背景技术

具体实施方式
图1显示了例如为拖车的车辆的轮轴悬架的一侧。轮轴1显示为空心圆形轴,一个或更多车轮布置在轮轴1的两端。然而,轮轴1也可以是正方形的或者具有某些其它横截面。
图1中所示的轮轴悬架包括承载支架3,该承载支架3连接到车辆的底盘,底盘高度图示地显示于图1中,并由附图标记2所表示。悬架臂5在车辆的纵向方向上延伸,并且通过铰接装置4铰接到承载支架3。气动弹簧7设置于悬架臂5的自由后端部6和底盘2之间,自由后端部6远离铰接装置4一定距离而设置。减震器8装配在承载支架3和悬架臂5之间。轮轴1借助于轴垫10以本身公知的方式固定到悬架臂5,轴垫10靠着悬架臂5设置并形成用于轴1和U形螺栓9的支座,悬架臂5、轴垫10和轴1利用U形螺栓9夹持在一起。

悬架臂5借助于铰接螺栓11紧固到支撑支架3。在示出的实施方案中。如图2和3也显示的,支撑支架3包括两个侧板12和13,并且在行驶方向看来,支撑支架3向着后部开放。铰接螺栓11在横向方向上经过支撑支架3延伸,并且配合穿过支撑支架3的侧板11和12中的孔14。孔14设计为基本在纵向悬架臂5的方向上延伸的沟槽,从而可以调整铰接螺栓位置,并且可以对准支撑同样的轴的各悬架臂。

在图9A中显示了根据本发明的铰接装置的横截面图,其中所述支承支架包括一个单一的侧板91。所述悬架臂的连接孔眼90(参见图9B)是对称的,并具有相对较小的宽度。其具有孔,该孔具有圆柱形中心孔部92和两个相对的渐缩孔部93。两个橡胶圈94从相对侧插入到所述孔内。橡胶圈94具有相对扁平的基部94b和从基部94b突出的截头圆锥形部94a。截头圆锥形部94a容放于孔眼90的渐缩孔部93中。截头圆锥形部94a的顶侧可以在中心孔部92中彼此邻接。基部94b接合在孔眼90的侧表面上。
隔离件衬套95优选为由金属制成,并经过橡胶圈94的中心孔而延伸,并且与所述支承支架的侧板91的一端邻接。在隔离件衬套95的另一端上接合有夹持构件96。通过与螺母21配合的铰接螺栓11而将整个组件夹持在一起。
还可以想到,具有如图8和9所示的一个单一的侧板81、91的所述支承支架可以具有凹口,该凹口环绕用于铰接螺栓11的孔,该孔优选为槽孔,如图7所示。
在图10中显示了根据本发明的铰接装置的局部截面图、局部主视图,其中连接孔眼100具有圆形横截面。经过孔眼100的孔由此具有渐缩表面,该渐缩表面沿着凸曲面向着中心变窄。夹持构件101具有弯曲的外表面,并且与其内端彼此邻接。在夹持构件101的每一个和孔眼100的渐缩表面之间设置有橡胶圈102。所述圈102的厚度从圈102的径向内侧向着径向外侧增大。
在图11中显示了具有液滴形横截面的连接孔眼110的横截面图。经过孔眼110的孔由此具有两个渐缩的相对孔部。在渐缩孔部的每一个中插入具有截头圆锥形形状的橡胶圈112。橡胶圈112在中心处彼此邻接。橡胶圈112具有中心通道113,金属的隔离件衬套经过中心通道113而延伸。在橡胶圈112的每一个的外端上接合有夹持构件115,在该情况下,夹持构件115设置为金属圈。借助于螺栓和螺母,以与前述实施方案中描述的相似的方式将该组件夹持在一起。图11中的该实施方案特别适合于,但不限于铰接车辆悬架的减震器。
Claims (23)
1.一种用于车辆的轮轴悬架的铰接装置,包括连接孔眼和铰接销,所述连接孔眼固定到部件以便铰接到车辆,并且诸如铰接螺栓的所述铰接销连接到被固定的车辆部件,所述铰接销经过所述连接孔眼而延伸,其中所述连接孔眼具有用于所述铰接销的孔,该孔包括至少一个渐缩孔部,所述装置进一步包括至少一个弹性圈和夹持构件,所述至少一个弹性圈和所述夹持构件中的每一个均具有用于所述铰接销的中心孔,其中,在安装状态下,所述弹性圈至少部分地容放于所述渐缩孔部内,所述弹性圈利用一侧抵靠所述渐缩孔部的渐缩表面,并且所述夹持构件压靠所述弹性圈的另一侧,从而在所述夹持构件和所述渐缩孔部的渐缩表面之间对所述弹性圈进行压缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铰接装置,其中所述夹持构件至少部分地插入所述渐缩孔部中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的铰接装置,其中所述连接孔眼包括中心孔部和两个相对的渐缩孔部,其中所述中心孔部连接所述相对的渐缩孔部的内端,所述装置进一步包括两个夹持构件,所述夹持构件具有用于所述铰接销的中心孔,所述夹持构件,其中,在安装状态下,所述夹持构件的每一个被容放在所述相对的渐缩孔部中的一个中。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任意一项所述的铰接装置,其中所述渐缩孔部的渐缩表面为圆锥形。
5.根据前述权利要求中的任意一项所述的铰接装置,其中所述夹持构件具有截头圆锥形形状。
6.根据权利要求1-3中的任意一项所述的铰接装置,其中所述渐缩孔部的直径沿着曲面减小。
7.根据权利要求6所述的铰接装置,其中所述夹持构件为球形。
8.根据前述权利要求中的任意一项所述的铰接装置,其中所述弹性圈由弹性体材料制成,优选为由橡胶制成。
9.根据前述权利要求中的任意一项所述的铰接装置,其中所述弹性圈由橡胶制成,并且其中所述橡胶圈在所述夹持构件上被硫化。
10.根据前述权利要求中的任意一项所述的铰接装置,其中所述弹性圈由橡胶制成,该橡胶在盘形金属圈上被硫化。
11.根据前述权利要求中的任意一项所述的铰接装置,其中所述弹性圈为盘形。
12.根据前述权利要求中的任意一项所述的铰接装置,其中所述弹性圈在径向外端处具有比径向内端处更大的厚度。
13.根据前述权利要求中的任意一项所述的铰接装置,其中在所述夹持构件彼此面对的端部之间的中心孔中设置有隔离件衬套。
14.一种用于车辆的轮轴悬架,包括纵向悬架臂,所述轴固定到所述纵向悬架臂;支承支架,所述支承支架固定到车辆底盘;以及空气弹簧,所述空气弹簧抵靠所述车辆底盘,其中从车辆的驾驶方向看来,所述悬架臂在其后端上连接到所述空气弹簧,并且在其前端上借助于根据前述权利要求中的任意一项所述的铰接装置而铰接到所述支承支架,其中连接孔眼固定到所述悬架臂。
15.根据权利要求14所述的轮轴悬架,其中所述支承支架包括两个基本平行的侧板,所述侧板具有用于穿过铰接螺栓的孔,其中所述悬架臂的所述连接孔眼设置于所述侧板之间,使得其中的中心通道和所述侧板中的孔对准,并且其中所述夹持构件的外端抵靠所述支承支架的各侧板,或者抵靠设置在所述侧板上的中间板,借助于所述铰接螺栓将所述侧板、所述夹持构件、所述弹性圈以及所述孔眼夹持在一起,所述铰接螺栓的轴经过所述侧板、所述夹持构件、所述孔眼的中心孔以及所述弹性圈、螺母而延伸。
16.根据权利要求14所述的轮轴悬架,其中所述支承支架包括两个基本平行的侧板,所述侧板具有用于穿过铰接螺栓的孔,其中所述悬架臂的所述连接孔眼设置于所述侧板之间,使得其中的中心孔和所述侧板中的孔对准,并且其中在所述侧板中形成向内突出的凹口,其中所述凹口的内侧容放于所述孔眼的渐缩孔部中,并且其中所述夹持构件容放于所述凹口的外侧中。
17.根据权利要求16所述的轮轴悬架,其中在所述凹口的内侧上设置有根据权利要求10所述的圈,其中所述金属圈面对所述侧板,并且所述橡胶面对所述连接孔眼的渐缩孔部的表面。
18.根据权利要求14所述的轮轴悬架,其中所述支承支架包括一个单一的侧板,其中所述悬架臂的所述连接孔眼靠着所述侧板而被夹持。
19.一种悬架臂,用于根据权利要求14-18中的任意一项所述的轮轴悬架。
20.根据权利要求19所述的悬架臂,其中所述连接孔眼整体形成在所述悬架臂的前端上。
21.根据权利要求19或20所述的悬架臂,其中所述悬架臂通过铸造而制造。
22.一种用于车辆的轮轴悬架,包括纵向悬架臂,所述轴固定到所述纵向悬架臂;支承支架,所述支承支架固定到车辆底盘;以及空气弹簧,所述空气弹簧抵靠所述车辆底盘,其中从车辆的驾驶方向看来,所述悬架臂在其后端上连接到所述空气弹簧,并且在其前端上铰接到所述支承支架,并且所述轮轴悬架进一步包括减震器,所述减震器借助于根据权利要求1-13中的任意一项所述的铰接装置而铰接地接合到车辆的被固定部件,例如接合到所述支承支架,其中所述连接孔眼固定到所述减震器。
23.一种用于车辆的轮轴悬架,包括纵向悬架臂,所述轴固定到所述纵向悬架臂;支承支架,所述支承支架固定到车辆底盘;以及空气弹簧,所述空气弹簧抵靠所述车辆底盘,其中从车辆的驾驶方向看来,所述悬架臂在其后端上连接到所述空气弹簧,并且在其前端上铰接到所述支承支架,并且所述轮轴悬架进一步包括减震器,所述减震器借助于根据权利要求1-13中的任意一项所述的铰接装置并且例如经过具有连接耳部的轴垫而铰接地接合到所述轴,其中所述连接孔眼固定到所述减震器。
