Abstract
一种包装用CPP薄膜,包括表层、中间层、底层;所述表层由质量分数为:97wt%~98.5wt%的无规共聚聚丙烯和1.5wt%~3wt%的滑爽剂组成;所述中间层由质量分数为65wt%~75wt%丙烯基弹性体与25wt%~35wt%茂金属聚乙烯组成;所述底层由质量分数为96wt%~97.5wt%的二元共聚聚丙烯和2.5wt%~4wt%的滑爽剂组成,将原料混合搅拌均匀后按要求分别加入三台挤出机挤出流延,经冷却定型、电晕处理、裁剪收卷得CPP薄膜。本发明的有益效果为:(1)该CPP薄膜的手感较软,表层容易被印刷;(2)该CPP薄膜具有高气密性、高透明性、起封温度低、热封强度好,能广泛应用于各食品的外包装;(3)该CPP薄膜的生产工艺简单,成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及CPP薄膜领域,具体涉及一种包装用CPP薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
CPP薄膜即流延聚丙烯薄膜cast polypropylene,也称未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,按用途不同可分为通用CPP(General CPP,简称GCPP)薄膜、镀铝级CPP(Metalize CPP,简称MCPP)薄膜和蒸煮级CPP(Retort CPP,简称RCPP)薄膜等。
CPP是塑胶工业中通过流延挤塑工艺生产的聚丙烯(PP)薄膜。该类薄膜与BOPP(双向聚丙烯)薄膜不同,属非取向薄膜。严格地说,CPP薄膜仅在纵向(MD)方向存在某种取向,主要是由于工艺性质所致。通过在冷铸辊上快速冷却,在薄膜上形成优异的清晰度和光洁度。
现有大部分CPP薄膜手感太硬,而且印刷难度升高,难以在产品的包装外观上印刷商标、产品特征等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种包装用CPP薄膜及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种包装用CPP薄膜,包括表层、中间层、底层;所述表层由质量分数为:97wt%~98.5wt%的无规共聚聚丙烯和1.5wt%~3wt%的滑爽剂组成;所述中间层由质量分数为65wt%~75wt%丙烯基弹性体与25wt%~35wt%茂金属聚乙烯组成;所述底层由质量分数为96wt%~97.5wt%的二元共聚聚丙烯和2.5wt%~4wt%的滑爽剂组成。
优选地,所述二元共聚聚丙烯为丙烯与乙烯的共聚物。
优选地,所述滑爽剂为芥酸酰胺。
一种制备上述包装用CPP薄膜的方法,其包括以下步骤:将原料混合搅拌均匀后按要求加入A、B、C三台挤出机挤出流延,经冷却定型,电晕处理;裁剪收卷,最后制成成品CPP薄膜。
优选地,表层、中间层和底层三层之间质量百分比为10~30%∶40%~80%∶10%~30%;挤出机的挤出量是500~900公斤/小时,挤出机的加工温度是230~260℃,挤出机机械速度是10~150m/min;挤出机模头是T型模头,T型模头的温度是230~250℃,CPP薄膜的厚度为0.1~2.5mm,宽度为500mm~3000mm;冷却辊冷却温度10~20℃;电晕处理的处理功率13~15KW。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)该CPP薄膜的手感较软,同时表层可以很容易印刷图案或者字迹,利于后期的包装销售;(2)该CPP薄膜具有高气密性、高透明性、起封温度低、热封强度好,能广泛应用于各食品的外包装;(3)该CPP薄膜的生产工艺简单,成本低,可以广泛推荐使用。

实施例1
一种包装用CPP薄膜,包括表层、中间层、底层;所述表层由质量分数为:97wt%的无规共聚聚丙烯和3wt%的芥酸酰胺组成;所述中间层由质量分数为65wt%丙烯基弹性体与35wt%茂金属聚乙烯组成;所述底层由质量分数为96wt%的二元共聚聚丙烯和4wt%的芥酸酰胺组成。
其中,所述二元共聚聚丙烯为丙烯与乙烯的共聚物。
一种制备上述包装用CPP薄膜的方法,其包括以下步骤:将原料混合搅拌均匀后按要求加入A、B、C三台挤出机挤出流延,经冷却定型,电晕处理;裁剪收卷,最后制成成品CPP薄膜。
其中,所述表层、中间层和底层三层之间质量百分比为10%∶80%∶10%;挤出机的挤出量是500公斤/小时,挤出机的加工温度是230℃,挤出机机械速度是10m/min;挤出机模头是T型模头,T型模头的温度是230℃,CPP薄膜的厚度为0.1mm,宽度为500mm;冷却辊冷却温度10℃;电晕处理的处理功率13KW。
实施例2
一种包装用CPP薄膜,包括表层、中间层、底层;所述表层由质量分数为:98.5wt%的无规共聚聚丙烯和1.5wt%的芥酸酰胺组成;所述中间层由质量分数为75wt%丙烯基弹性体与25wt%茂金属聚乙烯组成;所述底层由质量分数为97.5wt%的二元共聚聚丙烯和2.5wt%的芥酸酰胺组成。
其中,所述二元共聚聚丙烯为丙烯与乙烯的共聚物。
一种制备上述包装用CPP薄膜的方法,其包括以下步骤:将原料混合搅拌均匀后按要求加入A、B、C三台挤出机挤出流延,经冷却定型,电晕处理;裁剪收卷,最后制成成品CPP薄膜。
其中,所述表层、中间层和底层三层之间质量百分比为30%∶40%∶30%;挤出机的挤出量是900公斤/小时,挤出机的加工温度是260℃,挤出机机械速度是150m/min;挤出机模头是T型模头,T型模头的温度是250℃,CPP薄膜的厚度为2.5mm,宽度为3000mm;冷却辊冷却温度20℃;电晕处理的处理功率15KW。
实施例3
一种包装用CPP薄膜,包括表层、中间层、底层;所述表层由质量分数为:98wt%的无规共聚聚丙烯和2wt%的芥酸酰胺组成;所述中间层由质量分数为70wt%丙烯基弹性体与30wt%茂金属聚乙烯组成;所述底层由质量分数为97wt%的二元共聚聚丙烯和3wt%的芥酸酰胺组成。
其中,所述二元共聚聚丙烯为丙烯与乙烯的共聚物。
一种制备上述包装用CPP薄膜的方法,其包括以下步骤:将原料混合搅拌均匀后按要求加入A、B、C三台挤出机挤出流延,经冷却定型,电晕处理;裁剪收卷,最后制成成品CPP薄膜。
其中,所述表层、中间层和底层三层之间质量百分比为20%∶60%∶20%;挤出机的挤出量是700公斤/小时,挤出机的加工温度是245℃,挤出机机械速度是80m/min;挤出机模头是T型模头,T型模头的温度是245℃,CPP薄膜的厚度为1.5mm,宽度为2000mm;冷却辊冷却温度15℃;电晕处理的处理功率14KW。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)该CPP薄膜的手感较软,同时表层可以很容易印刷图案或者字迹,利于后期的包装销售;(2)该CPP薄膜具有高气密性、高透明性、起封温度低、热封强度好,能广泛应用于各食品的外包装;(3)该CPP薄膜的生产工艺简单,成本低,可以广泛推荐使用。

1.一种包装用CPP薄膜,包括表层、中间层、底层;其特征在于:所述表层由质量分数为:97wt%~98.5wt%的无规共聚聚丙烯和1.5wt%~3wt%的滑爽剂组成;所述中间层由质量分数为65wt%~75wt%丙烯基弹性体与25wt%~35wt%茂金属聚乙烯组成;所述底层由质量分数为96wt%~97.5wt%的二元共聚聚丙烯和2.5wt%~4wt%的滑爽剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装用CPP薄膜,其特征在于:所述二元共聚聚丙烯为丙烯与乙烯的共聚物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装用CPP薄膜,其特征在于:所述滑爽剂为芥酸酰胺。
4.一种制备权利要求1所述包装用CPP薄膜的方法,其特征在于:
包括以下步骤:将原料混合搅拌均匀后按要求加入A、B、C三台挤出机挤出流延,经冷却定型,电晕处理;裁剪收卷,最后制成成品CPP薄膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种制备包装用CPP薄膜的方法,其特征在于:所述表层、中间层和底层三层之间质量百分比为10~30%∶40%~80%∶10%~30%;挤出机的挤出量是500~900公斤/小时,挤出机的加工温度是230~260℃,挤出机机械速度是10~150m/min;挤出机模头是T型模头,T型模头的温度是230~250℃,CPP薄膜的厚度为0.1~2.5mm,宽度为500mm~3000mm;冷却辊冷却温度10~20℃;电晕处理的处理功率13~15KW。
