Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有镜面效果的装饰膜及其制作方法,提供一种自上而下包括保护膜层、镜面处理层、PVC片层、粘结剂层及PET层的装饰膜。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰膜及其制作方法,尤其是涉及改善PVC片层的方案,并层压PET(Polyethylene terephthalate)层从而具有镜面效果的装饰膜及其制作方法。
背景技术
装饰膜用于墙壁的收尾材料,并以木纹图案为主要种类,随着市场的流行趋势,持续存在对具有镜面效果的装饰膜的需求。但是,因技术的局限性导致具有镜面效果的装饰膜制作难或镜面效果显著下降。
以往是在聚氯乙烯(PVC)片的下方涂敷粘结剂后粘贴离型纸从而生产出装饰膜,但是在镜面的情况下因光泽度高,而由光的反射产生的细小的曲折或片的平滑度使得镜面性显著下降而导致具有镜面效果的装饰膜制作难。
韩国专利公开第2008-71462号中公开了至上而下由表面保护层、印刷层、PVC树脂层、无纺布层、粘结剂层、离型纸构成的装饰壁纸。
日本专利公开第1999-131396号中公开了至上而下由印刷层、发泡涂料层、尺寸稳定层、粘结剂层、剥离层构成的装饰片。
韩国实用新型授权第434504号中公开了至上而下由装饰纺织物层、PVC膜层、无纺布层、粘结剂层、离型纸层构成的装潢用装饰片纸。
韩国专利公开第2005-27581号中公开了至上而下由表面处理层、透明膜、印刷膜、简易膜构成的装饰片。
在上述现有技术中,因没有镜面处理层,并在下部使用离型纸等,而不能取得镜面效果,并且没有涉及PVC树脂层的硬度调整结构。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有装饰膜中存在的在施工中因基材的凹凸和离型纸的凹凸使得镜面效果明显下降而导致具有镜面效果的装饰膜制作难的问题而作出的,其目的在于,提供一种在施工后也能够维持镜面效果的装饰膜及其制作方法。
本发明为了达到上述目的,提供一种自上而下包括保护膜层、镜面处理层、聚氯乙烯(PVC)片层、粘结剂层及聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)层的装饰膜。
在本发明中,通过调整PVC片层的硬度,利用PET层替代离型纸而维持片的平滑度,来解决上述现有技术的缺陷。
在本发明中,若要维持装饰膜的镜面性,PVC片层的硬度则显得尤为重要。PVC片层通过压延(Calendaring)工艺制作而成,如果硬度较硬(Hard),则在施工时难以进行曲面施工;如果硬度较软(Soft),则由于使基材(例如墙面)上的曲折全部显现在表面导致难以维持镜面效果。为了解决上述问题,进行了试验,结果表明:在制作PVC片层时对100重量份PVC添加5至15重量份增塑剂的情况下,PVC片层的硬度为以肖氏D硬度计的60至80,且该程度的硬度适中。为了维持装饰膜的镜面性,PVC片层的厚度优选为0.1mm至0.3mm。
在本发明中,利用平滑度优良的PET赋予离型力,从而解决了现有技术中在涂敷粘结剂后因离型纸的平滑度而使镜面性消失的问题。本发明中PET层的厚度优选为30μm至100μm。如果PET层的厚度不足30μm,则难以维持平滑度;如果超过100μm,则难以进行粘结涂敷作业。
本发明中PVC片层具有经光滑处理的、光泽度为70%至100%,优选为90%以上的镜面,并对PVC片层的镜面进行热硬化或UV硬化性树脂处理而形成镜面处理层。
并且,本发明还提供一种装饰膜的制作方法,该装饰膜的制作方法包括如下步骤:制作PVC片层的步骤;利用经光滑处理的压花辊在PVC片层形成镜面后,在镜面涂敷热硬化或UV硬化性树脂并使它们硬化而形成镜面处理层的步骤;在镜面处理层上层压保护膜层的步骤;在PET层涂敷粘结剂后进行干燥而形成粘结剂层的步骤;以及对层压了镜面处理层和保护膜层的PVC片层和形成有粘结剂层的PET层进行胶合的步骤,其特征在于,在上述PVC片层的制作步骤中,对100重量份PVC添加5至15重量份增塑剂,从而使PVC片层的硬度达到以肖氏D硬度计的60至80。
根据本发明,能够制作出维持PVC片层的规定的硬度,同时用PET替代离型纸而最大限度地维持镜面效果,且对可施工性也没有问题的装饰膜。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图对本发明进行详细说明。
图1是本发明的装饰膜的剖视图,至上而下由保护膜层10、镜面处理层20、PVC片层30、粘结剂层40、PET层50构成。
保护膜层10作为保护镜面处理层20的层,例如可使用聚乙烯(PE)膜等。
镜面处理层20作为保护PVC片层30的镜面且赋予耐划伤性等物性的层,由热硬化或UV硬化性树脂构成,厚度优选为5μm至20μm。
PVC片层30作为具有镜面且为了维持其镜面效果而具有规定的硬度的层,具有经光滑处理而光泽度为70%至100%的镜面,并具有对100重量份PVC添加5至15重量份增塑剂而达到规定的硬度,具体为达到以肖氏D硬度计的60至80的硬度。PVC片层30可为单色层,并且在PVC片层30上可形成印刷层。PVC片层30的厚度优选为0.1mm至0.3mm。增塑剂可使用邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP:diisononyl phthalate)、酞酸二异癸酯(DIDP:diisodecyl phthalate)等。
粘结剂层40作为粘合层,可由亚克力粘结剂等构成。
PET层50作为赋予平滑度而维持镜面效果的层,由PET树脂构成,厚度优选择为30μm至100μm。
本发明的装饰膜的制作方法如下。
首先,制作PVC片层30。PVC片层30用压延工艺制作,并对100重量份PVC添加5至15重量份增塑剂将PVC片层30制作成具有以肖氏D硬度计为60至80的硬度。
然后,利用经光滑处理的压花辊在PVC片层30形成镜面。经光滑处理的压花辊采用经镀铬而表面光滑的压花辊。镜面具有70%至100%,优选为90%以上的光泽度。作为参考,表面光泽度可通过根据ASTM D 2457使光线照射试片而测出此时的散射率来获取。
其次,在PVC片层30的镜面涂敷热硬化或UV硬化性树脂后,使它们热硬化或UV硬化而形成镜面处理层20。
再其次,在镜面处理层20上层压PE膜等的保护膜层10。
接着,在PET层50涂敷粘结剂后进行干燥而形成粘结剂层40。以100至300g/m2的量涂敷粘结剂,并使PET层50通过烘干箱使溶剂成分挥发。烘干箱的温度维持50℃至180℃。
最后,利用层压辊对层压了镜面处理层20和保护膜层10的PVC片层30和形成有粘结剂层40的PET层50进行胶合。
实施例
如图1所示,制作出了自上而下由保护膜层10、镜面处理层20、PVC片层30、粘结剂层40、PET层50构成的装饰膜。
首先,对100重量份PVC添加作为增塑剂的10重量份DINP后,用压延工艺制作出硬度以肖氏D硬度计为70、厚度为0.2mm的PVC片层30。
然后,利用镀铬的层压辊在PVC片层30形成光泽度为90%的镜面。
其次,在PVC片层30的镜面涂敷热硬化性树脂后使它们热硬化而形成厚度为10μm的镜面处理层20。
再其次,在镜面处理层20上层压作为保护膜层10的PE膜。
接着,在厚度为60μm的PET层50涂敷200g/m2量的亚克力粘结剂,并使PET层50通过100℃的烘干箱使溶剂成分挥发,从而形成粘结剂层40。
最后,利用层压辊对涂敷于PET层50的亚克力粘结剂和PVC胶合板半成品进行胶合。
比较例1
除了使用离型纸替代PET层50以外,制作方法与实施例相同。
比较例2
除了对100重量份PVC添加20重量份增塑剂而制作出PVC片层以外,制作方法与实施例相同。
比较例3
除了对100重量份PVC添加3重量份增塑剂而制作PVC片层以外,制作方法与实施例相同。
试验例
对在实施例及比较例所制作出的装饰膜的PVC片层的方案变更和PET层的使用情况引起的镜面性和曲折施工性进行了试验。镜面性用肉眼进行判断,曲折施工性在施工3天后,确认其边角部分是否仍粘合良好。

正如通过表1确认的内容,能够同时确保镜面效果和曲折施工性的情况为实施例的情况。这种结果表明维持PVC片层的规定的硬度及PET层的平滑度都很重要。
Claims (8)
1.一种装饰膜,其特征在于,自上而下包括保护膜层、镜面处理层、聚氯乙烯(PVC)片层、粘结剂层及聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰膜,其特征在于,所述聚氯乙烯片层的硬度以肖氏D硬度计为60至80。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装饰膜,其特征在于,所述聚氯乙烯片层的厚度为0.1mm至0.3mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的装饰膜,其特征在于,所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯层的厚度为30μm至100μm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的装饰膜,其特征在于,所述聚氯乙烯片层具有经光滑处理的、光泽度为70%至100%的镜面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装饰膜,其特征在于,所述镜面处理层是对聚氯乙烯片层的镜面进行热硬化或UV硬化性树脂处理的层。
7.一种装饰膜的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
制作聚氯乙烯片(PVC)层的步骤;
利用经光滑处理的压花辊在聚氯乙烯片层形成镜面后,在镜面涂敷热硬化或UV硬化性树脂并使它们硬化而形成镜面处理层的步骤;
在镜面处理层上层压保护膜层的步骤;
在聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)层涂敷粘结剂后进行干燥而形成粘结剂层的步骤;以及
对层压了镜面处理层和保护膜层的聚氯乙烯片层和形成有粘结剂层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯层进行胶合的步骤。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装饰膜的制作方法,其特征在于,在聚氯乙烯片层的制作步骤中,对100重量份聚氯乙烯添加5至15重量份增塑剂,从而使聚氯乙烯片层的硬度达到以肖氏D硬度计的60至80。
