Abstract

本发明是一种用于需要安装轮胎的运输工具的后掠弹性支撑体轮胎。其特点是轮胎由密布在胎面上且按一定序列排列的弹性支撑体构成,每一弹性支撑体相对车轮行进转动方向与胎面或一定后掠角,即每一弹性支撑体的中心线均与胎面在该点的切线成锐角,本发明在车辆行进时能明显提高车辆的安全制动性能,比现有轮胎缩短制动距离20%左右;能回收利用轮胎受到冲击振动压缩所消耗的能量;实现低滚阻,低生热,安全,节能和舒适运行。还可以使车辆省去备胎。

Description

本发明涉及一种新型的后掠弹性支撑体轮胎,它用于各种需要安装轮胎的运输工具。
目前大量使用的各种轮胎,其胎面花纹在轮胎上每一处的径向厚度延伸方向均垂直于胎面在该处的切线,这种“径向直立花纹”轮胎存在的问题是安全制动性能差,不能有效地回收利用车辆行进时轮胎受到冲击振动压缩所消耗的能量,轮胎滚动阻力大,生热多,效率低,同时这种轮胎能耗高,减振性能差,经济性和舒适性无法兼顾。
本发明的目的是提供一种新型的可以不用备胎的后掠弹性支撑体轮胎,在车辆行进时,它能明显地提高车辆的安全制动性能;有效地回收利用轮胎受到冲击振动压缩所消耗的能量,降低滚动阻力,实现安全,节能和舒适运行。
本发明所说的轮胎,其特点是轮胎由密布在胎面上且按一定序列排列的弹性支撑体构成,每一弹性支撑体相对车轮行进转动方向与胎面成一定后掠角,即每一弹性支撑体的中心线L均与胎面在该点的切线T成锐角。
由此构成的后掠弹性支撑体轮胎,能提高车辆的安全制动性能,比现有轮胎减少制动距离20%左右;在车辆行进时不仅能吸收,而且能利用轮胎受到冲击振动压缩所消耗的能量;实现低滚阻,低生热,安全,节能和舒适运行。
以下将结合附图详述本发明的实施例:

图1,2所示轮胎,1为弹性支撑体,2为胎面,M为车轮前进的方向,T为切线,L为弹性支撑体的中心线,a等于T与L所夹锐角。F′为弹性支撑体对地面的作用力,F为地面对弹性支撑体的反作用力,F1、F2分别为F的垂直分力和水平分力。
本发明的原理基于每一弹性支撑体在车辆行进中与地面接触时的受力状态。
如图所示,当车辆在行进中制动中,轮胎受F1和F2及由此产生的地面对它摩擦为F3的共同作用,与地面接触和胎面成锐角的弹性支撑体被越挤压越紧,试验表明,与现有轮胎相比,本发明可使车辆的制动距离缩短20%左右,并可节省制动力,使制动变得轻松柔和。
当车辆行进时,胎面与地需接触,弹性支撑体被压缩变形。由于弹性支撑体与地面成锐角a,所以轮胎对地面的作用力F′与地面亦成角a,此时地面对轮胎的反作用力F和F′大小相等,方向相反,反作用力F可分解为垂直分力F1和水平分力F2,车辆行进时,F1平衡车辆由重力在垂直方向冲击振动产生的力,减少车辆的颠簸振动。随车轮滚动,在每一弹性支撑体逐步恢复弹性变形与地面脱离接触的过程中,由F2产生的力矩顺向推动车轮转动,从而使胎面上弹性支撑体受压缩所储存的能量被有效的加以利用,减少了轮胎的滚动阻力及生热,提高了车辆的动力性能。
概括的说,车轮行进转转动速度越快受到的冲击振动力越大,承受的重量越大,触地弹性支撑体的角度变化越大,a角越小,能回收利用的F2的力矩也越大。
1.在车辆停止时,触地弹性支撑体受重力压缩变形,由F2产生的力矩可节约起动力,提高车辆的起动性能。
2.在车辆行进时,触地弹性支撑体受重力及速度影响,车速越高,弹性支撑体变形越大,a角越小,F2越大,产生的力矩提高了车辆行进时的动力性能。
3.在车辆制动时,触地弹性支撑体受逆向挤压,轮胎与地面摩擦力增大,同时a角增大,一部分前进动能转变为抬起车辆的势能,F2变小,有效提高了车辆的安全制动性能。
综上所述,由于弹性支撑体与胎面成锐角a,F1和F2的共同作用,使车辆在行进时,胎面上的弹性支撑体循环往复,起着被压缩变形→储存能量恢复变形→释放能量,推动车轮转动的作用,使轮胎不仅能吸收,而且能利用冲击振动压缩的能量,从而实现了低滚阻,低生热,提高了车辆的动力性能,实现安全,节能和舒适运行。
此外,与本发明同一原理可制成后掠弹性支撑体车轮。

1、一种后掠弹性支撑体轮胎,具有胎体和胎面,胎面上具有按一定序列排列的弹性支撑体,其特征在于:每一弹性支撑体相对车轮行进转动方向与胎面成一定后掠角,即每一弹性支撑体的中心线均与胎面在该点的切线成锐角。
