Abstract
(课题)提供能够实现加强板的软钎焊强度的提高的连接器。(技术方案)将固定于连接器本体(10)的加强板(30)以与基板(40)的表面面接触的方式配置于连接器本体(10)的底面,并且在加强板(30)的与基板(40)接触的面上设置有多个孔(31),所以在将加强板(30)软钎焊于基板(40)时,软钎料不仅蔓延到加强板(30)的周边而且蔓延到各孔(31)的边缘部,能够充分确保加强板(30)与基板(40)的软钎焊部分。由此,能够实现加强板(30)的软钎焊强度的提高,能够提高接侧连接器向其插入以及拔出所针对的基板(40)的安装强度。另外,通过设置各孔(31),也能够实现加强板(30)的轻量化以及软钎焊时的热传导的提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及安装于印刷基板而使用的连接器。
背景技术
以往,作为这种连接器,已知下述连接器,该连接器具备一端开口的绝缘性的连接器本体、保持于连接器本体的多个导电性的端子和固定于连接器本体的加强板,各端子以及加强板软钎焊于基板(例如,参照专利文献1)。
在该连接器中,通过在连接器本体的一端开口部插入对接侧连接器,由此对接侧连接器的端子与连接器本体内的各端子接触,与对接侧连接器连接。
然而,在所述连接器中,由于对接侧连接器的插入和拔出施加较大的载荷,所以在加强板的软钎焊部分容易产生裂纹,不能充分确保加强板的软钎焊强度。
专利文献1:实开平5-66881号公报
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述问题点而进行的,其目的在于提供能够实现加强板的软钎焊强度的提高的连接器。
本发明为了达成上述目的,一种连接器,其具备一端开口的绝缘性的连接器本体、保持于连接器本体的多个端子和固定于连接器本体的加强板,各端子以及加强板软钎焊于基板,其中:所述加强板配置于连接器本体的底面,使得所述加强板与基板的表面面接触,在加强板的与基板接触的面上设置有多个孔。
由此,在将加强板软钎焊于基板时,软钎料不仅蔓延到加强板的周边而且蔓延到各孔的边缘部,所以能够充分确保加强板与基板的软钎焊部分。
根据本发明,能够充分确保加强板与基板的软钎焊部分,所以能够实现加强板的软钎焊强度的提高,能够提高对接侧连接器对其插入以及拔出所针对基板的安装强度。另外,通过设置有各孔,能够实现加强板的轻量化以及软钎焊时的热传导的提高。

具体实施方式
图1至图4是表示本发明的一个实施方式的图。该图所示的连接器,包括一端开口的绝缘性的连接器本体10、互相在宽度方向上设置间隔地保持于连接器本体10的多个端子20和固定于连接器本体10的加强板30,该连接器安装于基板40而使用。
连接器本体10包括合成树脂的成型品,形成为一端侧开口的中空状。连接器本体10包括上面壁11、背面壁12、下面壁13以及左右侧面壁14,在一端开口部插入插塞式连接器等对接侧连接器(未图示)。另外,在连接器本体10的下表面上设有向下方突出的多个突起15,各突起15接合于设置于基板40的多个安装孔41。
各端子20包括具有导电性的金属制的销钉,分别形成为大致L状。 各端子20在连接器本体10内配置成上下两列,各端子20的一端侧配置于连接器本体10的一端开口部侧。各端子20的另一端侧贯通连接器本体10的背面壁12而向外部延伸,并且从连接器本体10的背面侧弯曲成大致L状向下方延伸。
加强板30包括大致四边形状的金属板,所述金属板配置于连接器本体10的下面,使得该金属板与基板40的表面面接触,通过镶嵌成型与连接器本体10形成为一体。在加强板30上设有由在前后方向上延伸的多个缝隙构成的孔31,各孔31互相设置间隔地排列在加强板30的宽度方向上。在加强板30的宽度方向两端分别设有向宽度方向外侧延伸的突出片32,在各突出片32的前后分别设有向上方延伸的固定片33。各固定片33在镶嵌成型时埋设于连接器本体10的各侧面壁14,通过各固定片33将加强板30固定于连接器本体10。在该情况下,在各固定片33上设有圆形的贯通孔33a,通过各贯通孔33a提高由镶嵌成型获得的与连接器本体10的一体性。另外,在加强板30的前端设有向前方突出的接合片34,接合片34被插入对接侧连接器的接合孔(未图示)。
如上所述那样构成的连接器,将连接器本体10的各突起15接合于基板40的各安装孔41,将各端子20的另一端与加强板30通过软钎焊安装于基板40。此时,软钎料不仅蔓延到加强板30的周边而且蔓延到各孔31的边缘部,所以能够充分确保加强板30与基板40的软钎焊部分。
这样,根据本实施方式的连接器,将固定于连接器本体10的加强板30以与基板40的表面面接触的方式配置于连接器本体10的底面,并且在加强板30的与基板40接触的面上设有多个孔31,所以在将加强板30软钎焊于基板40时,软钎料不仅蔓延到加强板30的周边而且蔓延到各孔31的边缘部,所以能够充分确保加强板30与基板40的软钎焊部分。由此,能够实现加强板30的软钎焊强度的提高,能够提高对接侧连接器向其插入以及拔出所针对的基板40的安装强度。另外,通过设置各孔31,也能够实现加强板30的轻量化以及软钎焊时的热传导的提高。
在该情况下,通过互相在宽度方向上排列的多个缝隙形成加强板30 的各孔31,所以能够充分确保各孔31的边缘部的长度,在软钎焊强度的提高上极为有利。
另外,在连接器本体10上设有与设置于基板40的孔41接合的多个突起15,所以通过各突起15与各孔41的接合,能够限制连接器本体10向对接侧连接器的插入以及拔出方向的移动,能够进一步提高向基板40的安装强度。
进而,在加强板30上设有与对接侧连接器接合的接合片34,所以能够通过加强板30限制对接侧连接器的移动,能够降低在插入以及拔出时从对接侧连接器施加的力。
另外,将加强板30通过镶嵌成型与连接器本体10形成为一体,所以能够将加强板30坚固地固定于连接器本体10,并且不需要将加强板30安装于连接器本体10的工序,能够实现生产性的提高。
Claims (5)
1.一种连接器,其具备一端开口的绝缘性的连接器本体、保持于连接器本体的多个端子和固定于连接器本体的加强板,各端子以及加强板软钎焊于基板,该连接器的特征在于:
所述加强板配置于连接器本体的底面,使得所述加强板与基板的表面面接触;
在所述加强板的与所述基板接触的面上设置有在前后方向上延伸的多个由缝隙构成的孔,所述各孔互相设置间隔地排列在所述加强板的宽度方向上,在将所述加强板焊接于所述基板时,软钎料不仅蔓延到所述加强板的周边而且蔓延到所述各孔的边缘部,充分确保所述加强板与所基板的软钎焊部分,以提高软钎焊强度。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:在所述连接器本体上设有与设置于基板的孔接合的多个突起。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的连接器,其特征在于:在所述加强板上设有与对接侧连接器接合的接合部。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述加强板通过镶嵌成型与连接器本体形成为一体。
5.如权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述加强板通过镶嵌成型与连接器本体形成为一体。
