一种以水性聚氨酯为载体的倒顺毛羊巴树脂，按重量，包括100-120份聚四氢呋喃二醇、25-30份聚氧化丙烯三醇、45-60份聚氧化丙烯二醇、0-10份精制蓖麻油、70-98份甲苯二异氰酯、20-30份3，5-二氨基-2，4，6-三甲基苯磺酸、10-24份三羟甲基丙烷、40-50份N-甲基吡咯烷酮、8-20份三乙胺、1-5份乙二胺、600-900份水、80-160份倒顺毛羊巴粉。本发明以水性聚氨酯为载体，降低了树脂的易燃性、毒副作用和毒性，提高运输安全性，制成的合成革具有倒顺绒毛感特性。

以水性聚氨酯为载体的倒顺毛羊巴树脂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于制革材料领域，涉及一种倒顺毛羊巴树脂，尤其涉及一种以水性聚氨酯为载体的倒顺毛羊巴树脂，制成的合成革具有倒顺毛绒感特性。
背景技术
目前市场上的倒顺毛羊巴树脂，大都以溶剂型聚氨酯为载体，采用甲苯、丙酮等有机溶剂。本公司开发的水性聚氨酯疯马羊巴树脂为水性聚氨酯为载体，即以水为介质，除了具有溶剂型聚氨酯所具有的基本性质外，还具有不易燃烧、无毒、无环境污染，节约能源，运输安全等优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以水性聚氨酯为载体的倒顺毛羊巴树脂，以水性聚氨酯为载体，减少溶剂型树脂易燃性、毒副作用和毒性，提高运输安全性。
本发明所述的一种以水性聚氨酯为载体的倒顺毛羊巴树脂，按重量，包括100-120份聚四氢呋喃二醇、25-35份聚氧化丙烯三醇、45-60份聚氧化丙烯二醇，0-10份精制蓖麻油，70-98份甲苯二异氰酯、20-30份3，5-二氨基-2，4，6-三甲基苯磺酸、10-24份三羟甲基丙烷、40-50份N-甲基吡咯烷酮、8-20份三乙胺、1-5份乙二胺、600-900份水、80-160份倒顺毛羊巴粉。
聚四氢呋喃二醇的平均重量分子量为2000。
聚氧化丙烯三醇的平均重量分子量为3000。
聚氧化丙烯二醇平均重量分子量为2000。
一种以水性聚氨酯为载体的倒顺毛羊巴树脂的制备方法，先将聚四氢呋喃二醇、聚氧化丙烯三醇和聚氧化丙烯二醇加入带搅拌器的反应器中于120℃真空脱水1小时，然后加入甲苯二异氰酸酯，于85℃～90℃反应1.5小时，加入3，5-二氨基-2，4，6-三甲基苯磺酸和三羟甲基丙烷，继续反应2小时，加入N-甲基吡咯烷酮，然后降至室温，加入三乙胺和乙二胺，加水乳化后、加入倒顺毛羊巴粉，搅拌分散2小时即得。
本发明技术方案实现的有益效果：
本发明公开了一种以水性聚氨酯为载体的疯马羊巴树脂，以水性聚氨酯为载体，降低了树脂的易燃性、毒副作用和毒性，提高运输安全性。将本发明树脂制成的合成革倒顺毛绒感特性。

以下详细描述本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
先将100g聚四氢呋喃二醇、30g聚氧化丙烯三醇、60g聚氧化丙烯二醇和10g精制蓖麻油加入带搅拌器的反应器中于120℃真空脱水1小时，然后加入87g甲苯二异氰酸酯，于85℃～90℃反应1.5小时，加入24g3，5-二氨基-2，4，6-三甲基苯磺酸和16g三羟甲基丙烷，继续反应2小时，加入50gN-甲基吡咯烷酮，然后降至室温，加入11g三乙胺和5g乙二胺，加水乳化后、加入100g倒顺毛羊巴粉，搅拌分散2小时即得。
实施例2
先将110g聚四氢呋喃二醇、25g聚氧化丙烯三醇、60g聚氧化丙烯二醇和5g精制蓖麻油加入带搅拌器的反应器中于120℃真空脱水1小时，然后加入75g甲苯二异氰酸酯，于85℃～90℃反应1.5小时，加入20g3，5-二氨基-2，4，6-三甲基苯磺酸和12g三羟甲基丙烷，继续反应2小时，加入40gN-甲基吡咯烷酮，然后降至室温，加入10g三乙胺和9g乙二胺，加水乳化后、加入80g倒顺毛羊巴粉，搅拌分散2小时即得。
实施例3
先将120g聚四氢呋喃二醇、30g聚氧化丙烯三醇和50g聚氧化丙烯二醇加入带搅拌器的反应器中于120℃真空脱水1小时，然后加入70g甲苯二异氰酸酯，于85℃～90℃反应1.5小时，加入30g3，5-二氨基-2，4，6-三甲基苯磺酸和12g三羟甲基丙烷，继续反应2小时，加入40gN-甲基吡咯烷酮，然后降至室温，加入15g三乙胺和5g乙二胺，加水乳化后、加入160g倒顺毛羊巴粉，搅拌分散2小时即得。
将实施例1、2或3制得的树脂用于合成革，制成的革具有丝光、表面绒毛感和擦拭后变焦等特性。

1.一种以水性聚氨酯为载体的倒顺毛羊巴树脂，按重量，包括100-120份聚四氢呋喃二醇、25-35份聚氧化丙烯三醇、45-60份聚氧化丙烯二醇，0-10份精制蓖麻油，70-98份甲苯二异氰酯、20-30份3，5-二氨基-2，4，6-三甲基苯磺酸、10-24份三羟甲基丙烷、40-50份N-甲基吡咯烷酮、8-20份三乙胺、1-5份乙二胺、600-900份水、80-160份倒顺毛羊巴粉；
所述的聚四氢呋喃二醇的平均重量分子量为2000；
所述的聚氧化丙烯三醇的平均重量分子量为3000；
所述的聚氧化丙烯二醇的平均重量分子量为2000。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以水性聚氨酯为载体的倒顺毛羊巴树脂的制备方法，先将聚四氢呋喃二醇、聚氧化丙烯三醇和聚氧化丙烯二醇加入带搅拌器的反应器中于120℃真空脱水1小时，然后加入甲苯二异氰酸酯，于85℃～90℃反应1.5小时，加入3，5-二氨基-2，4，6-三甲基苯磺酸和三羟甲基丙烷，继续反应2小时，加入N-甲基吡咯烷酮，然后降至室温，加入三乙胺和乙二胺，加水乳化后、加入倒顺毛羊巴粉，搅拌分散2小时即得。
