Abstract

Description
背景技术
从US4,299,012中已知了带有在权利要求1的第一部分中给出的特征的软管夹。此软管夹由于其内表面在张紧状态下无缝隙或台阶且因此在软管外周的全部位置上支撑软管的事实,也证明用于将薄、硬的软管固定在管钳上。
为将外部的带端与内部的带区域连接,已知的软管夹具有布置在内部带区域上的引导钩和至少一个支撑或保持钩。在闭合状态下,引导钩和保持钩分别接合在形成于外部带区域内的缺口内。
随着软管日益变得更薄且弹性更低而所需张力相应地提高,钩连接具有弱点。这表现为邻近例如所谓的“欧梯克卡环(Oetiker-Ohr)”的张紧装置的在过高的力下拉长且最终撕裂。此问题可通过使用高质量的弹性钢解决,但这导致更高的成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的一般技术问题在于,至少部分地消除如在根据现有技术的同类软管夹中存在的缺点。要解决的更特定的技术问题可在于,特别地在软管夹的强度方面改进软管夹的钩连接。
此技术问题的解决通过以权利要求1的为特征的发明解决。据此,用于保持钩的接收件不再设计为缺口或窗,而是设计为由带材料冷成形的所有侧闭合的压痕,所述压痕由于其闭合的形状而可承受明显更高的力。为实现保持钩在保持接收件内的锚定,保持钩的内表面在支撑区域内与带表面形成至少90度的角度。在此支撑区域内,保持钩能够以凸起挂入。保持接收件的闭合形状具有另外的优点,即保持钩不向外突出,且不存在伤害危险。
在根据权利要求2的本发明的扩展中,保持钩自身也通过冷成形由带材料压出,且仅在其凸起的区域内切出。在此造型中,保持钩也具有高的强度。
根据权利要求3的构造因此是合适的,因为该构造导致在软管夹闭合时保持钩的凸起在希望的位置中达到保持接收件的支撑面上的希望的位置处。
在本发明的根据权利要求4和5的构造中,即使在引导钩和引导接收件中也给出了类似的造型和类似的可保持性,不过其中引导接收件具有用于使设在引导钩上的尖端通过的开口。优选由带材料内的L形切口产生的尖端导致了在挂入时两个带端部的相互定心,且在软管夹的未张紧状态下也将保持钩与保持接收件接合。
在根据权利要求6的构造中,引导钩的尖端基本上平行于带表面延伸,且在挂入的状态中重叠在邻接引导接收件的开口的带材料上。在此构造中,软管夹的闭合状态可通过撞击固定在引导接收件上。此类固定比根据现有技术将通过引导狭缝插入的舌片状引导钩弯曲更简单。

具体实施方式
从图1和图2中右侧示出的带端10出发,所述带端10在软管夹的闭合状态中位于外侧,在附图中图示的软管夹具有通过冷成形由钢带11形成的如下特征:引导接收件12,保持接收件13,具有所谓的“欧梯克卡环(Oetiker-Ohr)”形式的张紧装置14,舌形件引导件15,引导钩16,保持钩17,和在软管夹的闭合状态下处于内部的另一个带端18上的舌形件19。
在图3中图示的软管夹的闭合状态中,引导钩16接合在引导接收件12内,保持钩17接合在保持接收件13内且舌形件19接合在舌形件引导件15内。
为通过减小软管夹的直径来张紧软管夹,在张紧耳(Spannohr)14的从带出发且基本上垂直于带延伸的两个腿20上放置(未示出的)钳状工具,以减小所述腿20的与带11连接的端部之间的距离。提供在张紧耳14内的卷边21防止将所述腿20相连接的桥接部(Steg)折弯。
保持接收件13通过冷成形从带材料压出,且如在图2和图3中最好地突出,保持接收件13在其整个外周上闭合且与带材料完全结合在一起。保持接收件13的内表面在与外部带端10相邻的支撑区域25内与带表面形成90度的角度。
保持钩17也通过冷成形从带材料中压出,且在其整个外周上除了背离内部带端的位置处之外都与带材料结合在一起。在所述位置处,保持钩17在带材料成形前通过切割从带材料分离,使得形成了突伸出带11的厚度的凸起26。
凸起26的顶表面27和保持接收件13的上部内表面28平行于带11的表面延伸。这有助于在软管夹闭合时将凸起26向着支撑区域25引导。在软管夹张紧时出现的作用在带纵向方向上的力导致凸起26以其切割刃戳入保持接收件13的支撑区域25内。
引导接收件12又通过冷成形从带材料压出,其中引导接收件12在指向外部带端10的侧上具有通过切割形成在带材料内的开口30,所述引导接收件12在其其余的外周内与带材料结合在一起。
最后,引导钩16也通过冷成形从带材料压出且除其背离带端部18的一侧之外与带材料结合在一起。在背离内部带端部18的一侧上,引导钩16通过由两个直线形成的总体呈L形的切口与带材料分离。L形的切口以其尖端指离内部带端部18。以此方式,弯曲的引导钩16获得了背离内部带端部的三角形尖端31。
引导钩16的尖端31和引导接收件12的顶表面平行于带表面延伸。
在软管夹闭合且引导钩16挂入引导接收件12时,尖端31被引导通过引导接收件12的垂直于带表面的开口30,且位于带11的邻接开口30的区域上。以此方式将两个带端部10、18相互定心,且引导钩16已在软管夹张紧前保持在保持接收件13内。
在软管夹闭合后,引导钩16和引导接收件12之间的接合通过撞击固定在引导接收件12上。然后,软管夹通过张紧耳14围绕所涉及的物体的收缩(例如夹钳/软管连接)而张紧,其中舌形件19移动到舌形件引导件15内。在完成的张紧的状态中,在张紧耳14的腿20的内端之间的不可避免的缝隙通过在与舌形件19相连接的内部带区域的整个宽度搭接。

Claims (6)
1.一种由带有相互重叠的带端部(10,18)的带(11)形成的软管夹,该软管夹带有:
用于减小软管夹的直径的张紧装置(14),
布置在内部带区域上的引导钩(16),所述引导钩(16)用于接合在形成于张紧装置(14)与外部带端部(10)之间的引导接收件(12)内,和
布置在内部带区域上的且在内部带端部(18)的方向上相对于引导钩(16)错开的保持钩(17),所述保持钩(17)用于接合在形成于张紧装置(14)与外部带端部(10)之间的保持接收件(13)内,
其特征在于,
保持接收件(13)是由带材料形成的在所有侧上闭合的压痕,所述保持接收件(13)的内表面在邻接外部带端部(10)的支撑区域(25)内与带表面形成至少90度的角度,和
保持钩(17)具有指离内部带端(18)的凸起(26),所述凸起(26)用于与保持接收件(13)的支撑区域(25)接合,其中,凸起(26)这样成型,使得所述凸起(26)在软管夹张紧时以切割刃戳入保持接收件(13)的支撑区域(25)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软管夹,其中,保持钩(17)是由带材料形成的仅在凸起(26)的区域内切出的压痕。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的软管夹,其中,保持钩(17)的顶表面(27)和保持接收件(13)的上部内表面(28)平行于带表面延伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的软管夹,其中,引导接收件(12)是由带材料形成的压痕,所述压痕带有指向外部带端部(10)的基本上垂直于带表面延伸的开口(30),且引导钩(16)是由带材料形成的压痕,所述压痕带有指向外部带端部(10)的尖端(31),所述尖端(31)用于通过引导接收件(12)的开口(30)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的软管夹,其中,引导钩(16)的尖端(31)基本上平行于带表面延伸,且在软管夹的闭合状态中与带(11)的邻接引导接收件(12)的开口(30)的区域重叠。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的软管夹,其中,引导钩(16)的尖端(31)通过L形切口在带材料内产生。
