本发明涉及一种用于内燃机的活塞压环。
背景技术
DE 103 22 032 B3公开了一种用于内燃机或压缩机的活塞的活塞压环,具有一个带一个槽的工作面、一个内圆周面、在其间延伸的上和下侧面以及一个通过缝隙构成的接口。所述槽在工作面中在接口区域断开。所述槽设有一个朝上侧面方向延伸的侧凹。工作面设有一个弯曲的轮廓,其中,在内圆周面的区域中设置一个耐热的软管弹簧。
通过DE 100 11 917 A1已知一种用于内燃机的活塞环,具有一个至少在工作面区域中设置的耐磨层,该耐磨层按照PVD或者CVD方法施加。
现今压缩环具有经由其工作面几何形状建立一种压缩的特性,并且如果可能的话还可以获得一种良好的刮油效果。但这两个要求不总是借助一个环可完成的。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种活塞压环,它在采用一种新的工作面外形情况下满足了所述要求,即建立压缩和获得一种良好的刮油效果。
该任务通过一种用于内燃机的活塞压环来解决,所述活塞压环包括通过两个环岸构成的工作面、上侧面和下侧面以及内圆周面,其中,所述下环岸至少局部平行于对应工作面延伸,而所述上环岸构成为鼻形加速元件。
从各从属权利要求得到本发明主题的有利的改进方式。
所述下环岸优选构成为凸球形的,并且可以关于环岸高度设置成对称凸球形的。
为了提高刮油效果,有利的是,所述上环岸设有内棱角。
根据本发明的另一种构思,活塞压环的至少两个环岸设有一种工作面涂层,该工作面涂层优选通过一个PVD层构成。
特别有利的是,本发明的工作面外形可用于单侧或两侧的梯形截面活塞环。

具体实施方式
唯一的附图示出了本发明的活塞压环1的局部视图。活塞压环1具有两个构成工作面的环岸2、3。此外还存在一个上侧面4和下侧面5。在本实例中,活塞压环1应该构造为设有两个梯形面6、7的梯形截面活塞环。环岸3构成为略微凸球形的,与此同时环岸2通过一个鼻形加速元件构成。环岸3的外圆周面3′至少局部大约平行于对应工作面8延伸,与此同时,在环岸2上加工一个与对应面8成一定角度δ延伸的加速槽2′,从而构成一个相对尖角形的凸鼻9,该凸鼻产生良好的刮油效果。环岸3在此用于建立压缩。为了进一步提高刮油效果,在凸鼻9的区域中设置一种内棱角10。在本实例中,两个环岸2、3都设有一种工作面涂层11、12,它们通过所谓的PVD方法施加。
也可以设想一些备选的用于提高工作面的耐磨性的工作面涂层。

Claims (7)

1.用于内燃机的活塞压环,所述活塞压环包括通过两个环岸(2、3)构成的工作面、上侧面(4)和下侧面(5)以及内圆周面,其中,所述下环岸(3)至少局部平行于对应工作面(8)延伸,而所述上环岸(2)构成为鼻形加速元件。
2.根据权利要求1或2所述的活塞压环,其特征在于,所述下环岸(3)构成为凸球形的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的活塞压环,其特征在于,所述下环岸(3)关于环岸高度构成为对称凸球形的。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的活塞压环,其特征在于,所述上环岸(2)设有内棱角(10)。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的活塞压环,其特征在于,至少所述两个环岸(2、3)设有工作面涂层(11、12)。
6.根据权利要求1至5之一所述的活塞压环,其特征在于,所述涂层(11、12)通过一个PVD层构成。
7.根据权利要求1至6之一所述的活塞压环,其特征在于,所述活塞环(1)构成为至少单侧的梯形环。
