技术领域
本发明涉及用于通风口的铰链及其组件。尤其是,本发明涉及平行开启的铰链以及对所述铰链进行的改进。
背景技术
已公知平行开启的铰链。例如,可以参考本申请人早先的欧洲专利No.0968349。
当重量大约在100-200千克之间的较重的窗扇被支撑为以与固定窗框平行地开启时,通常使用多个平行开启的铰链。例如,通风口的长边使用两个或更多独立的平行铰链,而通风口的短边使用一个或两个独立的平行铰链,以支持并控制通风口的开启。尽管这些系统能够工作,然而应当注意的是窗扇的重量会引起窗扇的上部相对于固定窗框的一定量的下降和落下。这将导致通风口不平行地开启并且使通风口不雅观,显然这是不理想的。而且,由于窗扇的重量被平行的铰链承载,在通风口的开启和/或闭合过程中,当滑块沿平行铰链的轨道移动时,会出现一定程度的“侧行”(crabbing)。此外,无论是通过手动操作还是通过电动马达驱动,这都是不理想的并且从根本上损坏了铰链系统的顺畅运行。还应当注意的是在平行开启的铰链的两个联杆之间的中心枢轴接头中存在的太多的自由间隙也会降低铰链系统的顺畅操作。
发明内容
本发明旨在通过提供一种新的平行开启的铰链装置及其多个构成组件改进以上问题。
考虑到上述问题,本发明提供了一种平行开启的铰链,其包括第一轨道、第二轨道和至少两对枢转连接的交叉联杆,其中各对交叉联杆经由各轨道中的固定枢轴和可移动枢轴安装至所述轨道,其中连接器连接轨道中的两个可移动枢轴,使得所述可移动枢轴一起移动。
通过使实际上邻近的平行铰链的两个可移动枢轴一起移动,有助于防止窗扇的上半部掉出来。当然,连接器的使用导致两个平行铰链同时移动相同的范围,由此使通风口几乎理想的平行开启。
尽管本发明通过仅一个连接器作用在平行开启的铰链装置的一个轨道中而发挥作用,但是如果平行开启的铰链装置的各轨道具有用于连接在其各自轨道中的可移动枢轴的自身的连接器,则可以改进开启。此外,如果多于两个平行铰链容纳在一对轨道中,那么连接器能够在每个平行轨道中的两个或多个可移动枢轴之间作用。
在通常的平行开启的铰链中,优选地可移动枢轴是容纳在轨道中的滑块。应当理解,优选地所述连接器是附连至所述可移动枢轴的连接杆,其中所述连接杆位于所述轨道中并在所述轨道中移动。可选择地,可以将所述连接器安装至可移动枢轴,并且在再次进入轨道以连接至下一可移动枢轴之前,所述连接器沿所述轨道的下侧从轨道的底部出去。
如果所述连接器容纳在轨道中,优选地所述连接器具有狭槽以容纳所述铰链中的其它构件,诸如铰链中的其它枢轴接头和螺旋安装头部。
所述连接器可由铆钉附连至可移动枢轴。可选择地,所述连接器经由诸如交错搭接(jigsaw)型结构或搭扣配合的定型连接装置附连至可移动枢轴。当然本领域的技术人员应当明白可以使用其它形式的连接装置。
优选地,所述轨道具有底部和两个侧壁,所述侧壁具有与所述底部基本平行的向内面对的凸缘。这是在现有技术中已公知的通常的C形截面的轨道。应当理解,凸缘将可移动枢轴/滑块保持在轨道中。
本发明还提供了一种在铰链的轨道中使用的新的及改进的安装件,所述安装件成形为容纳并保持在所述轨道中,其中所述安装件包括多个用于在使用中抵接所述轨道的滚珠。
在现有技术中,滑块能够沿轨道自由地移动并能对窗扇提供良好的支撑。然而,为了支撑更重的窗扇,必须发明一种新的形式的安装件,并且这形成了使用滚珠的本发明。
优选地,所述安装件包括至少一个孔,所述孔用于容纳枢轴销以将所述安装件连接至铰链的联杆。所述安装件还可以包括第二孔,所述第二孔用于容纳连接器以将所述安装件连接至本文所述的平行开启的铰链系统中的另一安装件。可选择地,其它的连接装置可以设置在所述安装件上。
优选地,所述安装件包括本体和覆盖所述本体的外层,所述外层用于防止在使用中所述本体接触所述轨道。当所述本体由金属制成,并且所述外层是塑料外层的情况尤其有利,因为塑料外层不但使所述安装件和所述轨道之间的摩擦减小,而且使塑料外层易于形成切口区域以容纳所述滚珠。因此,所述滚珠既抵接所述金属轨道又抵接所述安装件的金属本体,从而将所述窗扇的重量直接传送至所述金属轨道和所述金属本体之间。
在优选的实施方式中,所述安装件基本为矩形,并且所述滚珠位于所述安装件的抵接所述轨道侧面的侧面上的四个角部附近。更合适的,可以包括多于四个的滚珠。
优选地,所述滚珠由金属制成,可选择地,可以使用其它合适的金属。
本发明还提供了一种用于铰链的联杆的枢轴安装件,所述枢轴安装件包括支撑块和接合所述支撑块的枢轴销,其中所述枢轴销包括凸轮面,所述凸轮面用于在使用中抵接铰链的联杆以相对所述支撑块移动所述联杆。
通过在铰链、尤其是平行开启的铰链中结合这种类型的枢轴安装件,在安装过程中,窗扇相对固定窗框的任何下降可以通过调节凸轮位置以提升所述窗扇而解决。这被认为是十分有用的发明。
优选地,所述枢轴销具有用于接合所述支撑块的轴。
优选地,所述凸轮面是圆形的并且偏离于所述枢轴销的轴的轴线。而且,限定所述凸轮面的所述圆的直径优选地大于所述枢轴销的所述轴的直径,由此可以得到安装在平行开启的铰链上的窗扇的较大量的移动。本质上,所述凸轮面的转动调节承载所述窗扇的轨道的相对于所述平行铰链的其余部分的位置。

具体实施方式

应当理解,金属本体部分27成形为被容纳在c形截面的轨道3、5中,并部分地被塑料外层29包裹。这种装置与本申请人的UK专利2281098所述及要求保护的没有区别。然而这里的差异是塑料外层29有四个用于容纳金属滚珠33的切口区域31。滚珠33的大小确定为使其能容纳在轨道3、5的凸缘和底部之间的空间中。滚珠33卡在塑料外层29中,从而抵接轨道3、5并沿轨道3、5运行。从而,使得安装件沿轨道3、5更顺畅地运行。如果需要,更多的滚珠33可以用在额外的切口31中。

在根据本发明的平行铰链的安装过程中,安装在轨道5上的窗扇由于其重量而略微下降,并使窗扇与固定窗框不平行,因此看上去不雅观。为了克服这种问题,可以在各枢轴安装件的头部51中的凹槽53中使用L型内六角扳手以围绕轴47转动枢轴销41,从而使凸轮面49抵靠在联杆9上。联杆9和支撑块43的相对运动并且因此轨道5和窗扇的相对运动由此导致所需要的窗扇的提升(或降低)。由此导致窗扇相对于固定窗框根本上的完美平行定位与对准。
参考图1和图8,交叉联杆7、9之间的枢轴11包括铆钉55、衬套57和尼龙垫圈59。如图所示,铆钉具有容纳在联杆9中的凹槽63中的头部61并且紧固件穿过衬套57。另一个联杆7还包括凹槽65,用于当铆钉55压倒在凸肩67上时容纳衬套57的凸肩67和铆钉55的自由端69。压倒铆钉55之后,铆钉容纳在两个联杆7、9以及垫圈59的相结合的厚度区域内。而且,由于衬套57的凸肩67靠在联杆7的凹槽65中的表面71上,因此衬套57的位置受限并且由于衬套57的轴向长度固定了铆钉55的有效长度。考虑到这些,如图8所示,衬套57的自由端抵接铆钉55的头部61,所以两个联杆7、9之间的距离通过选择衬套57的长度就可提前限定。尼龙垫圈59的厚度也可以进行选择以确保两个联杆7、9能够围绕磷青铜衬套57自由地转动,并具有沿铆钉55的较小的轴向自由间隙。因此,可以形成一种具有很小摩擦的改进的枢轴接头,从而减小通风口开启及闭合的作用力。因此,可以对更大及更重的通风口进行手动地操作。

Claims (9)

1.一种位于铰链的联杆之间的枢轴,所述枢轴包括紧固件和衬套,所述紧固件将所述联杆固定在一起,所述衬套作用在所述紧固件上以限定所述联杆之间的空间。
2.如权利要求1所述的枢轴,其中所述衬套包括用于抵接联杆的表面的凸肩。
3.如权利要求2所述的枢轴,其中所述联杆的所述表面是凹入面。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的枢轴,其中所述衬套抵接所述紧固件的头部。
5.如权利要求4所述的枢轴,其中所述紧固件的所述头部容纳在所述联杆之一中的凹槽中。
6.如权利要求1所述的枢轴,其中所述紧固件穿过所述衬套。
7.如权利要求1所述的枢轴,其中所述衬套是刚性的并且起轴承的作用。
8.如权利要求1所述的枢轴,其中所述衬套是磷青铜的。
9.如权利要求1所述的枢轴,其中还包括位于所述联杆之间的垫圈。
