Abstract
本发明提供一种立体图纹制作方法,首先涂布胶层余立体工件上,接着真空吸附薄膜于胶层上,以使薄膜压印于胶层,并在胶层上形成立体图纹;最后固化胶层。本发明提供的立体图纹制作方法能够降低在立体工件上形成图纹的技术门坎,同时也可以降低其制作成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种立体图纹制作方法,且特别是有关于一种在立体工件上形成立体图纹的方法。
背景技术
目前众多电子装置,例如笔记型计算机、行动电话或数字相机等,常利用金属材料作为外观构件的材质。为了增添电子装置整体美感的设计,常需在外观构件上形成各式图纹。
现有对于在金属材料表面形成图纹的方式多是以溶剂对金属材料进行蚀刻或是以喷漆、转印的方式制作。然前者的表面处理技术复杂且困难度高,且其工艺属高污染性,而后者则受限于金属材料的化学性质,以致无法做出较佳的外观。以镁合金的射出成型外壳为例,其因化学活性高且在表面加工过程中尚须进行研磨或修补,因而便无法在其表面做出具有金属感的原色外观。
发明内容
本发明提供一种立体图纹制作方法,以便在立体工件上形成立体图纹。
本发明的一实施例提出一种立体图纹制作方法。首先涂布一胶层于一立体工件上;接着,真空吸附一薄膜于此胶层上,以使薄膜压印于胶层,并在胶层上形成一立体图纹;最后,固化此胶层。
基于上述,在本发明的上述实施例中,通过真空吸附薄膜于胶层上,以使薄膜压印胶层而在胶层上形成立体图纹。此举让立体图纹的压印工艺不再受限于工件的外型,亦即任何外型的工件皆可通过本实施例的制作方法而在其上产生立体图纹。再者,金属材质的立体工件藉此省却繁杂的加工工序便能在立体工件的表面上形成立体图纹。
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合所附图式作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
图1至图5是依照本发明一实施例的一种立体图纹制作方法的流程图。请先参考图1至图3,首先,涂布一第一胶层120于一立体工件110上,并将此立体工件110配置于一真空热转移(Vacuum Heat Transfer,VHT)设备200上。在本实施例中,立体工件110为镁合金的射出成型件,然本实施例并未对此设限,在其它未绘示的实施例中,立体工件110亦可为塑料、碳纤维或其它适合的金属材料的射出成型件。接着,将一薄膜130固定在真空热转移设备200上并配置在立体工件110上。
请参考图4及图5,真空热转移设备200会对立体工件110所处的空间进行真空处理,以使薄膜130被吸附在立体工件110上。在此,薄膜130具有立体图纹,因此当薄膜130吸附于立体工件110上时,薄膜130的立体图纹便会通过压印而转移至立体工件110上的第一胶层120。接着,真空热转移设备200便会进行固化工艺,以固化立体工件110上的第一胶层120。最后,移除立体工件110上的薄膜130后便能在立体工件110上形成立体图纹。
请再参考图3,在本实施例中,于真空吸附薄膜130于立体工件110上的前,真空热转移设备200会先行以红外线加热薄膜130,此举用以让薄膜130软化而有利于后续真空吸附时薄膜130能紧贴于立体工件110的表面上。此外,第一胶层120亦可藉此降低其流动性而达到半干燥的状态,亦便于后续薄膜130压印第一胶层120的工艺进行。另一方面,当薄膜130压印于第一胶层120上之后,固化第一胶层120的方式可为光固化或热固化,其端赖所使用的第一胶层120的种类而定。
图6是本发明另一实施例的一种立体图纹制作方法的示意图。与上述实施例不同的是,将第一胶层120涂布于立体工件110之前,可对立体工件110的表面先行涂布一接着层140,以将立体工件110与第一胶层120接着在一起。接着,可在接着层140上再涂布一颜色层150,而达到对立体工件110上色的目的。然本实施例并未对接着层140与颜色层150进行限制。在本发明另一未绘示的实施例中,于涂布第一胶层120之前,亦可对立体工件110涂布一颜色接着层,此举通过将染料掺杂于接着层中,而可省却在图6中将颜色层150涂布在接着层140上的工序。
图7至图9是图1中薄膜的制作流程图。请参考图7至图9,首先涂布一第二胶层132于一基材134上。在本实施例中,此基材134的材质例如是聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)、聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯(Polyethylene Terephthalate,PET)或聚氯乙烯(polyvinyl choloride,PVC)。接着,将一模具300压印于第二胶层132上,以将模具300的立体图纹转印至第二胶层132,并对第二胶层132进行固化。最后移除模具,便能在第二胶层132上形成与模具300的立体图纹互补的一立体图纹。
综上所述,在本发明的上述实施例中,通过薄膜压印在立体工件上的胶层,而在立体工件上形成立体图纹。此举有效地简化在立体工件上形成立体图纹的制作程序,并避免在立体工件上进行繁杂的表面加工。再者,薄膜能利用本实施例的制作方法而吸附在各种外型的立体工件上,因此降低在立体工件上形成图纹的技术门坎,同时亦降低其制作成本。
虽然本发明已以实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更动与润饰,故本发明的保护范围当视后附的申请专利范围所界定者为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种立体图纹制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
涂布一第一胶层于一立体工件上;
真空吸附一薄膜于该第一胶层上,以使该薄膜压印于该第一胶层,并在该第一胶层上形成一第一立体图纹;以及
固化该第一胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立体图纹制作方法,其特征在于,更包括:
于涂布该第一胶层前,涂布一接着层在该立体工件上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的立体图纹制作方法,其特征在于,更包括:
配置一颜色层于该接着层上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的立体图纹制作方法,其特征在于,该接着层为一颜色接着层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的立体图纹制作方法,其特征在于,更包括:
于真空吸附该薄膜于该第一胶层上前,软化该薄膜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的立体图纹制作方法,其特征在于,固化该第一胶层的方式为光固化或热固化。
7.根据权利要求1所述的立体图纹制作方法,其特征在于,该薄膜的制作方法包括:
涂布一第二胶层于一基材上;
通过一模具压印于该第二胶层,以使该第二胶层形成一第二立体图纹;
固化该第二胶层;以及
移除该模具。
8.根据权利要求7所述的立体图纹制作方法,其特征在于,该第一立体图纹与该第二立体图纹彼此互补。
9.根据权利要求1所述的立体图纹制作方法,其特征在于,该立体工件的材质为金属。
10.根据权利要求1所述的立体图纹制作方法,其特征在于,该立体工件的材质为塑料或碳纤维。
