Abstract

一种锗酸盐发光材料及其制备方法。该锗酸盐发光材料为以下通式的化合物:(Y1-xLnx)2GeO5,或者所述通式中的Y由Gd、Lu、Sc、La中的至少一种部分或完全取代,x的取值范围为0<x≤0.3,Ln为Ce、Tm、Ho、Sm、Tb、Eu和Dy中的一种。制备方法是将原料研磨均匀后在1300-1500℃下烧结6~24h,烧结后的产物冷却至室温,即得到锗酸盐发光材料。
