器,该扬声器的横截面比该通风口的出口的横截面要小。
通常装入汽车内部空间仪表板内的通风口除了其用于汽车内部空间的空调或通风的固有功能外,还包括安装扬声器的功能,该扬声器因而不需要占用汽车内部的固有安装空间,此外乘客或观察者在仪表板或其他面板上也看不到所述扬声器。此外,通风口经常具有这种利于设置扬声器的安装位置。通过相应设计扬声器的尺寸,使其具有相对于出口减小的横截面,从通风口的出口既可以排出声波,也可以排出空气,其中,相应的横截面可以由专业人员利用公知的数学方法和/或试验确定。
为固定扬声器,按照一种扩展设计,支承扬声器膜的笼要么是覆盖出口的栅格的一体化组成部分,要么分配给与栅格相距的保持架。
相宜地,笼借助保持辐条相对于出口对中或定心固定。保持辐条在通风口的外壳或出口栅格与扬声器之间延伸并使扬声器相对于出口对中,以便使扬声器与通风口之间有均匀的环形间隙作为流动横截面可供流入汽车内部空间的空气使用。保持辐条可以具有流动技术上有利的几何形状,例如飞机机翼的形状,以便产生尽可能小的干扰噪声。
为减少通风口内的气流由于装入扬声器而产生涡流,比较有利的是扬声器在远离观察者的一侧用罐状护罩遮盖。护罩因此在与出口相反的方向上延伸并处于通风口的内部,例如相应的风道内。护罩最好构造成圆锥形或截锥形。
按照进一步的构造设计,护罩边缘侧与笼或保持架连接。如果护罩与扬声器的笼连接,那么扬声器的制造商可以进行设置,否则通风口的制造商安装护罩。不言而喻,护罩具有用于将扬声器与汽车的音频系统连接的电缆的至少一个通道,其中,电缆例如通过分配给通风口的风道布线。优选扬声器延伸到分配给通风口的扩散器或扩口段内。
不言而喻,前面所称和后面还要介绍的特征不仅可以所提出的组合使用,而且也可以其他组合使用。仅通过权利要求书确定出本发明的框架。

具体实施方式
通风口1装入汽车的仪表板5内并包括一个面向观察者的用栅格9覆盖的出口2,栅格用于气流的导向并可以包括可移调的百叶片。在通风口内的扩散器或扩口段3的区域内设有一个横截面相对于出口2减小的扬声器4。该扬声器4包括一个支承膜6的笼7,该笼7固定在通风口1内部的保持架8上。所述保持架8与覆盖出口2的栅格9相距设置,因而处于栅格9背离观察者一侧的扬声器4不会产生视觉上的干扰作用。为减少涡流,扬声器4在通风口1的变型结构方案中装入一个罐状护罩10内,该护罩10以其边缘11固定在保持架8或栅格9上。
为固定扬声器4,也可以设有沿环周方向均匀分布的保持辐条12,其在通风口的壁14与扬声器4的笼之间延伸并使扬声器4相对于通风口1对中或定心,以形成均匀的环形间隙13供气流通过。

Claims (7)
1.一种具有出口(2)的汽车通风口,其特征在于,在该通风口(1)内设有横截面相对于所述出口(2)减小的扬声器(4)。
2.按权利要求1所述的通风口,其特征在于,支承所述扬声器(4)的膜(6)的笼(7)要么是覆盖出口(2)的栅格(9)的一体化组成部分,要么分配给一个与该栅格(9)相距设置的保持架(8)。
3.按权利要求2所述的通风口,其特征在于,所述笼(7)借助保持辐条(12)相对于所述出口(2)对中固定。
4.按权利要求1-3之一所述的通风口,其特征在于,所述扬声器(4)在远离观察者的一侧用罐状护罩(10)遮盖。
5.按权利要求4所述的通风口,其特征在于,所述护罩(10)构造成圆锥形或截锥形。
6.按权利要求1-5之一所述的通风口,其特征在于,所述护罩(10)的边缘侧与所述笼(7)或保持架(8)连接。
7.按权利要求1-6之一所述的通风口,其特征在于,所述扬声器(4)延伸到一个分配给所述通风口(1)的扩散器(3)内。
