Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐低温三层共挤复合薄膜,其由流延机三层共挤而成,具有复合在一起的外层、中层和内层,中层的材料采用重量比为1:10-1:1的茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯和聚丙烯;其中,茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯的熔融指数为1-3.5。采用上述方案后,本发明的耐低温三层共挤复合薄膜,与传统的CPP薄膜相比,大大提高了三层共挤复合薄膜的耐低温耐冷冻性能,可以在-30℃环境下正常使用,而且不影响其阻隔性和强度,特别适合于水饺、汤圆等速冻产品的包装。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及三层共挤复合薄膜,具体是一种耐低温三层共挤复合薄膜。
背景技术
目前,三层共挤复合薄膜已经广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,其中又以食品包装所占比例最大,比如饮料包装、速冻食品包装、蒸煮食品包装、快餐食品包装等,这些产品都给人们生活带来了极大的便利。
现有的三层共挤复合薄膜使用较多的是流延聚丙烯薄膜(CPP),其是采用普通的聚丙烯(PP)原料经流延机三层共挤而成,这种普通的PP原料决定了流延聚丙烯薄膜(CPP)耐低温耐冷冻性能较差,不能用于0℃以下的冷冻产品的包装。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐低温三层共挤复合薄膜,其耐低温耐冷冻性能较好,可用于0℃以下的冷冻产品的包装。
本发明的技术方案是这样的:耐低温三层共挤复合薄膜,由流延机三层共挤而成,具有复合在一起的外层、中层和内层,上述中层的材料采用重量比为1:10-1:1的茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯和聚丙烯;其中,茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯的熔融指数为1-3.5;上述内层的材料采用重量比为1:10-1:1的三元共聚聚丙烯和茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯;其中,三元共聚聚丙烯的熔融指数为6-12,茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯的熔融指数为1-3.5。
采用上述方案后,本发明的耐低温三层共挤复合薄膜,其中层的材料采用茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯和聚丙烯进行共混或共挤,使茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯和聚丙烯进行接枝,使复合薄膜的部分性能向PE转化,同时具有PE的低温柔韧性和PP的强度及透明度。与传统的CPP薄膜相比,本发明的耐低温三层共挤复合薄膜,大大提高了三层共挤复合薄膜的耐低温耐冷冻性能,可以在-30℃环境下正常使用,而且不影响其阻隔性和强度,特别适合于水饺、汤圆等速冻产品的包装。
而且,本发明中,内层的材料采用三元共聚聚丙烯和茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯进行共混或共挤,可降低复合薄膜的热封温度,热封温度可降至100-110℃(传统的CPP的热封温度为120℃以上)。
具体实施方式
本发明的耐低温三层共挤复合薄膜,由流延机三层共挤而成,具有复合在一起的外层、中层和内层。
中层的材料采用重量比为1:10-1:1的茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯和聚丙烯;其中,茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯的熔融指数为1-3.5;作为较佳的实施例,茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯和聚丙烯的重量比可取1:5或1:3或1:2。
内层的材料采用重量比为1:10-1:1的三元共聚聚丙烯和茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯;其中,三元共聚聚丙烯的熔融指数为6-12,茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯的熔融指数为1-3.5;作为较佳的实施例,三元共聚聚丙烯和茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯的重量比可取1:5或1:3或1:1。
本发明的耐低温三层共挤复合薄膜的制备方法,将复合薄膜的外层材料、中层材料和内层材料通过流延机三层共挤而成。其中:
中层材料采用重量比为1:10-1:1的茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯和聚丙烯,以160-270℃的温度进行共混或共挤,且茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯的熔融指数为1-3.5;作为较佳的实施例,茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯和聚丙烯的重量比可取1:5或1:3或1:2;
内层材料采用重量比为1:10-1:1的三元共聚聚丙烯和茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯,以160-270℃的温度进行共混或共挤,且三元共聚聚丙烯的熔融指数为6-12,茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯的熔融指数为1-3.5;作为较佳的实施例,三元共聚聚丙烯和茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯的重量比可取1:5或1:3或1:1;
外层材料采用二元无规共聚聚丙烯,以160-270℃的温度挤出,并对外层材料进行40-42达因的电晕处理。

1.耐低温三层共挤复合薄膜,由流延机三层共挤而成,具有复合在一起的外层、中层和内层,其特征在于:上述中层的材料采用重量比为1:10-1:1的茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯和聚丙烯;其中,茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯的熔融指数为1-3.5;上述内层的材料采用重量比为1:10-1:1的三元共聚聚丙烯和茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯;其中,三元共聚聚丙烯的熔融指数为6-12,茂金属低密度线性聚乙烯的熔融指数为1-3.5。
