Abstract
本发明涉及一种使工具和工件相对移动、对工件进行加工的机床,包括:机床身(13);竖立地设置在机床身(13)上的立柱(15);以及托架(27),所述托架(27)在两侧具有可摆动地支承工作台(35)的支柱(27a、27b),所述托架以该支柱(27a、27b)中的一个(27b)与立柱(15)邻接、另一个支柱(27a)与立柱(15)相背离的方式取向设置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及使具有能够摆动的工作台的工具与工件相对移动、对工件进行加工的机床。
背景技术
除X、Y、Z轴三个正交的轴之外,至少还具有一个旋转进给轴的多轴机床是公知的。例如,在特开2006-305692号公报中,揭示了一种具有随行夹具交换装置的五轴加工中心。这种加工中心具有成为底座的机床身和竖立地设置在该机床身的顶面上的立柱。另外,在立柱的前方设置有耳轴,所述耳轴能够沿着机床身的顶面在作为相对于所述立柱的前表面垂直的方向的Y轴方向上移动,并且能够以与作为相对于所述Y轴垂直的水平方向的X轴方向平行的旋转轴(A轴)为中心摆动。在该耳轴上,可围绕垂直于A轴的旋转轴(C轴)旋转地安装有工作台,在该工作台的顶面,可拆装地安装有安装了工件的随行夹具。
由于所述加工中心的耳轴被可围绕平行于X轴的A轴摆动地支承,所以,借助配置在机床身的前方的随行夹具交换装置,交换随行夹具。从而,在该公报所揭示的加工中心中,会产生耳轴的旋转支承部妨碍操作者对工作台上的工件的接近性和操作性的问题。进而,由于操作者在随行夹具交换装置近旁接近工件,所以,存在着由于随行夹具交换装置的误动作引起操作者与随着夹具交换装置干扰的危险。
发明内容
从而,本发明以解决这种现有技术的问题作为技术课题,其目的是提供一种机床,所述机床改进对工件的接近性,以此改进作业性和安全性。
根据本发明,提供一种机床,所述机床使工具和工件相对移动,对工件进行加工,所述机床具有:机床身,所述机床身成为底座;立柱,所述立柱竖立地设置于所述机床身;托架,所述托架在两侧具有支柱,所述支柱可摆动地支承固定工件的工作台,所述托架以所述支柱中的一个与所述立柱邻接、所述支柱中的另一个与所述立柱相背离的方式取向设置。
进而,根据本发明,提供一种机床,所述机床使工具和工件相对移动,对工件进行加工,所述机床包括:机床身,所述机床身成为底座;立柱,所述立柱竖立地设置在所述机床身的长度方向的一个端部;托架,所述托架能够在所述机床身的长度方向上移动地安装于所述机床身的顶面;工作台,所述工作台能够围绕与所述机床身的长度方向平行的摆动轴摆动地安装于所述托架上;滑动座架,所述滑动座架能够在相对于所述机床身的长度方向垂直的水平方向上移动地安装在所述立柱的前表面;主轴头,所述主轴头能够在相对于所述机床身的长度方向及所述滑动座架的移动方向垂直的铅直方向上移动地安装在所述滑动座架上,能够围绕铅直轴线旋转地支承主轴,所述主轴能够使工具面对所述工作台地保持所述工具。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图,特别是参照图1~3说明本发明的优选实施形式。
根据本发明的优选实施形式的机床11,作为主要结构部件包括:成为底座的机床身13;竖立地设置于机床身13的顶面的立柱15;在机床身13的顶面、配置于立柱15的前方的旋转工作台35;在工作台35的上方、可围绕铅直的轴线(Z轴)旋转地支承主轴25的主轴头21;将主轴头21支承在立柱15的前面的滑动座架17;配置在机床身13的一个侧部的随行夹具交换装置39;配置在随行夹具交换装置39与立柱15之间的自动工具交换装置51。在本实施形式中,将Y轴定义为工作台35的前后方向(图1中的左右方向),将X轴定义为垂直于Y轴和作为主轴25的旋转轴线的Z轴的方向。本发明包括将X轴定义为工作台35的前后方向、将Y轴定义为垂直于X轴及Z轴的方向的机床。
在本实施形式中,机床11大致上全部被罩9包围,罩9具有用于随行夹具交换装置39的随行夹具门9a、用于操作者接近机床11的后面描述的工作台上的工件的通道门9b,随行夹具门9a和通道门9b隔着机床13配置在两侧。另外,在本实施形式中,通道门9b构成操作者能够接近工作台35上的工件的接近机构。接近机构还可以进一步包括配置在机床身13的侧部的脚凳或台阶。
立柱15具有在X轴方向上分离开的一对腿部,形成有空腔部15c。在立柱15的前面,延伸设置有一对X轴导轨19a、19b,滑动座架17可沿着X轴导轨19a、19b往复运动地安装在立柱15上。立柱15,作为X轴进给机构具有沿X轴方向延伸设置的滚珠丝杠(图中未示出)、以及连接于该滚珠丝杠的一端的X轴进给马达(图中未示出),滑动座架17具有配合到所述滚珠丝杠上的螺母(图中未示出)。另外,根据本实施形式,在立柱15的随行夹具交换装置39的相反侧的侧面,可以安装操作面板53,所述操作面板53具有用于操作机床11的输入装置(图中未示出)、显示机床11的工作状态的显示装置(图中未示出)等。
在滑动座架17的前表面延伸设置有一对Z轴导轨23a、23b,主轴头21可沿着Z轴导轨23a、23b往复运动地安装在滑动座架17上。滑动座架17,作为Z轴进给机构具有在Z轴方向上延伸设置的滚珠丝杠(图中未示出)、连接于该滚珠丝杠的一端的Z轴进给马达(图中未示出),主轴头21具有配合到所述滚珠丝杠上的螺母(图中未示出)。
主轴头21以使主轴25的前端与工作台35面对的方式可围绕Z轴旋转地支承该主轴25,在主轴25的前端安装有工具T。另外,主轴头21具有旋转驱动主轴25的驱动马达(图中未示出)。
在机床身13的顶面延伸设置有一对Y轴导轨29a、29b,托架27可沿着Y轴导轨29a、29b往复运动地安装在机床身13的顶面。另外,托架27至少一部分能够进入立柱15的空腔部15c内。机床身13具有作为Y轴进给机构在Y轴方向上延伸设置的滚珠丝杠(图中未示出)、以及连接于该滚珠丝杠的一端的Y轴进给马达(图中未示出),托架27具有配合到所述滚珠丝杠上的螺母(图中未示出)。
如图1所示,托架27具有在Y轴方向上分离开的一对支柱27a、27b,形成大致U字形,在支柱27a、27b上,可旋转地支承有沿Y轴向内侧突出的一对摆动轴31a、31b。摆动轴31a、31b中的一个连接到B轴进给马达(图中未示出)上,所述B轴进给马达用于旋转进给配置在支柱27a、27b中的一个的内部的摆动轴31a、31b。
在摆动轴31a、31b的前端连接有形成大致U字形的摆动支承构件33,在该摆动支承构件33的顶面,由旋转轴37可旋转地支承旋转工作台35。在旋转轴37上,内置有用于旋转进给旋转工作台35的C轴进给马达(图中未示出)。
随行夹具交换装置39具有旋转臂41和移动装置45,所述旋转臂41可以借助铅直的旋转轴43旋转地设置于机床身13的顶面。移动装置45可沿着在X轴方向上延伸设置一对导轨47a、47b往复移动地设于机床身13的顶面。优选地,旋转臂41的一个端部可配置在罩9的外侧地安装在机床身13上。在机床身13内,配置有使连接于旋转轴43的下端的旋转臂41旋转的旋转马达(图中未示出)和沿X轴方向往复驱动移动装置45的液压缸(图中未示出)。旋转臂41具有:一个端部位于罩9的外部的准备位置57、和另一个端部配置在罩9内且在与移动装置45之间进行随行夹具P的交接的移交位置59。
根据本实施形式,机床11由于以托架27的支柱27a、27b中的一个朝向立柱15的方式形成,所以,能够将随行夹具交换装置39配置在机床身13的一个侧部,机床11的操作者能够从与随行夹具交换装置39离开的机床身13的相反侧的侧部接近工作台35上的工件,显著地改进机床11的作业性、安全性。
进而,根据本实施形式,在将多个机床11配置在工场内的情况下,如图4所示,可以在随行夹具交换装置39侧配置移送工件的输送机、自动输送系统等工件输送线61,在相对于Y轴而言的相反侧配置操作者用的接近通路63。这样,通过将在工场内的工件输送线61和接近通路63明确地分离开,可以显著改善工场的安全性。
进而,根据本实施形式,由于罩9的通道门9b可以配置在相对于Y轴而言位于随行夹具交换装置39的相反侧的接近通路63侧,所以,操作者能够从接近通路63直接接近机床11。这在上述现有技术的加工中心中,是不可能的配置。
进而,根据本实施形式,操作面板也可以邻接通道门9b,配置在接近通路63侧,操作者可以从接近通路63直接接近操作面板53,显著改进机床11的操作性。
另外,作为其它实施形式,代替随行夹具交换装置,也可以将具有可拆装地把持工件的手的多关节机器人作为交换机构。
Claims (5)
1.一种机床,所述机床使工具和工件相对移动,对工件进行加工,其特征在于,包括:
机床身,所述机床身成为底座;
立柱,所述立柱竖立地设置在所述机床身上;
托架,所述托架在两侧具有支柱,所述支柱可摆动地支承用于固定工件的工作台,所述托架以所述支柱中的一个与所述立柱邻接、所述支柱的另一个与所述立柱相背离的方式取向设置,并且,所述托架可沿着一对导轨往复运动地安装在所述机床身顶面,所述一对导轨在机床身的顶面沿所述工作台的前后方向延伸设置;
工件交换机构,所述工件交换机构设置在所述机床身的一个侧部,用于对所述工作台上的加工完毕的工件和未加工的工件进行交换;
接近机构,所述接近机构使操作者能够从与所述工件交换机构相反侧的侧部接近所述工作台上的工件。
2.如权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,还包括:
滑动座架,所述滑动座架能够水平方向上移动地安装于所述立柱的前表面;
主轴头,所述主轴头能够在铅直方向上移动地安装于所述滑动座架,能够围绕铅直轴线旋转地支承主轴,所述主轴能够使工具面对所述工作台地保持所述工具。
3.如权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,所述工件交换机构是交换安装了工件的随行夹具的随行夹具交换装置。
4.如权利要求3所述的机床,其特征在于,所述随行夹具交换装置包括:旋转臂,所述旋转臂能够围绕铅直轴线旋转地设置;移动装置,所述移动装置配置在所述旋转臂和所述工作台之间,能够在水平方向上往复移动地设置,从所述旋转臂将安装在随行夹具上的未加工的工件与所述随行夹具一起接收,并向所述工作台移送,并且,从所述工作台将安装在随行夹具上的加工完毕的工件与随行夹具一起接收,并向所述旋转臂移送。
5.如权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,所述工件交换机构是能够拆装地把持工件的多关节机器人。
