本发明公开了一种汽车减振产品用高阻尼橡胶配制原料,涉及橡胶技术领域,其组成按重量份如下,氯化丁基胶,100;炭黑N220,10~40;炭黑N330,20~50;环烷油,20~40;防老剂RD,1~3;防老剂4010NA,1~3;均匀剂40MSF,3~6;间接法氧化锌,5~10;氧化镁,0.1~0.5;促进剂BZ,1~5。通过以上配置原料制作出的汽车减振产品用高阻尼橡胶,具有优异的耐热氧老化性能,并具有高阻尼性能。

一种汽车减振产品用高阻尼橡胶配制原料
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶技术领域,特别涉及的是一种汽车减振产品用高阻尼的橡胶配制原料。
背景技术
随着汽车制造工业高性能技术的快速发展,汽车技术向车辆的经济性、舒适性和安全性方面发展。目前从减振、降噪、舒适性和行驶安全性的角度,对汽车用橡胶减振元件提出了更高的要求,橡胶减震器具有良好的减振、隔音和缓冲性能。减振产品使用的橡胶品种很多,主要以天然橡胶为主,为改善减振制品的耐热性,也使用氯丁橡胶(CR)、丁基橡胶(IIR)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)等。
为保证制品的耐久性,在减振橡胶的配合设计上,必须考虑的是随时间的延长物理性能的保持性,将橡胶的耐热温度从目前的70℃提高到100℃,间隙使用温度为120℃。
目前汽车用橡胶悬置主要为橡胶和金属结构,由于其工艺成熟及成本低廉在相当一段时间内有广泛的应用空间,但通常的橡胶悬置采用天然橡胶,存在阻尼小,吸收振动能力小,悬置系统隔振能力稍差,特别是发动机怠速区隔振效果差。
发明内容
为满足产品对橡胶材料高阻尼和耐热条件的要求,本发明提供了一种汽车减振产品用高阻尼橡胶配制原料。
为达到以上要求,一种汽车减振产品用高阻尼橡胶配制原料,其组成按重量份如下,氯化丁基胶,100;炭黑N220,10~40;炭黑N330,20~50;环烷油,20~40;防老剂RD,1~3;防老剂4010NA,1~3;均匀剂40MSF,3~6;间接法氧化锌,5~10;氧化镁,0.1~0.5;促进剂BZ,1~5。
本发明采用氯化丁基橡胶作为高阻尼橡胶的主体材料。氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)由于其分子链上侧甲基十分密集,形成蠕虫状结构;又因为玻璃化转变温度附近存在着次级转变,致使其阻尼性能不同于一般的弹性体,内耗峰既高又宽,有明显的阻尼作用。丁基橡胶经氯化后,具有反应性高、硫化速度快、与金属粘合性能好等特点,同时氯化丁基橡胶主链饱和,活性低,具有优异的耐候和耐热性能。因而氯化丁基橡胶是制作高阻尼橡胶元件的理想材料。但并不是直接使用,需要选择合适的补强体系和硫化体系也是本发明研究的内容之一。
本发明采用金属氧化物硫化体系,克服普通硫化体系硫化橡胶材料耐热老化较差的缺点,使橡胶达到均衡的硫化速度和最佳耐热性能。
本发明采用STRUKTOL均匀剂40MSF,是一种用于氯化丁基胶料的均匀剂。40MSF是深色、芳香烃类树脂的混合物,它们与大多数橡胶材料(如,CR、IIR、EPDM等)具有良好的相溶性,并且应用于高弹体混合物及单聚体胶料中,通过使用该树脂,填料分散度、粘接度及其物理特性都有显著的改善。
氯化丁基橡胶系非自补强橡胶,需要补强体系才能达到较好的拉伸强度。补强体系与通用橡胶相似,通常采用炭黑N220、N330和N550,而考虑到配制原料的高阻尼性炭黑选择N220和N330两种型号,软化剂选择为链烃类或环烷烃类。
本发明经过多次实验和研究采用炭黑N220和炭黑N330并用,软化剂选用环烷油。
其中主要原材料来源:
氯化丁基胶牌号为CIIR1066,美国埃克森美孚化工;
均匀剂40MSF,STRUKTOL;
氧化镁,上海敦煌化工公司;
环烷油,北京艾迪尔化工公司。
采用本发明制作的汽车用高阻尼和耐热橡胶减震配制原料,可获得最佳的材料性能,拉伸强度大于14.0Mpa,扯断伸长率大于400%,常温下20HZ阻尼系数大于0.30,长期使用温度达到100℃。胶料注射工艺操作稳定,从而能够很好满足产品对橡胶材料高阻尼和耐热条件的要求。

采用上述配制原料后,橡胶材料的高阻尼性能满足产品对胶料的性能要求。本发明设计的配制原料通过以上进行了详细描述,本发明的实施可以满足技术要点(1)胶料具有优异的耐热氧老化性能;(2)配制原料胶料具有高阻尼性能。

1.一种汽车减振产品用高阻尼橡胶配制原料,其组成按重量份如下:氯化丁基胶,100;炭黑N220,10~40;炭黑N330,20~50;环烷油,20~40;防老剂RD,1~3;防老剂4010NA,1~3;均匀剂40MSF,3~6;间接法氧化锌,5~10;氧化镁,0.1~0.5;促进剂BZ,1~5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车减振产品用高阻尼橡胶配制原料,其组成按重量份如下:氯化丁基胶,100;炭黑N220,10;炭黑N330,50;环烷油,40;防老剂RD,1;防老剂4010NA,1;均匀剂40MSF,3;间接法氧化锌,5;氧化镁,0.5;促进剂BZ,1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车减振产品用高阻尼橡胶配制原料,其组成按重量份如下:氯化丁基胶,100;炭黑N220,40;炭黑N330,20;环烷油,20;防老剂RD,3;防老剂4010NA,1;均匀剂40MSF,3;间接法氧化锌,10;氧化镁,0.15;促进剂BZ,2。
