Abstract
本发明公开了一种药品包装用复合膜,属于药品包装领域,包括从外到内的印刷层、阻隔层和热封层,所述印刷层为聚酯层,具体为改性共聚酯与聚酯的混合层,其中改性共聚酯薄膜引入了熔体强度强化剂;所述阻隔层为镀铝聚酯层,具体为HB‑1高阻隔镀铝聚酯层;所述热封层为聚乙烯层,具体为低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯中的两种或三种的混合层,所述印刷层与阻隔层之间、阻隔层与热封层之间均设有聚氨酯胶黏层,所述聚氨酯胶黏层中添加有促进剂。本发明采用多种材料混合制备复合膜分层,在避免增设分层的前提下提升复合膜的性能,具备良好的抗穿透性、耐药品性、耐温性、防潮性、阻隔性等性能,且分层间粘黏牢固。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及药品包装领域,具体的涉及一种药品包装用复合膜。
背景技术
随着社会发展和人民生活水平的提高,商品经济越来越发达,为了提高商品的刘同周期与货架寿命,商品包装的作用日益重要,尤其对于食品、药品、化妆品、洗涤用品等保质期要求较高的商品。
用于药品包装的材料,要求具备一定的机械性能、良好的阻隔性能和安全性能、合适的加工性能及较好的经济性能。
复合膜,把各种不同特性的材料复合在一起,以改进包装材料的耐水性、耐油性、耐热性、耐寒性、耐冲击性、耐药品性等性能。
聚合物的熔体强度是指熔体在一定条件下受到力(如牵引力或拉伸力)的作用而断裂,熔体强度反映聚合物熔体的抗延伸性及抗熔垂性,它是决定产品成型时材料加工特性的一个非常重要的性质。
目前,市场上的复合膜的分层多采用单种材料,其性能单一,抗穿透性、耐药品性、耐温性、阻隔性等性能不够强;为了获得足够的性能,均采用增设多个分层,则需要的粘合剂增多,且相对容易致使分层分离。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种利用混合膜作为分层的药品用复合膜。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种药品包装用复合膜,包括从外到内的印刷层、阻隔层和热封层,所述印刷层为聚酯层,具体为改性共聚酯与聚酯的混合层,其中改性共聚酯薄膜引入了熔体强度强化剂;所述阻隔层为镀铝聚酯层,具体为HB-1高阻隔镀铝聚酯层;所述热封层为聚乙烯层,具体为低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯中的两种或三种的混合层,所述印刷层与阻隔层之间、阻隔层与热封层之间均设有聚氨酯胶黏层,所述聚氨酯胶黏层中添加有促进剂。
进一步地,所述聚酯层为两层聚酯与一层改性共聚酯通过熔融共挤,双向拉伸,牵引切边形成的三明治式混合层。
进一步地,所述聚乙烯层为低密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯的混合层,且低密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯的质量比为30~35%:65~70%。
进一步地,所述聚乙烯层为低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯的混合层,且低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯的质量比为30~40%:60~70%。
进一步地,所述聚乙烯层为低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯的混合层,且低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯的质量比为25~40%:25~45%:25~45%。
进一步地,所述聚酯层、镀铝聚酯层及聚乙烯层的厚度比为10~30μm:5~20μm:40~80μm。
3.有益效果
(1)本发明所提供的复合膜共分三层,分别为聚酯层、镀铝聚酯层和聚乙烯层,其中聚酯层为改性共聚酯与普通聚酯的混合层,聚乙烯层为低密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯的混合层,采用两种材料混合制备复合膜的分层,可提升复合膜的安全性、抗穿透性、耐药品性、耐温性等性能,避免增设多层分层,进而减少粘合剂的使用,防止分层的分离;且改性共聚酯薄膜引入了熔体强度强化剂,提高了聚酯膜的熔体强度。
(2)本发明的隔绝层采用HB-1高阻隔镀铝聚酯层,使得复合膜具备高阻隔性能,保证包装药品的长时间保质;又具备高剥离强度,可防止镀铝层向其它层转移。
(3)本发明在各分层之间设有聚氨酯胶黏层,其具有耐水、耐介质性好,粘连强度高,干燥速度快,在低温环境下成膜性良好等优点,且该胶黏层中添加有促进剂,使得粘黏效果更佳。
本发明采用多种材料混合制备复合膜分层,在避免增设分层的前提下达到提升复合膜性能的效果,具备良好的抗穿透性、耐药品性、耐温性、防潮性、阻隔性等性能,且分层间粘黏牢固。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
如图1所示的一种药品包装用复合膜,包括从外到内的印刷层、阻隔层和热封层,所述印刷层为聚酯层1,具体为改性共聚酯与聚酯的混合层,其中改性共聚酯薄膜引入了熔体强度强化剂;所述阻隔层为镀铝聚酯层2,具体为HB-1高阻隔镀铝聚酯层;所述热封层为聚乙烯层3,具体为低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯中的两种或三种的混合层,所述印刷层与阻隔层之间、阻隔层与热封层之间均设有聚氨酯胶黏层4,所述聚氨酯胶黏层4中添加有促进剂。
在本实施例中,所述聚酯层1为两层聚酯与一层改性共聚酯通过熔融共挤,双向拉伸,牵引切边形成的三明治式混合层。改性共聚酯与聚酯的混合,加强了聚酯层的透明性、抗穿透性、耐化学性等性能。
在本实施例中,所述聚乙烯层3为低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯的混合层,且低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯的质量比为30%:35%:35%。低密度聚乙烯在拉伸时易产生应变硬化;线性低密度聚乙烯具有更小的剪切敏感性,但难加工;改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯的性能比线性低密度聚乙烯的性能更佳,但成本较高。综合三者,能在保持高强度和韧性下,尽可能地解决上述难题,且较易制得更薄的薄膜。
在本实施例中,所述聚酯层1、镀铝聚酯层2及聚乙烯层3的厚度比为30μm:20μm:80μm。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:
所述聚乙烯层3为低密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯的混合层,且低密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯的质量比为30%:70%;此聚乙烯层较实施例1中的聚乙烯层的性能较弱,但足以满足市场上大多数药品的包装要求。
所述聚酯层1、镀铝聚酯层2及聚乙烯层3的厚度比为10μm:5μm:40μm。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:
所述聚乙烯层3中低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯的质量比为35%:65%;此聚乙烯层的性能介于实施例1和实施例2之间。
所述聚酯层1、镀铝聚酯层2及聚乙烯层3的厚度比为20μm:15μm:60μm。
本发明采用多种材料混合制备复合膜分层,在避免增设分层的前提下达到提升复合膜性能的效果,具备良好的抗穿透性、耐药品性、耐温性、防潮性、阻隔性等性能,且分层间粘黏牢固。
本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本发明的权利要求范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种药品包装用复合膜,其特征在于,包括从外到内的印刷层、阻隔层和热封层,所述印刷层为聚酯层(1),具体为改性共聚酯与聚酯的混合层,其中改性共聚酯薄膜引入了熔体强度强化剂;所述阻隔层为镀铝聚酯层(2),具体为HB-1高阻隔镀铝聚酯层;所述热封层为聚乙烯层(3),具体为低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯中的两种或三种的混合层,所述印刷层与阻隔层之间、阻隔层与热封层之间均设有聚氨酯胶黏层(4),所述聚氨酯胶黏层(4)中添加有促进剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种药品包装用复合膜,其特征在于,所述聚酯层(1)为两层聚酯与一层改性共聚酯通过熔融共挤,双向拉伸,牵引切边形成的三明治式混合层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种药品包装用复合膜,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯层(3)为低密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯的混合层,且低密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯的质量比为30~35%:65~70%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种药品包装用复合膜,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯层(3)为低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯的混合层,且低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯的质量比为30~40%:60~70%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种药品包装用复合膜,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯层(3)为低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯的混合层,且低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯和改性茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯的质量比为25~40%:25~45%:25~45%。
6.根据权利要求1~5所述的一种药品包装用复合膜,其特征在于,所述聚酯层(1)、镀铝聚酯层(2)及聚乙烯层(3)的厚度比为10~30μm:5~20μm:40~80μm。
