技术领域

背景技术
EP 1 798 157[US 2008 0063319]描述了一种具有可再封闭的出口的直立袋,所述出口设置在连接面板的头部接缝处并且具有螺旋封盖。
具有上述特征的直立袋为实践中已知的。它们为稳定的,其特征在于低重量,并且在已经倒空以后可再次折叠起来并且以节省空间的方式处置掉。然而,由于柔性袋的低尺寸稳定性,在倾倒出内装物时,柔性袋更难操纵。在倾倒出或倾卸出内装物的同时,难以握持袋,因为袋的壁为弹性的并且袋形状及袋容积随着内装物流出而不断地改变。内装物的计量倾倒需要一定技巧,特别是在包装尺寸增加的情况下。
发明内容

本发明的主题和针对此目的的技术方案为根据权利要求1所述的直立袋。
根据本发明,将薄膜承载把手附连至面板之一。其大致设置在面板上的中央。可再封闭的封盖包括可再封闭的出口,该出口设置在连接面板的头部接缝处,并且具有螺旋封盖。
根据本发明,在直立袋的面板上设置薄膜承载把手,这意味着在正在倾倒出内装物的同时,始终握持包装以便使得设置有可再封闭的封盖的排出开口不可避免地位于最低点。这使得可以进行内装物的计量分配,并且容易倒空残留物。在倾倒操作期间,包装的容积和形状改变。然而,根据本发明的直立袋可始终牢固地握持在一只手中,并且对准成使得直立袋的内装物朝向排出开口流动。因此,薄膜承载把手可具有把手环,该把手环对准成平行或垂直于袋的纵向边缘。
薄膜承载把手优选地位于直立袋的外边缘以内,因此在运输整平的并且最初未充装的袋期间并不碍事。根据本发明的薄膜承载把手进一步使得包装可以折叠起来并且在已经完全倒空之后以节省空间方式丢弃。
存在若干用于在结构上具体实现薄膜承载把手的可能方案。根据应变确定选择,并且选择取决于直立袋的尺寸或它设计用于的充装重量。根据第一实施例,薄膜承载把手附接至面板或薄膜底板的内面,并且能经由面板或薄膜底板中的把手开口够到。附接方式优选为焊接,但是并不排除粘合剂连接。把手开口由薄膜补片封闭,所述薄膜补片设置在薄膜承载把手的背后并且固定至袋的内面。优选地,把手开口由面板或薄膜底板的撕下薄膜部分封闭,以便使得薄膜承载把手完全设置在直立袋的轮廓内。开始作为整平的未充装袋离开袋生产设备的直立袋具有光滑表面并且因此能良好地堆叠和运输。如果薄膜承载把手隐藏在袋的光滑外表面后面,特别是在箱子或其它外封装中的已充装的直立袋的运输也并不受妨碍。
如果薄膜承载把手必须设计用于大应力,以下设计是有利的。在这种情况下,薄膜承载把手具有由围绕支承补片的薄膜条制成的环。支承补片经过环的两端伸出并附接至后薄膜补片和/或附接至袋的内面,优选地通过焊接进行附接。所述的承载把手构造具有以下优点,即当正在承载直立袋时作用的力最初被传递至支承补片,因而承载于大的表面上。力的均匀分布使得可以传送大的载荷。在设计用于较低充装重量的较小直立袋的情况下,薄膜承载把手还能具体实现为简单的薄膜条。为了附接这种类型的更简单薄膜承载把手,建议利用附接至袋内侧并封闭开口的薄膜补片通过袋套中的开口连接端部。根据薄膜承载把手的另一个可能实施例,加强片材设置在袋的内面上并固定至内面,夹持环由在边缘由两个缝隙限制限定的袋薄膜部分和增强片材形成。另外,设置封闭片材,所述封闭片材覆盖在袋内侧由把手环形成的开口。为了实现承载能力的增加,限定把手环的缝隙可设置于将加强片材连接至袋内侧的两个焊缝之间,或者设置于将加强片材连接至袋内侧的粘合表面内部。
面板和薄膜底板可通过折叠扁平的幅材成形。薄膜底板和面板的薄膜表面之间的折叠边缘有利地通过焊缝(所谓的盲焊缝)增强。替代地,存在由不同薄膜制造薄膜底板和面板的薄膜部件并通过焊缝将它们相互连接的可能方案。
许多聚合物和材料组合自身用作用于生产直立袋的塑性薄膜。特别是,直立袋可由透明的聚合物生产或者配备窗口以便能够识别充装水平。有利的材料组合例如为PET/PE、OPP/PE、PET/OPA/PP、OPP/PP和PE/PE。另外,可通过SiOx涂敷的或共挤的屏障聚合物层(例如EVOH)设置透明的屏障层。具有一个或多个生物学上可降解的和可再生的原材料层的复合材料也可用作塑性薄膜。纤维素/淀粉-聚酯和OPLA/PLA聚酯化合物可作为实例。然而,特别地,对于根据本发明的直立袋,可考虑包括金属中间层或金属化聚合物中间层的复合材料。有利的材料组合为PET/Alu/PE、PET/Alu/PP和OPP(金属化)/PP。
塑性薄膜的厚度很大程度上取决于袋的尺寸和直立袋设计用于的充装重量。例如,可由具有三层结构的塑性薄膜制造具有大致2.5升充装容积的用于液体的直立袋,所述三层结构具有12微米厚的PET外层、12微米厚的PET中间层和在袋内侧上的100微米厚的聚乙烯层。为了增加掉落抵抗力,最后,纺织织物也可用于薄膜复合材料中。这种类型的塑性薄膜具有例如一层PE/纺织织物/PE复合材料。

具体实施方式
附图中所示的直立袋由可热封的、优选多层的塑性薄膜制成,用于保持粉末、颗粒、浆料或液体。直立袋制造为扁平的袋并且在充装机器中充以内装物。在其基本结构中,其由两个面板1、向内折叠的薄膜底板4和可再封闭的封盖5形成,其中两个面板1通过头部焊缝2彼此连接并且在它们的纵向边缘上通过纵向焊缝3连接。直立袋可由薄膜幅材通过折叠制成。在此,薄膜底板4和面板1由相同的薄膜制成。然而,也可以由不同的薄膜制造薄膜底板4和面板1并且通过焊缝将它们相互连接。
在图1中所示的直立袋的情况下,可再封闭的出口6为可再封闭的封壳5并且设置在连接面板1的头部焊缝处。薄膜承载把手8附接至面板之一并且具有图2中所示的结构。薄膜承载把手8位于直立袋外边缘的内侧。它附接至面板1的内面并且可通过面板中的把手开口够到。把手开口通过薄膜补片9封闭,该薄膜补片设置在薄膜承载把手8的后部上并且固定至袋的内面。图1示出了把手开口通过撕下面板1的薄膜的部分10而形成。
图2中所示的薄膜承载把手8的详图示出了薄膜承载把手8具有环11,环11由薄膜条制成并且接合在支承补片12周围。支承补片在环11的两侧伸出并且在伸出端部上通过焊缝附接至后薄膜补片9。另外地或替代地,它也可以直接附接至袋的内面。
图4示出了薄膜承载把手8的一个实施例,该薄膜承载把手8可以设置在薄膜壁1上。薄膜承载把手8的在边缘由两个缝隙18界定的把手环17由一部分袋材料和加强片材19形成,加强片材19附接至袋的内面。加强片材19例如利用大面积施涂的粘合剂而粘附至袋的内面,但是也并不排除其它附接类型。由把手环17形成的开口被袋内侧上的封闭片材20覆盖。
面板1和薄膜底板4可通过折叠扁平的幅材而成形。在薄膜底板4与面板1的薄膜区域之间的折叠边缘由焊缝14加强。焊缝14形成盲焊缝,并不具有密封功能。它们专门地用于加强或增强直立袋。
图3示出了用作液体或粘性产品包装的直立袋在倾倒出内装物时的操纵情况。将薄膜承载把手8设置在直立袋的面板1上意味着当正在倾倒出内装物的同时,始终握持包装以使得出口开口处于最低点并且可以容易地完全倒空包装。在所示实施例中,可再封闭的出口6大致地设置在头部焊缝2的中央。偏心的设置也可以容易地实现。同样地,薄膜承载把手可对准成平行或垂直于袋的纵向边缘。
Claims (6)
1.一种直立袋,用于液体或糊状产品,所述直立袋由可热封的塑性薄膜制成,所述直立袋具有:
两个面板(1),所述两个面板(1)通过沿着头部边缘的头部焊缝(2)连接并且通过沿着纵向边缘的纵向焊缝(3)连接;
向内折叠的薄膜底板(4);
可再封闭的封盖(5);和
薄膜承载把手(8),
其中,可再封闭的封盖(5)为可再封闭的出口(6),所述出口(6)设置在连接面板(1)的头部接缝(2)处,并且具有螺旋封盖,并且该薄膜承载把手(8)大致地在中央附接至面板(1)之一,并且薄膜承载把手具有把手环,该把手环对准成平行或垂直于面板(1)的纵向边缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直立袋,其特征在于,薄膜承载把手(8)附接至所述两个面板中的一个面板(1)的内表面上,并且能够经由该面板(1)中的把手开口够到,所述把手开口由薄膜补片(9)封闭,所述薄膜补片(9)设置在薄膜承载把手(8)的背后并且固定至袋的内表面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的直立袋,其特征在于,把手开口由面板(1)的撕下薄膜部分(10)封闭。
4.根据权利要求2所述的直立袋,其特征在于,薄膜承载把手(8)具有环(11),所述环(11)由薄膜条制成并且在支承补片(12)上方延伸,所述支承补片(12)在环(11)的两侧上伸出并且附接至所述薄膜补片(9)和/或附接至袋的内表面。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的直立袋,其特征在于,薄膜承载把手(8)具有通过袋套中的开口固定到附接至袋内侧的薄膜补片的端部。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的直立袋,其特征在于,加强片材(19)在薄膜承载把手(8)处附接至袋的内面,薄膜承载把手(8)的夹持环(17)由在其边缘由两个缝隙(18)界定的袋套部分和加强片材(19)形成,其中袋内侧上的封闭片材(20)覆盖由把手环(17)形成的开口。
