【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は袋に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】袋において、実開平4-35538 号公報に記
載の如く、袋の表裏の胴部シートの外縁シール部に把手
を設けたものがある。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】内容液の注出時に、
表裏の胴部シートが互いに重なって注ぎ口を閉塞し、注
出性を損なう。注ぎ口が、流量の大きい注出開始時には
開いていても、流量の少なくなる注出終了段階で閉塞し
易い。
【０００４】袋の注ぎ口に剛体の注出管が付いていて
も、注出管の手前で、表裏の胴部シートが互いに重なっ
て注ぎ口を閉塞することもある。
【０００５】本発明の課題は、袋の注出性を向上するこ
とにある。
【０００６】
【課題を解決するための手段】請求項１に記載の本発明
は、袋の胴部シートにおける注ぎ口の近傍に把手の少な
くとも片端を取付けてなる袋であって、前記把手の片端
を胴部シートに取付ける接合部の注ぎ口寄りの外縁を凹
状にしてなるようにしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】可撓自立袋１０は、図１に示す如
く、表裏の胴部シート１１、１２（不図示）の上縁部と
側縁部を互いに熱融着等により接合して上縁接合部１１
Ａ、側縁接合部１１Ｂ、１１Ｂを形成するとともに、両
胴部シート１１、１２の下縁部に底部シート１３の周縁
部を熱融着等により接合して底縁接合部１１Ｃを形成し
たものであり、最低３枚のシートからなる。また、袋１
０は、上縁接合部１１Ａを山形状にし、その幅方向中央
部を注ぎ口形成部１４とし、上縁接合部１１Ａをカット
ラインＡでカットしたときに注ぎ口形成部１４に注ぎ口
１５を形成可能としている。尚、袋１０にあっては、胴
部シート１１、１２と底部シート１３の上述の接合過程
で、内容液が充填される。
【０００８】袋１０は、表側の胴部シート１１における
注ぎ口１５の近傍に注ぎ口１５と離間する方向と同じ方
向に把手２０の長手方向が向くように該把手２０を取付
けている。把手２０は、袋１０の幅方向中央部の長手方
向に沿うように設けられ、両端接合部２０Ａ、２０Ｂの
双方を胴部シート１１に接着して取付けている。把手２
０は、両端接合部２０Ａ、２０Ｂに粘着面を備える粘着
テープにて構成できる。
【０００９】尚、袋１０は、上縁接合部１１Ａの注ぎ口
形成部１４に剛体の注出管（スパウト）を設けることも
できる。
【００１０】また、袋１０は、例えば液量500mL〜2500m
L 、粘度 2〜200mPa・s（30℃）、比重0.9 〜1.1 の界面
活性剤を内容液とする。
【００１１】本実施形態によれば、以下の作用がある。 （請求項１に対応する作用）(a) 内容液の注出時に、図２に示す如く、把手２０を持
ち上げることにより、この把手２０が付いている表側の
胴部シート１１を上方へ引張り、裏側の胴部シート１２
は内容液の重みで下方へ撓み、注ぎ口１５の近傍の表裏
の胴部シート１１、１２が互いに重なって注ぎ口１５を
閉塞することなく、互いに離隔して注ぎ口１５を大きく
開き、注出性を向上し、詰替え容器への詰替え性を向上
できる。
【００１２】表裏の胴部シート１１、１２が腰（引張弾
性率）の強いシート材料からなるときには、それら胴部
シート１１、１２の扁平復元習性が大きくて注ぎ口１５
を閉塞し易いから、本発明の作用による上述(a)の注出
性改善効果が顕著となる。同じ材料のシートでは、腰の
強さは、そのシートの厚みの３乗に比例すると言われて
いる。
【００１３】尚、腰の強いシート材料としては、(1) Ｐ
ＥＴ12μm／ＯＮＹ15μm／ＯＰＰ20μm／ＬＬＤＰＥ130
μm 、(2) ＯＮＹ15μm／ＯＮＹ15μm／ＬＬＤＰＥ130
μm／又は(3) ＯＮＹ25μm／ＬＬＤＰＥ180μm （但
し、ＰＥＴはポリエチレンテレフタレート、ＯＮＹは方
向性ナイロン、ＯＰＰは方向性ポリプロピレン、ＬＬＤ
ＰＥはリニア低密度ポリエチレン、数値（μm）は肉厚
を示す）の如くに複数のシート素材を積層してなる積層
シートを採用できる。一般のシート材料としては、例え
ば上述(3) のＯＮＹ、ＬＬＤＰＥのそれぞれの厚みを薄
くした、ＯＮＹ15μm／ＬＬＤＰＥ130μm がある。
【００１４】（請求項２に対応する作用）(b) 把手２０を袋１０の幅方向中央部に設けることによ
り、袋１０の注出姿勢を安定化し、上述(a)による注ぎ
口１５の開口面積をより大きくできる。
【００１５】（請求項３に対応する作用）(c) 把手２０の両端接合部２０Ａ、２０Ｂを胴部シート
１１に取付けることにより（図１）、片手だけで袋１０
の全体を持ち上げ、且つ上述(a)によって注ぎ口１５を
大きく開くことができる。但し、把手２０は片端接合部
２０Ａだけを胴部シート１１に取付るものであっても良
い（図３）。また、把手２０は、注ぎ口１５に近い接合
部２０Ａに、注ぎ口１５に近づくほど幅広になるテーパ
形状を付与するとき、上述(a)の注出性改善効果をより
向上できる。
【００１６】（請求項４に対応する作用）(d) 袋１０の注ぎ口形成部１４に剛体の注出管を備える
ことにより、注出管の手前の表裏の胴部シート１１、１
２は上述(a)により大きく開かれる状態下で、内容液を
この注出管からよりスムースに注出できる。
【００１７】（請求項５に対応する作用）(e) 容液が界面活性剤からなるときには、界面活性剤が
水よりも胴部シート１１、１２をぬらし易く、注ぎ口１
５が閉塞すると、界面活性剤が注ぎ口１５から胴部シー
ト１１、１２の外面に伝わり易くひいては袋１０の汚
れ、液ダレを生じ易いものとなるが、本実施形態では上
述(a)によって注ぎ口１５の閉塞が回避されるから、内
容液を界面活性剤とする袋１０の汚れ、液ダレ性を改善
できる。
【００１８】図４の可撓自立袋３０が図１の可撓自立袋
１０と実質的に異なる点は、把手３１の片端接合部３２
を胴部シート１１に取付けるに際し、把手３１の自由端
にて形成されるつまみ部３３を接合部３２よりも注ぎ口
１５寄りに配置したことにある。つまみ部３３は凹凸面
を備えて滑りにくい。
【００１９】図５の可撓自立袋４０が図１の可撓自立袋
１０と実質的に異なる点は、把手４１の片端接合部４２
を胴部シート１１に取付けるに際し、接合部４２の注ぎ
口１５寄りの外縁部４２Ａを凹状にしたことにある。
尚、把手４１のつまみ部４３は接合部４２を挟む注ぎ口
１５の反対側に配置され、指挿入用切込み線４３Ａを備
える。把手４１を持上げたとき、接合部４２の凹状外縁
部４２Ａが注ぎ口１５の近傍で胴部シート１１を積極的
に凸状に持上げ、注ぎ口１５をより大きく開き、注出性
を向上できる。
【００２０】図６の可撓自立袋５０が図１の可撓自立袋
１０と実質的に異なる点は、把手５１の片端接合部５２
を胴部シート１１に取付けるに際し、接合部５２の注ぎ
口１５寄りの外縁部５２Ａを凹状にしたことにある。
尚、把手５１のつまみ部５３は接合部５２より注ぎ口１
５寄りに配置され、指挿入用孔５３Ａを備える。把手５
１を持上げたとき、接合部５２の凹状外縁部５２Ａが注
ぎ口１５の近傍で胴部シート１１を積極的に凸状に持上
げ、注ぎ口１５をより大きく開き、注出性を向上でき
る。
【００２１】（請求項１に対応する作用） 把手４１、５１の片端を胴部シート１１に取付ける接合
部４２、５２の注ぎ口１５寄りの外縁部４２Ａ、５２Ａ
を凹状にすることで、注ぎ口１５が閉塞せず、より確実
に注ぎ口１５を開き、注出性を向上できる。

【発明の効果】以上のように本発明によれば、袋の注出
性を向上できる。

  1. 【請求項１】 袋の胴部シートにおける注ぎ口の近傍に
    把手の少なくとも片端を取付けてなる袋であって、 前記把手の片端を胴部シートに取付ける接合部の注ぎ口
    寄りの外縁を凹状にしてなる袋 。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記把手が袋の幅方向中央部に設けられ
    る請求項１記載の袋。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記把手の両端を胴部シートに取付けて
    なる請求項１又は２に記載の袋。
  4. 【請求項４】 前記袋の注ぎ口形成部に注出管を設けて
    なる請求項１〜３のいずれかに記載の袋入り製品。
  5. 【請求項５】 前記袋の内容液が界面活性剤である請求
    項１〜４のいずれかに記載の袋。
