技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于包装和分配流体产品的装置,更特别地,本发明涉及一种用于包装和分配流体产品的装置的柔性袋,所述流体产品是液体或糊状的,所述用于包装和分配流体产品的装置是袋-管形瓶类型的,也就是说,包括放置在刚性容器中并且与泵或阀关联的柔性袋,能够保持所述柔性袋中的流体产品在完好情况下远离空气并且通过启动所述泵或阀从所述袋中对其进行分配。
背景技术
袋-管形瓶类型的用于包装和分配流体的装置是公知的。这些装置通过包括具有刚性壳体的容器,在所述容器内放置可伸缩的柔性袋,所述柔性袋一般在从其中取出产品时收缩。所述产品能够利用“真空”泵从所述袋中排出,或者在作用于所述袋的壁上的管形瓶中气体推进剂的压力下从所述袋中排出。在利用真空泵从所述袋中排出产品的情况下,通常在管形瓶的底部或颈部上设置通气孔,以允许在每次启动所述泵时,外部的气体进入位于所述管形瓶和袋之间的空间中,并且因而通过在所述袋的壁上维持足够的压力而使所述袋收缩。
在专利FR 2.723.356中描述了根据这种技术的示例性实施例,所述专利涉及一种包括由例如聚乙烯或聚丙烯的柔性塑料制成的、放置在刚性容器中的袋,所述刚性容器的颈部包括空气入口。

申请WO 97.20757描述一种制造设计用于气雾剂的塑料管状袋的方法,所述塑料管状袋的开口密封到圈,而另一端部是折叠的并且密封以形成所述袋的底部。
容纳在所述袋中的产品常常对与空气中的氧气发生反应的氧化作用是敏感的,并且如果空气因缺少密封而进入所述袋中,能够使产品的质量下降。密封的缺陷在所述袋与泵的结合处经常发生。它们还可能由用于生产所述袋的材料的特定孔隙度引起。而且,所述已知装置的袋的壁在收缩时可能形成折叠,而这些折叠引起能够使空气穿过而到达袋的内侧的破损并且因此损害维护容纳在其中的产品的完备性的危险。最后,由所述袋的壁在其收缩过程中形成的折叠引起产品的保留容积并因而限制后者的分配效率。
在专利FR 2.770.834中描述了一种用于限制所述袋破损的危险的技术,所述专利提出在例如塑料或铝板的柔性材料制成的袋中包括一种自由浮动物,其防止所述袋的收缩太大并因而限制破损的危险。然而,这项技术的缺点在于它形成相当大的保留容积。
袋-管形瓶通常通过挤压或注射塑料材料生产。在壁由例如铝的金属制成的情况下,管形瓶可以通过冲压进行生产,或者在壁由塑料制成的情况下可以通过注射或者注射吹塑模制进行生产,而所述柔性袋常常在合适的模具中利用聚乙烯或聚丙烯的注射吹塑模制或者挤压吹塑模制进行生产。
所述袋还可以由铝板制成,或者由它们的壁具有良好密封质量的塑料/铝类型的多层材料制成,如在上述专利FR 2.827.844中那样。这种类型的袋制成叠置的板的形式,在它们的侧部密封,装配到颈部或刚性圈上。这种袋的生产相对简单,但它存在所述板的两个相对侧部的形成圆筒的结合区域具有额外厚度的缺点。而且,这个额外厚度使形成所述板的层的厚度显现并且容纳在所述层中的极微量的化合物迁移到插入所述袋内的产品中的危险在这种未保护的区域中是不可不考虑的,特别是在包括金属层的多层膜的情况下。专利US 5.248.063描述一种由多层板形成的叠层袋,所述多层板的边缘由塑料膜覆盖以防止所述板层离。在专利US 3.066.063和DE1729018中描述了一种将带施加到卷绕在圆筒中的板的邻接侧部上的技术。
已知将板的两个侧部密封的多种技术,如在专利FR 2.511.974和CA1.003.350中,但常常难以得到和维持金属板边缘的密封的良好密封,所述金属板例如是用铝制成的,这是因为所述金属板在使用过程中受到变形和应力。如果所述密封受到强化并且形成折叠以保证所述密封,其结果是损害所述袋的正确收缩和它容纳的产品的递送的肋。
因此,存在对通过尽可能多地减小形成所述袋的壁的材料和它所容纳的产品之间的污染的危险而具有良好安全性的袋-管形瓶类型的装置的需求。
还存在对生产简单且廉价的袋-管形瓶类型的装置的需求,在袋和管形瓶之间不存在过度无用容积的条件下,在不损失密封并且能够容易地再循环的条件下,所述装置包括能够容易地适应期望的插入其中的产品的量和适应管形瓶的容积的袋,同时提供良好的机械强度。
发明内容
本发明的精确目的在于一种袋-管形瓶类型的用于包装和分配流体产品的装置,所述装置抵抗对容纳在袋中的产品污染的危险具有良好的安全性。
本发明的另一目的在于一种生产袋-管形瓶的方法,所述方法能够使用如下材料,它们根据所设想的用途而是简单的或复合的,并且能够容易地再循环,管形瓶和袋使用最小量的材料并且具有优良的机械强度,更特别地优良的抗冲击性。
根据本发明的用于包装和分配流体产品的装置是如下类型的,即,它包括放置在刚性管形瓶中并与泵或阀关联的密封的柔性袋,所述袋包括由至少一个卷绕在圆筒中的板组成的圆筒壁,所述圆筒的至少一个横向侧部以密封的方式附接到形成所述袋的底部的实心端部件上,并且另一个以密封的方式附接到环形端部件上,所述环形端部件形成附接到所述管形瓶上的圈,并且特别值得注意之处在于,所述板的两个纵向侧部以密封的方式彼此附接,并且所述内侧的边缘由柔性覆盖条遮蔽。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述覆盖条附接到所述板的两个纵向侧部中的每一个纵向侧部上,在所述板的内壁上的它们的结合处的任一侧部上。
根据本发明的另一实施例,所述覆盖条包封所述板的内部侧部的边缘,并且在所述两个侧部之间折叠。然后,在形成圆筒形管的过程中同时密封。所述覆盖条的宽度根据所述袋的尺寸而改变,但该宽度常常在2和10mm之间,优选在4和6mm之间。
如上所指出的,用于形成所述袋的壁的板根据所设想的用途,可以包括多种简单的或复合的材料。它的厚度可以在大约20μm变化到250μm,并且优选在50μm和150μm之间变化以提供良好的操作条件,当所述袋变空时,所述袋在所述管形瓶中特别容易地逐渐收缩,以便提供优良的递送率,所述递送率大于90%。这些值可根据所用的材料而进行变化。
所述板可以单层的或多层的,利用它的侧部附接到每个端部片的周缘上并且沿所述圆筒的母面闭合。
根据一个实施例,所述圆筒形袋包括结合几个金属膜的多层复合物,或者一个具有在其至少一个面上涂敷塑料膜的金属板。这个多层复合物在可以例如由金属或塑料制成的两个端部片上卷绕。一个特别有利的实施例包括插入到至少两个塑料膜之间的铝板。所述多层复合物的塑料膜可以从聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酰胺等中选择。
所述多层板通过其侧部附接到每个端部片的周缘上,并且沿着所述圆筒的母面闭合。
根据本发明的另一实施例,所述多层板是塑料/防渗聚合物/塑料复合物和例如插入两个聚乙烯膜或聚丙烯膜之间的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)膜。EVOH是乙烯/乙烯醇聚合物,其作为阻碍物,对气体,特别是对氧气和水蒸气具有良好的阻碍性能。
所述复合物还可以包括四层,即聚乙烯/聚酰胺/铝/聚对苯二甲酸乙酯或者聚乙烯/聚对苯二甲酸乙酯/铝/聚乙烯。由于所述板的一个侧部的内部部分施加到由相同材料制成的另一侧的外部部分,所述后一多层结构具有通过粘合或密封而在板卷绕后使侧对侧附接更容易的优点。
当强密封是必要的时或者当容纳在袋中的产品的性质需要强密封时,这种多层复合涂层是特别有用的。
根据一个变型,能够使用铝板卷绕在两个金属或塑料端部片上,所述板的两个相对侧部沿着所述圆筒的母面彼此密封。
如上所指出的,在任何情况下,覆盖条都放置在形成管的板的内面上,在两个侧部的结合处上方。所述覆盖条优选由与形成所述板的内层相同的材料制成。例如,使用包括至少一层聚乙烯作为内层的板并且覆盖条由相同聚乙烯制成的,这是有利的。
这能够保证形成与插入其中的产品相接触的袋的内层的材料的连续性。因此,所述流体产品只与一种材料有限地接触。而且,一旦密封,所述覆盖条具有与所述板的内层大致相同的厚度。
根据另一变型,使用柔性厚纸板(cardboard)的板或者聚合物/纸/聚合物复合物,优选聚乙烯/纸/聚乙烯。这种类型的材料具有比所述技术领域中使用的PE/PET/铝/PE多层更容易再循环的优点。
如上所指出的,根据所述端部片所使用的材料的性质而优选通过粘合或通过密封,所述金属板或多层板附接到所述两个端部片中的每一个的周缘上。
本发明的方法包括首先将所述板切割成需要的尺寸,从内侧到外侧密封所述板的两个相对侧部以便形成开放的管状袋,然后,所述开放的管状袋通过其开口附接到所述端部片上,接着,所述袋插入到刚性管形瓶中,所述袋在所述刚性管形瓶中用形成圈的环形端部片保持。然后,切割所述覆盖条并且接着在内侧密封到所述板上。然后,所述板绕自卷绕,同时保持所述覆盖条在内侧上并且注意所述覆盖条正确地覆盖端部之间的接触区域。然后,执行所述密封,并且密封的管得到具有内部区域的连续性。
所述侧部彼此附接,接着附接到所述端部片,这能够通过例如超声波、脉冲、摩擦或热密封的常规密封技术执行。优选地,使用最适合于用来形成所述袋的壁的材料的所述热密封技术。所述附接还能够通过粘合来执行,但只有当所述袋设计用于容纳的产品不因粘合剂的成分所引起的可能污染而产生任何有害影响的危险时才通过粘合执行。
所述板初始具有平坦的形状,因此必需使用适合使其成形且然后将产品插入其中的工具。与现有技术中已知的多数袋不同,本发明中所用袋的填充操作在执行部分填充前不需要在袋中初始形成真空,并且然后,在最后步骤中,在惰性气体下进行操作。
本发明的所述方法的一个优点是,因为所述密封方法而能够得到具有完美圆筒形形状的具有比较大容积(例如大于150ml)的袋。
根据本发明的方法值得注意地具有如下优点,即能够生产所述容积容易适应管形瓶的容积且适应插入到其中的产品的量的袋。由于常规技术因其成本而包括限制管形瓶的范围到具有预定尺寸的几种型式,并且例如一般提议刚性管形瓶,其中,所述刚性管形瓶的容积为30、60或90ml,并且因此具有例如65ml的容量的袋仅能够插入90ml管形瓶中,导致在所述袋和管形瓶之间的相当大的无用容积。根据本发明的技术,简单地通过改变形成所述袋和管形瓶的圆筒的高度和直径,所述袋的容积容易适应所述管形瓶的容积,这能够减小所述无用容积。
在袋中容纳例如酒精的相对易挥发产品的情况下,所述相对易挥发产品根据所使用的材料可以部分地穿过所述壁,这提供了附加的优点:所述减小了的无用容积迅速饱和,这则限制了产品的损失。
而且,使用基于ASTM标准D 6344-4执行的下降试验的竖向冲击测试已经表明显著地提高了抗冲击性,但覆盖条的存在引入能够损害强度的不对称性。而且,所述弱化区域位于所述两个侧部共同的密封上,并且该弱化是所有更大、更长的密封形成的。特别地,已知与所述密封的长度不同,厚度对强度的影响很小。
所述测试还表明,与根据常规方法制成的袋相比较,当执行用于形成所述袋的板的侧部的组装时,从而一个侧部的内表面与另一侧部的外表面相接触时,抗冲击性得到很大的提高,在根据常规方法制成的袋中,所述侧部朝向所述圆筒的外侧折叠,所述侧部的内表面彼此接触。
所述测试从0.6m变到4m的高度上竖直取向地使袋-管形瓶下降。
每个袋包括通过如上所指出的粘合附接到两个端部片上的多层板。从外层到内层,所述层是聚乙烯/聚对苯二甲酸乙酯/铝/聚乙烯。所述聚乙烯层的厚度是50μm,所述铝和聚对苯二甲酸乙酯层的厚度是12μm。根据本发明的袋包括100μm宽的聚乙烯条。
所述圆筒形形状的且具有100ml容量的袋充满水。它们放置在刚性的聚乙烯管形瓶中,如图4中所示,通过袋的上部环形圈实现将所述袋组装到所述管形瓶上,并且标准泵通过搭扣配合连接安装到所述袋的颈部上。这样组装的每个袋-管形瓶的重量是大约150g。
所述下降利用具有直径稍微大于管形瓶的直径的竖直管进行导向,以便保持它们的取向并且保证坚硬表面上的冲击条件的规则性。所述袋-管形瓶的取向使得所述管形瓶的底部首先碰撞地面。
所述测试是对三个系列20个袋-管形瓶进行的。所有袋-管形瓶具有相同的尺寸(管形瓶高度:137mm,直径:42mm)。所述第一系列包括具有向外折叠的内面到内面地密封的侧部的标准袋。所述第二系列包括具有内面到外面彼此密封的侧部的袋。所述第三系列包括根据本发明的袋。
所述第一测试是通过从0.6m高度上下降而进行的。承受得住第一测试的所述管形瓶接着受到在1.2m的第二测试。那些承受得住第二测试的管形瓶受到在2.0m,如果他们已经承受得住前面的测试,接着在3.3m和最终在4.0m的第三测试。
每个管形瓶在每个高度上进行三次测试。
测量的结果显示如下:

所述表格表示失败的个数。因而,所有袋-管形瓶都承受得住第一测试(没有失败)。在所述第一系列(标准袋)中,20个袋-管形瓶都没有承受得住2.0m的下降。所述第二系统的袋-管形瓶承受得住在3.3m的下降,但6/20没有承受得住在4.0m的下降。另一方面,第三系列的所有袋-管形瓶(本发明)都承受得住在4.0m的下降。
因此,尽管存在附加密封,发现提高了抗冲击性。
测量抗破裂性的测试表明根据本发明的所述袋比根据常规技术生产的袋具有更好的抗破裂性。因此,具有与上述测试所用的相同的多层板的袋的抗破裂性是3.1巴(3.1x105Pa),而在相同条件下,具有向外折叠的且内面到内面地密封的侧部的标准袋仅是1.9巴(1.9x105Pa)。
这些结果是在不损失所述递送率的条件下得到,也就是说,所述覆盖条对所述递送率没有负面影响。

具体实施方式
图1显示包括铝板(2)的板(1),在铝板(2)的两个面中的每一个面上覆盖一层聚乙烯。这样,所述板包括外聚乙烯膜(3)和内聚乙烯膜(4)。
一旦板(1)被卷绕,板(1)的两个端部在区域(5)叠置,所述靠近所述侧部的内面放置在所述靠近另一侧部的外面上。所述板的两个侧部的叠置区域的宽度是大约5mm。所述两侧彼此附接通过。

图3显示本发明的变型实施例,其中,所述覆盖条(6)包封所述板(1)的内部侧部的边缘。
根据所使用的工具,这个变型使密封操作更容易,这是因为所述覆盖条(6)首先附接和密封到所述多层板(1)的侧部中的一个上,然后,所述板在圆筒中卷绕,并且接着执行两个侧部和覆盖条的密封。

根据常用技术在泵中或在形成附接圈的环形端部片中设置空气管路(未显示),以便允许空气穿过外侧到达在所述袋和管形瓶之间的空间中。设置只有当例如由已知的闭合系统使用所述袋-管形瓶时才打开的用于空气管路的装置,所述已知的闭合系统只有在按钮上的压力用于启动所述泵的情况下才打开,以便允许只进入体积等于从袋中排出的流体的体积的空气。例如,用于封闭所述空气管路的装置可以包括除所述泵启动外都保持闭合的阀元件。根据变型(未显示),这个空气管路可以用管形瓶的底部上的简单的通气孔代替。必要时,这个通气孔可以装配有阀元件和过滤器。
如图4所示,改变所述板的宽度和高度以使所述袋适应所述管形瓶的容积并且限制二者之间的无用容积是很容易的。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于包装和分配流体产品的袋-管形瓶类型的装置,包括放置在刚性管形瓶中的柔性袋,并且所述柔性袋与用于排出容纳在所述袋中的产品的泵或阀相关联,所述袋包括圆筒形壁,所述圆筒形壁包括卷绕在圆筒中的至少一个板,所述圆筒的横向侧部中的一个以密封的方式附接到形成所述袋的底部的实心端部片,并且另一个以密封的方式附接到环形端部片,所述环形端部片形成用于附接到所述管形瓶的圈,其特征在于,
所述板的两个纵向侧部以密封的方式彼此附接,并且所述内部侧部的边缘由柔性覆盖条遮蔽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,
所述覆盖条在内壁上的所述板的两个纵向侧部的结合处的任一侧部上,附接到所述板的两个纵向侧部中的每一个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,
所述覆盖条包封所述板的内部侧部的边缘,并且折叠在所述两个侧部之间。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,
形成壁的所述板是单层的或多层的。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于包装和分配流体产品的装置,其特征在于,
所述多层板包括插入到从聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酰胺中选择的至少两个塑料膜之间的铝板。
6.根据权利要求4所述的用于包装和分配流体产品的装置,其特征在于,
所述多层板是聚乙烯/纸/聚乙烯复合物。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任意一项所述的用于包装和分配流体产品的装置,其特征在于,
所述覆盖条是由与所述板的内层相同的材料制成的。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于包装和分配流体产品的装置,其特征在于,
所述板包括至少一层聚乙烯作为内层,并且所述覆盖条是用相同的聚乙烯制成的。
