本实用新型公开一种PE/TIE/PA/TIE/PA/TIE/PE/EVA/PVDC/EVA/PE 11层共挤深拉伸膜,从外到内依次为PE、TIE、PA、TIE、PA、TIE、PE、EVA、PVDC、EVA、PE。本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型的11层共挤拉伸膜,PVDC层两侧为EVA,克服了含有粘合剂的缺陷,拉伸深度达11cm,用于深拉伸高强度要求产品包装使用,可用于肉制品轻包装及海产品、乳制品包装。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及包装材料领域,具体说是一种膜,更具体说是一种共挤膜。
背景技术
薄膜的加工中将一种原料挤出到已制成的另一种薄膜上或将已制成的不同种类的薄膜相互黏合到一起而成为多层薄膜,这种产品称为复合膜。复合膜的材料大多数为塑料,但也可用纸、金属箔(通常为铝)或织物等。复合膜的基本要求就是层与层之间要有良好的黏接性以保证包装的整体力学性能。此外,复合膜多用于食品包装,在复合膜的加工中要使用黏合剂,其溶剂的选择和黏接工艺等都要满足相应的卫生标准要求。
共挤膜具有复合膜的大部分特征,由于层与层之间是靠热熔结合而无需黏合剂,因此对食品包装共挤膜的卫生安全性要相对可靠。
共挤薄膜在加工过程中具有拉伸的特点,塑料拉伸后可相应提高强度,也可以在中间加入尼龙、茂金属聚乙烯等塑料材料,使其具备超过一般塑料包装的复合强度,不存在分层剥离现象,柔软性好,热封性能优良。
PVDC,学名为“聚偏二氯乙烯”,它是一种无毒无味、安全可靠的高阻隔材料,除具有塑料的一般性能外,还具有耐油性、耐腐蚀性等特点,可广泛应用于食品包装等行业。
美国陶氏化学公司的PhilipKwok,SteveJenkins和宾顿工程公司的JosephDooley在其论文“加工高阻隔PVDC的新工艺”中公开了 以下内容:PVDC在150-170℃范围内可以承受6-8分钟的加热时间,而在210-220℃时,承受时间不足30秒;而本申请的共挤材料加热温度为:PE:160-170℃;EVA:160-180℃;PA粘结剂在200℃,而PA要保证其流平性最低也要在220℃成型。因此,共挤拉伸膜结构设计必须考虑到不同材料的受热温度及受热时间问题。
中国专利申请号201220654117.8公开了一种PVDC复合膜,该专利是一种复合膜,并不是一种共挤膜。
GB/T28117-2011公开了一些PVDC共挤膜,但该标准所公开的PVDC共挤膜有个共同的特点,就是PVDC层的上下相邻层均采用TIE,而TIE是一种粘合树脂,其结构没有克服复合膜的缺陷。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型公开一种PE/TIE/PA/TIE/PA/TIE/PE/EVA/PVDC/EVA/PE 11层共挤深拉伸膜,其特征在于:从外到内依次为PE、TIE、PA、TIE、PA、TIE、PE、EVA、PVDC、EVA、PE。本实用新型的11层共挤拉伸膜是采用一种PVDC多层共挤模具制备的,所述模具具有多个环形或锥形芯柱,所述芯柱外围设置多层用于挤出不同材料的模具层;所述模具层内设置自熔融热塑性材料入口至环形挤出出口的流道;PVDC挤出层设置多个与挤出机连接的流道,多个流道在中心位置形成螺旋状形态;所述PP、PE、EVA的流道,采取一分二,二分四,四分八的迷宫式无死角流道。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型的11层共挤拉伸膜,PVDC层两侧为EVA,仅仅在PVDC层的一侧含有TIE,而PVDC具有高阻隔功能,因此,使用不含TIE的一侧与食品接触,克服了前面所述的含有粘合剂的缺陷;拉伸深度达11cm,用于深拉伸高强度要求产品包装使用,可用于肉制品轻包装及海产品、乳制品包装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体说明本实用新型,5层共挤拉伸膜的结构如图1所示,从外到内依次为PP或PE、EVA、PVDC、EVA、PE。本实用新型采用一种PVDC多层共挤模具制备的,如图2、图3所示,所述模具具有多个环形或锥形芯柱,所述芯柱外围设置多层用于挤出不同材料的模具层;所述模具层内设置自熔融热塑性材料入口至环形挤出出口的流道;PVDC层203采用多入口的流道2031设计,3个流道2031在中心位置形成螺旋状形态;使PVDC在成型过程中每一台挤出机的原料在1/3到圆周内就完成成型。也可采用其他数量的通道,如2个、4个等,具体可根据膜的厚度、层数等设定。
