Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将塑料管连接在连接接头上的装置,其中,塑料管的配设有内径范围内的端侧倒棱的连接端在中间设有至少一个夹持在成型的连接接头上的密封圈的情况下轴向固定夹持在连接接头和夹紧套之间。
背景技术
为了将加载压力介质的塑料管,例如家用设备领域中的、用于导水的管,以防止抽出的方式固定在配件的连接接头上,已知的是,将滑套在设有成型部的连接接头上的塑料管固定夹紧在连接接头和包围塑料管的夹紧套之间。在此,连接接头和塑料管之间的密封通过至少一个置入在连接接头的环形凹槽中的密封圈保证,塑料管必须越过该密封圈滑套在连接接头上。出于该目的,塑料管的连接端在其内径的区域中在端侧设有倒棱,该倒棱在塑料管滑套在连接接头上时弹性变形而将密封圈压入凹槽中。如果缺少这种倒棱或者该倒棱不够,则存在这样的危险,即,抵靠在塑料管端面上的密封圈在塑料管滑套在连接接头上时被从凹槽挤出并且沿着连接接头移动,这再次危害了连接接头和塑料管之间必须的密封,并且这种危害是不能发现的,因为夹紧套遮盖了密封圈,其中,塑料管插入夹紧套和连接接头之间。
发明内容
因此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,这样构造一种开头所述类型的用于将塑料管连接在连接接头上的替代装置,使得在将塑料管连接在连接接头上时防止密封圈不允许的移动或密封圈的损坏。
本发明由此解决该技术问题,即,连接接头具有至少一个径向朝外凸出的、可借助于连接端的内径区域中的端侧倒棱径向朝内移动的止挡,其中,该止挡沿插入方向看布置在密封圈前面。
由于该措施,如果试图将塑料管未倒棱或仅不足够地倒棱的连接端滑套到连接接头上,则止挡由于其相应选择的尺寸以面向塑料管的连接端的端面形成至少一个止挡面,该止挡面阻挡塑料管滑套到连接接头上。然而,在塑料管按规定倒棱时,倒棱形成用于止挡的作用面,该止挡在塑料管滑套到连接接头上时被径向朝塑料管的内径压紧,并且释放用于将塑料管滑套到连接位置中的路径。必要时在连接接头圆周上分散地布置多个止挡。
按照本发明的一种有利的、必要时也可翻新的实施形式,在塑料管的连接位置中,连接接头在密封圈的与连接端的端侧对置的侧面具有用于安全环的容纳部,从安全环逆着塑料管的滑移方向突伸出有具有止挡的弹性附件,所述弹性附件在径向弹性地构造,其中,弹性附件的自由端在弹出的状态下相对连接接头轴线具有一间距,该间距大于塑料管的内半径,但小于塑料管的连接端的倒棱的外半径。
因此,配备有按本发明的弹性元件的安全环同样防止对于这种连接加工不足的塑料管的连接,并因此防止了至少一个密封圈的损坏或不希望的移动。在此,弹性附件基本上张成一个漏斗部,因此形成漏斗区段,该漏斗区段朝连接接头的推入端扩张。
为了避免由于对装置不正确的操作,尤其是以过大的力套上未倒棱的管子而造成的安全环损坏,本发明推荐,从连接接头或安全环突伸出至少三个、优选均匀分布地布置在安全环圆周上的弹性附件,该弹性附件与环轴线或连接接头轴线近似同轴地突出。
为了安全环能够良好地放置在连接接头上,可以在形成止挡的弹性附件之间从安全环突伸出圆柱区段状的导引附件,该导引附件沿轴向必要时突出于弹性附件。在此,安全环例如借助于过盈配合套在连接接头上、置入连接接头中的凹槽中或者与连接接头粘结、焊接或以其它方式固定连接。在最简单的情况下,连接接头和止挡形成由一种材料制成的部件。

具体实施方式
用于将塑料管1连接在未详细示出的附件的连接接头2上的装置具有夹紧套3,塑料管1的连接端4插入夹紧套和连接接头2之间,以便接着通过夹紧套3例如通过压入环周卷边固定夹紧在成型的连接接头2上。连接接头2和塑料管1的连接端4之间的密封借助于置于连接接头2的环形槽6内的两个密封圈5实现。如图1和图2可见,为了使在未加载状态突出于连接接头2的外圆周的密封圈5不在塑料管1的端部4插入连接接头2和夹紧套3之间的环形间隙中时被从槽6中挤出,塑料管1的连接端4的端侧7配设有倒棱8。
为了防止,未倒棱或仅不够地倒棱的塑料管1能越过密封圈5滑套到连接接头2上的预定连接位置,连接接头2具有至少一个径向朝外突伸出的、可借助于连接端4的内径区域中的端侧倒棱8径向朝内移动的止挡14,其中,该止挡14沿插入方向看布置在密封圈5前面。
按照图1至图3,在密封圈5的在塑料管1的连接位置(图1)中与连接端4的端侧7对置的侧面设置置入连接接头2的容纳部9中的安全环10。弹性附件11逆着塑料管1的滑移方向突伸出安全环10,所述弹性附件构造成在径向上弹性,其中,弹性附件11的自由端构成止挡14,该止挡在弹出的状态下相对连接接头轴线12具有一外部间距,该间距大于塑料管1的内半径,但小于塑料管1的连接端4的倒棱的外半径。
从图4中示出的安全环10突伸出五个均匀分布地布置在安全环圆周上的弹性附件11,该弹性附件至少与环轴线或连接接头轴线12近似同轴地突出。在弹性附件11之间从安全环10突伸出圆柱区段状的导引附件13,该导引附件可以沿轴向突出于弹性附件11。
如果按照图2将按规定倒棱的塑料管1滑套到连接接头2上,连接端4的倒棱8形成用于弹性附件11的止挡14的作用面,该止挡沿着该作用面径向压缩并且释放到密封圈5的路径,塑料管1的连接端4可以越过该密封圈滑套到图1所示的连接位置中。然而,如果塑料管1的连接端4没有倒棱8或者倒棱不足,则塑料管1的连接端4的端侧7止挡在弹性附件11的面向端面7的端面上,结果所述止挡14使得塑料管1的连接端4不再能够继续插入连接接头2和夹紧套3之间的环形间隙中(图3)。由于可以看出塑料管1未完全推套到连接接头2上,在可以进行连接之前,必须将塑料管1在连接之前再次从连接接头2抽出并且相应地倒棱。
在最简单的情况下,连接接头2、弹性附件11和止挡14形成由一种材料制成的部件(图5)。止挡14在连接接头上的轴向位置可由本领域技术人员自由选择,只要止挡14沿插入方向看布置在密封圈5之前。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于将塑料管(1)连接在连接接头(2)上的装置,其中,塑料管(1)的配设有至少在内径范围内的端侧倒棱(8)的连接端(4)在中间设有至少一个夹持在成型的连接接头(2)中的密封圈(5)的情况下轴向固定夹持在连接接头(2)和夹紧套(3)之间,其特征在于,所述连接接头(2)具有至少一个径向朝外凸出的、可借助于连接端(4)的内径区域中的端侧倒棱(8)径向朝内移动的止挡(14),其中,该止挡(14)沿插入方向看布置在所述密封圈(5)前面。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在塑料管(1)的连接位置中,所述连接接头(2)在所述密封圈(5)的与连接端(4)的端侧(7)对置的侧面具有用于安全环(10)的容纳部(9),从所述安全环逆着塑料管(1)的滑移方向突伸出有弹性附件(11),所述弹性附件在径向上弹性地构造,其中,所述弹性附件(11)的自由端在弹出的状态下相对连接接头轴线(12)具有一间距,该间距大于所述塑料管(1)的内半径,但小于所述塑料管(1)的连接端(4)的倒棱(8)的外半径。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述弹性附件(11)的自由端形成所述止挡(14)。
4.如权利要求1至3之一所述的装置,其特征在于,从所述连接接头(2)或所述安全环(10)突伸出至少三个、优选均匀分布地布置在安全环圆周上的弹性附件(11),该弹性附件与环轴线或连接接头轴线(12)几乎同轴地突伸。
5.如权利要求1至4之一所述的装置,其特征在于,圆柱区段状的导引附件(13)在形成所述止挡(14)的弹性附件(11)之间从所述安全环(10)突伸出,该导引附件沿轴向必要时突出于所述弹性附件(11)。
