Abstract

一种流延聚丙烯膜,由流延机三层共挤而成,具有外层、中层和内层三层结构。上述内层的材料采用重量比为50%三元共聚聚丙烯、40%丙烯基弹性体与10%乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物共混而成。上述中层的材料采用丙烯基弹性体与茂金属聚乙烯二则共混而成,其中丙烯基弹性体60%-90%。上述外层材料采用均聚聚丙烯或无规共聚聚丙烯树脂。上述所有树脂熔融指数为3-8,其中内层厚度≥10微米,经三层共挤流延设备成型,形成复合包装膜,解决了现有CPP材料气密性、增韧与相容性技术难题,满足气调包装高气密性及高速枕式自动包装(HFFS)要求,特别适合于烘焙类食品充气耐压包装。

Description

一种流延聚丙烯膜
技术领域
本专利涉及一种充气食品包装用聚丙烯膜的改性,特别是一种高气密性聚丙烯共挤流延膜的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,流延聚丙烯(CPP)以其独特的高透明性,保香性能,热封性能已广泛应用于食品、药品、日化、电子等领域的包装。现有的共挤流延CPP膜多采用聚丙烯经三层或多层共挤流延工艺制备而成。但这种传统CPP膜在完成充气包装后,特别是对食品高速枕式包装(HFFS)过程中,由于CPP流延膜的气密性差导致漏包率高(大于千分之五),极大的影响了食品保质期,而且包装后在运输过程中包装膜耐压强度和耐冲击强度较低,易引起爆袋等质量风险。因此需要对CPP膜改性,一方面对PP材质增韧,提升材料韧性和耐压强度;另一方面对PP材质提升热粘强度,加强热封密封性能,更宽的热封窗口范围
中国发明专利一种新型透气保鲜CPP薄膜(专利号:201220750362.9)公开了一种新型透气保鲜CPP薄膜,主要采用聚烯烃弹性体POE增韧聚丙烯。即在三层共挤中芯层加入15%的聚烯烃弹性体POE,增加韧性,同时起到透气作用,热封层分别加入15%的聚烯烃弹性体POE和15%茂金属聚乙烯MPE共混,进行流延法生产,起到降低热封温度和透气作用。
中国发明专利一种具有低热封温度和高热封强度的流延聚丙烯薄膜(专利号:200610041091.9),公开了采用共聚聚丙烯对CPP材料增韧的技术,即采用共聚聚丙烯增韧均聚聚丙烯,值得指出的是:该法克服了采用聚乙烯与聚丙烯材料共混分层的相容性问题。
中国发明专利:一种丙烯基弹性体/mPE/纳米二氧化硅改性的CPP薄膜(专利号201210090967.4)公开了改性的CPP薄膜及其制备方法,利用高分子共混改性原理及多层共挤流延技术,在中间层采用含有丙烯基弹性体/mPE/纳米二氧化硅的PP树脂改性CPP薄膜韧性,起到对聚丙烯材料增强增韧的效果。
中国发明专利(专利号:201010225755.3)介绍了一种“增韧型三层共挤复合薄膜及其制备方法。其核心内容为:在三层共挤复合薄膜,中层的材料采用重量比为1:10-1:3的聚丙烯烃弹性体和聚丙烯共混;内层的材料采用重量比为1:10-1:1的三元共聚聚丙烯和茂金属低密度聚乙烯;其中,三元共聚聚丙烯和茂金属低密度聚乙烯的熔融指数皆为6-12,聚丙烯烃弹性体的熔融指数为6-12。与传统的CPP薄膜相比,提高了复合薄膜的抗冲击强度和韧性而不影响其阻隔性,特别适合于蛋类、面包等含油的氮气充气产品的包装。该专利与本专利的最大区别在于:共挤的层间材料设计不同,材料成分不同。本专利的核心技术点在于:为聚丙烯材料改善起封性能,提供更宽的气密密封窗口,避免了层间聚乙烯与聚丙烯材料相容性引起的分层问题,既能降低热封温度而不会产生分层现象,又具有高热封强度,从而达到高气密性的特点。
综上所述,对于流延聚丙烯薄膜材料的增韧改性与材料起封温度降低,国内大多采用诸如三元共聚聚丙烯、聚烯烃弹性体POE、乙丙橡胶、聚乙烯等材料共混改性,虽然在一定程度上对聚丙烯材料起到增韧效果,改善了耐压强度。但充气包装后气密性差、慢性漏气问题仍然存在,不能满足高速≥180包/min)充气自动包装要求。
发明内容
本发明专利的目的就是为解决上述问题,对流延聚丙烯进行改性,满足气调包装高气密性及高速枕式自动包装(HFFS)要求。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种流延聚丙烯膜,该聚丙烯膜由外层、中层、内层三层膜结构组成,其中,内层材料由三元共聚聚丙烯、丙烯基弹性体与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物共混而成;中层材料由丙烯基弹性体与茂金属聚乙烯二则共混而成;外层材料为均聚聚丙烯或无规共聚聚丙烯树脂。
按重量百分数计,内层材料中,三元共聚聚丙烯45-60%、丙烯基弹性体30-50%、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5-15%;中层材料中,丙烯基弹性体60-90%,茂金属聚乙烯10-40%。
内层厚度≥10微米,各树脂材料的熔融指数为3-8。
上述三层材料经三层共挤流延设备,以160-270℃的温度挤出,并对上述外层材料进行40-42达因的电晕处理。
本发明流延膜仅三层共挤挤出成型后,经分切,作为食品内层热封膜应用于复合膜包装膜。如与双向拉伸聚丙烯BOPP,聚酯膜BOPET,尼龙膜BOPA等印刷膜形成二层结构复合膜。具有是高气密性,高透明性,起封温度低,热封强度好等显著特点,可应用于速度≥180包/min的高速枕式包装(HFFS),满足热封强度≥10N/15mm,耐压≥0.5MPa,95℃起封温度,气密性能达到90%以上的技术要求。非常适合小面包、鸡蛋糕等烘焙类食品的充气自动包装。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,采用如下配比对树脂粒料进行配料、烘干、搅拌后,在三层共挤流延设备上,对应内、中、外三层螺杆机料斗分别加入。
内层:重量比为50%三元共聚聚丙烯,37%丙烯基弹性体,10%乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物及3%开口剂。
中层:重量比为60%丙烯基弹性体,40%茂金属聚乙烯
外层:重量比为100%无规共聚聚丙烯树脂。
其中,上述所有树脂熔融指数为3-8,设定以160-270℃的温度挤出,经冷却电晕处理(外层电晕采用导辊式2KV电压极化处理,处理强度为42-50达因),分切后,形成30μm厚度改性CPP热封膜。然后与以18μm厚度双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)为印刷膜,经干式复合工艺,双组份聚氨酯形成二层结构复合膜即BOPP18/改性CPP30,应用于小面包充气高速自动包装生产。
包装气密性检验采用负压法密封测试仪(按国家标准GB/T15171执行),即通过抽真空负压法,对包装产品检测水中在0.5MPa压力下保持20s,目测是否存在泄漏现象。
该包装膜具有是高气密性,高透明性,起封温度低,热封强度好等显著特点,可应用于速度≥180包/min的高速枕式包装(HFFS),非常适合于对气密性要求较高的烘培类产品包装,充气包装后产品漏包率可达1‰以下,耐压达到0.5Mpa以上。

Claims (4)

1.一种流延聚丙烯膜,其特征在于,该聚丙烯膜由外层、中层、内层三层膜结构组成,其中,内层材料由三元共聚聚丙烯、丙烯基弹性体与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物共混而成;中层材料由丙烯基弹性体与茂金属聚乙烯二则共混而成;外层材料为均聚聚丙烯或无规共聚聚丙烯树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流延聚丙烯膜,其特征在于,按重量百分数计,内层材料中,三元共聚聚丙烯45-60%、丙烯基弹性体30-50%、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5-15%;中层材料中,丙烯基弹性体60-90%,茂金属聚乙烯10-40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的流延聚丙烯膜,其特征在于,内层厚度≥10微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的流延聚丙烯膜,其特征在于,各树脂材料的熔融指数为3-8。
