Abstract
本发明涉及一种适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料及制备方法,该包装材料为六层复合结构,包装材料由外至内依次为剥离强度高的聚合物涂层、纸板层、复合层、铝箔层、粘结层和耐热性好的聚合物薄膜热封层,聚合物涂层为中密度聚乙烯树脂与粘结性聚乙烯树脂的混合物涂层。制备方法包括以下步骤:通过挤出机将复合层挤复在纸板层与铝箔层之间;通过挤出机将粘结层挤复在铝箔层与聚合物薄膜热封层之间;通过挤出机将聚合物涂层挤复在纸板层外侧,粘合形成一体结构。本发明增强外层材料与纸板的结合牢度,避免纸铝塑包材成型后四个折角发生脱离,耐热耐针孔性,降低制备成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纸铝塑包装材料的技术领域,特别是涉及一种适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料及制备方法。
背景技术
目前国内耐高温蒸煮包装材料主要是以袋子形式供客户使用,高温蒸煮袋的结构有二层、三层、四层甚至更多,其中,二层的是透明的塑料型,如PET/CPP或OPA/CPP。三层的有透明的塑/塑型,如PET/OPA/CPP和含铝箔的不透明型,如PET/AL/CPP、OPA/AL/CPP。四层的是含铝箔不透明的PET/AL/OPA/CPP,这种结构是防穿刺、加强型、大容量的包装袋,更多层的主要是内层用多层共挤膜,如PA/EVOH/PP共挤膜再加上PET或铝箔构成更多层数的复合物。
而关于纸铝塑包装材料在灌装机上成型的耐蒸煮包装容器,现有技术CN1571749A所述的方法是在包装材料结构中加入具有阻隔性能的塑料粒子(PA、PET、EVOH等),解决包装材料中铝箔龟裂和密封性问题。但是在实际使用以纸铝塑为基材的耐蒸煮包装容器时,客户反映纸铝塑包材蒸煮杀菌后内层膜有针眼,导致纸铝塑包材容易发生红染渗透;纸铝塑包材成型后四个折角容易脱离等现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料及制备方法,增强外层材料与纸板的结合牢度,避免纸铝塑包材成型后四个折角发生脱离,耐热耐针孔性,降低制备成本。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是提供一种适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料,该包装材料为六层结构,所述包装材料由外至内依次为剥离强度高的聚合物涂层、纸板层、复合层、铝箔层、粘结层和耐热性好的聚合物薄膜热封层,所述聚合物涂层为中密度聚乙烯树脂与粘结性聚乙烯树脂的混合物涂层,所述聚合物涂层、纸板层、复合层、铝箔层、粘结层和聚合物薄膜热封层为挤压成型的一体复合结构。
所述聚合物涂层中中密度聚乙烯树脂与粘结性聚乙烯树脂的质量混合配比为9:1。
所述纸板层的重量为200g/m2~300g/m2。
所述复合层为聚乙烯树脂。
所述铝箔层的厚度范围为6μm~12μm。
所述粘结层为以聚乙烯和/或聚丙烯为基材的粘结性树脂。
所述聚合物薄膜热封层为流延聚丙烯薄膜或者中密度聚乙烯薄膜。
一种上述的适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纸张放卷,通过挤出机将复合层挤复在纸板层与铝箔层之间,使纸板层与铝箔层粘合,得到铝箔副放卷;
(2)铝箔副放卷,通过挤出机将粘结层挤复在铝箔层与聚合物薄膜热封层之间,使铝箔层与聚合物薄膜热封层粘合;
(3)通过挤出机将聚合物涂层挤复在纸板层外侧,粘合形成一体结构。
有益效果
本发明采用具有耐热性好的中密度聚乙烯和具有良好粘结性的聚乙烯做为外层材料,增强外层材料与纸板的结合牢度,保证纸铝塑包材成型后四个折角不易脱离;另外,内层热封层采用流延聚丙烯薄膜或者中密度聚乙烯薄膜,具有耐热性好、耐针孔性的特点,并且该纸铝塑包装材料一次成型,降低成本,具有良好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
如图1所示的一种适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料,该包装材料为六层结构,由外至内依次为剥离强度高的聚合物涂层1、纸板层2、复合层3、铝箔层4、粘结层5和耐热性好的聚合物薄膜热封层6,聚合物涂层1、纸板层2、复合层3、铝箔层4、粘结层5和聚合物薄膜热封层6为挤压成型的一体复合结构。
聚合物涂层1为质量分数90%中密度聚乙烯树脂+10%粘结性聚乙烯树脂的混合物涂层,纸板层2的重量为250g/m2,复合层3为聚乙烯树脂,铝箔层4的厚度范围为10μm,粘结层5为以聚乙烯和聚丙烯为基材的粘结性树脂,聚合物薄膜热封层6采用流延聚丙烯薄膜。
一种适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纸张放卷,通过挤出机将复合层3挤复在纸板层2与铝箔层4之间,使纸板层2与铝箔层4粘合,得到铝箔副放卷;
(2)铝箔副放卷,通过挤出机将粘结层5挤复在铝箔层4与聚合物薄膜热封层6之间,使铝箔层4与聚合物薄膜热封层6粘合;
(3)通过挤出机将聚合物涂层1挤复在纸板层2外侧,粘合形成一体结构。
Claims (8)
1.一种适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料,该包装材料为六层结构,其特征在于:所述包装材料由外至内依次为剥离强度高的聚合物涂层(1)、纸板层(2)、复合层(3)、铝箔层(4)、粘结层(5)和耐热性好的聚合物薄膜热封层(6),所述聚合物涂层(1)为中密度聚乙烯树脂与粘结性聚乙烯树脂的混合物涂层,所述聚合物涂层(1)、纸板层(2)、复合层(3)、铝箔层(4)、粘结层(5)和聚合物薄膜热封层(6)为挤压成型的一体复合结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料,其特征在于:所述聚合物涂层(1)中中密度聚乙烯树脂与粘结性聚乙烯树脂的质量混合配比为9:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料,其特征在于:所述纸板层(2)的重量为200g/m2~300g/m2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料,其特征在于:所述复合层(3)为聚乙烯树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料,其特征在于:所述铝箔层(4)的厚度范围为6μm~12μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料,其特征在于:所述粘结层(5)为以聚乙烯和/或聚丙烯为基材的粘结性树脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料,其特征在于:所述聚合物薄膜热封层(6)为流延聚丙烯薄膜或者中密度聚乙烯薄膜。
8.一种权利要求1所述的适用于耐蒸煮杀菌工艺的纸铝塑包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纸张放卷,通过挤出机将复合层(3)挤复在纸板层(2)与铝箔层(4)之间,使纸板层(2)与铝箔层(4)粘合,得到铝箔副放卷;
(2)铝箔副放卷,通过挤出机将粘结层(5)挤复在铝箔层(4)与聚合物薄膜热封层(6)之间,使铝箔层(4)与聚合物薄膜热封层(6)粘合;
(3)通过挤出机将聚合物涂层(1)挤复在纸板层(2)外侧,粘合形成一体结构。
