Abstract
本发明涉及一种香砂养胃面包。现有的面包口感差，不筋、不柔，其中的营养成分大多数不能被人体充分吸收，只能解决温饱缺点。本发明将面粉、白术、香附、甘草、生姜、豆蔻、厚朴、枳实、半夏、木香、大枣、砂仁、糖、发酵粉搅拌，放入烤箱烘烤。提供了一种以白术补益中气，半夏燥湿健脾；伏苓利水渗湿，健脾补中；又脾主健运，宜运不宜滞，故以香附、木香、陈皮、厚朴、砂仁、豆蔻诸药调理气分，疏畅气机，兼以化湿、温中、止痛，且香附舒肝解郁，枳实化食消积为之佐；能在平时饮食中进行很好的食补，一举两得，吸收好的一种香砂养胃面包。

背景技术
现有的面包口感差，不筋、不柔，其中的营养成分大多数不能被人体充分吸收，只能解决温饱缺点。
发明内容
本发明针上述不足，提供一种食补，吸收快，口感好的香砂养胃面包。
本发明为了达到上述目的，采用下列技术方案(按重量比)：
面粉1000-2000 白术30-35 香附15-30 甘草5-15 生姜5-10
豆蔻15-30 厚朴15-30 枳实15-30 半夏20-40 木香15-30
大枣2-5 砂仁15-30
a、将白术、香附、甘草、生姜、豆蔻、厚朴、枳实、半夏、木香、大枣、砂仁用水煎30至60分钟，再浸泡20至30小时，过滤，收集滤液备用；
b、将a步骤的滤液加入面粉、糖、发酵粉搅拌造形，放置20至40分钟，放入烤箱烘烤即可。

面粉1000g、白术30g、香附15g、甘草5g、生姜5g、豆蔻15g、厚朴15g、枳实15g、半夏20g、木香15g、大枣2g、砂仁15g

1.一种香砂养胃面包，包括下列组份(按重量比)：
面粉1000-2000 白术30-35 香附15-30 甘草5-15 生姜5-10
豆蔻15-30 厚朴15-30 枳实15-30 半夏20-40 木香15-30
大枣2-5 砂仁15-30
a、将白术、香附、甘草、生姜、豆蔻、厚朴、枳实、半夏、木香、大枣、砂仁用水煎30至60分钟，再浸泡20至30小时，过滤，收集滤液备用；
b、将a步骤的滤液加入面粉、糖、发酵粉搅拌造形，放置20至40分钟，放入烤箱烘烤即可。
