Abstract

本发明公开了一种纱线生态染色方法,工艺步骤为:纱线→生物精练→染色→皂洗×2→热水洗×2→冷水洗×2→固色→柔软→烘干;对于浅色纱线,在生物精练与染色之间,还经漂白、脱氧步骤。本发明生物练漂染色工艺比传统工艺减少5~7道工序,生产每吨纱减少废水排放50~70m3,节约蒸汽2吨,节约电4111.8~576.5度。工艺产生的废水CODCr(mg/L)下降20~40%。经过生物酶处理后,能改善染色性能,对于一些易染花的较难染色的颜色,可获得较高的匀染性和鲜艳的色泽。

纱线生态染色方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种纱线染色方法。
背景技术:
棉等天然纤维存在着果胶、蜡质、木质素、色素等纤维素共生物,在印染加工之前必须通过精练从纤维上除去。精练目前大多数使用强碱剂如烧碱、纯碱等,在高温高压等强烈条件下进行。从天然纤维上去除下来的杂质和精练用的烧碱等化学品共同构成了废水中的主要污染物。这些杂质只是在处理过程中得到溶胀,并没有分解,因而很难被生物降解,对水生物具有很大的毒性,造成了严重的环境污染,而且烧碱在去除杂质的同时还伤害了纤维,使其品质降低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以大大缩短工艺流程,而且节水、节能、节工时、降成本的纱线生态染色方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种纱线生态染色方法,其特征是:工艺步骤为:纱线→生物精练→染色→皂洗×2→热水洗×2→冷水洗×2→固色→柔软→烘干;对于浅色纱线,在生物精练与染色之间,还经漂白、脱氧步骤;生物精练的处理液为:
缓冲剂                3~5g/L
渗透精练剂CE-1      1~3g/L
生物酶              0.5~1g/L
NaOH                4g/L
H2O2                4g/L
螯合分散剂GQ-540    2g/L
氧漂稳定剂516       2g/L
HAc                 1g/L
除氧酶              Xg/L;
生物精练处理条件:
温度                50~60℃
时间                1~2h
浴比                1∶8;
染色液配方为:
活性染料            Yg/L
元明粉              10~40g/L
纯碱                5~10g/L
HAc                 2g/L
皂洗剂W-1           4g/L
固色剂Fix-600       3g/L;
染色条件:
温度                60~70℃

浴比                1∶8。
