Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐穿刺、高阻隔塑料复合薄膜以及使用这种薄膜制作的包装袋,其主要成为线性低密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、茂金属聚乙烯、弹性体,经过一定程度的配比之后成为具有较优性能的聚乙烯薄膜,以这种聚乙烯薄膜作为耐穿层,另外以双向拉伸尼龙薄膜、铝箔、双向拉伸苯二甲酸乙醇酯分别作为拉伸层、阻隔层、印刷层,使用包括耐穿层、拉伸层、阻隔层、印刷层在内的多层复合膜结构达到了密封、耐穿刺、高阻隔的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装袋生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐穿刺、高阻隔塑料复合薄膜及包装袋。
背景技术
用塑料制作包装袋一般是利用塑料膜的耐化学性好、绝缘性优,有良好的耐酸,耐碱,耐各类有机溶剂,长期放置不渗漏、不氧化的特点。但相对一些特殊的需求,普通塑料包装袋存在以下不足:
1.耐穿刺、抗冲击性能差。这是一般塑料袋的弱项,如果用于包装干货、鱼虾等水产品、冷冻品等,在包装、运输过程中容易出现穿透、破包、撕裂的问题;
2.阻隔性能不强。有的包装物不仅要求袋子能防潮、阻隔各种溶剂,而且要不透光,有反射光热的性能。这对于有透明性的普通塑料膜而言,也是难以做到的。
综上所述,现有技术中对于一种耐穿刺、高阻隔塑料复合薄膜及包装袋,需要一种高效解决方案。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种耐穿刺、高阻隔塑料复合薄膜及包装袋,其产品具有耐穿刺、抗冲击性能强的效果。
本发明提供一种加强型耐穿刺聚乙烯,其使用以下原材料经熔融共混挤出吹膜而成:

其中线性聚乙烯是常规组份;低密度聚乙烯起到调节热封温度的作用;茂金属聚乙烯增强牢固度;弹性体提高耐穿刺度和柔韧性。该膜材借助聚乙烯具有很好的热封性,特殊组份又弥补了耐穿刺性的不足,用以充当内层。所述弹性体使用苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体、聚氨酯类热塑性弹性体、聚烯烃类热塑性弹性体、聚酰胺类热塑性弹性体中的任一一种或多种。所述低密度聚乙烯密度为0.910-0.925g/cm3,所述线性低密度聚乙烯密度为0.918~0.935g/cm3,所述茂金属聚乙烯密度为0.903~0.963g/cm3。该膜材借助聚乙烯具有很好的热封性,特殊的组份又弥补了耐穿刺性的不足,用以充当内层。
本发明还提供一种耐穿刺、高阻隔塑料复合薄膜,包括多层薄膜,所述多层薄膜分别为耐穿层、拉伸层、阻隔层、印刷层;
所述耐穿层采用如权利要求1所述的加强型耐穿刺聚乙烯;
所述拉伸层采用双向拉伸尼龙薄膜;双向拉伸尼龙(聚酰胺,NY)强韧,具有良好的耐穿刺性,该材料虽没有热封性,不能做内层,但与加强型耐穿刺PE复合,优势互补,进一步增强了耐穿刺特性。
所述阻隔层采用铝箔;铝箔光热反射率高、隔热、防潮,不透光,而且能有效遮挡紫外线,大大提高其阻隔性能和抗氧化能力。
所述印刷层采用双向拉伸苯二甲酸乙醇酯,具有很强的抗张力,在印刷、复合等加工过程中不易错位,成品具有滑爽感;PET还具有良好的气密性,其隔氧性能比隔水性能优越,熔点高达264度,故阻隔氧化,保香性好,耐高温,可在很高的温度下封口。
优选的,所述耐穿层、拉伸层、铝箔层、印刷层的排列顺序为依次顺序排列,或,所述耐穿层位于中间,所述拉伸层、铝箔层、印刷层在耐穿层两侧依次对称排列。
优选的,所述印刷层与阻隔层之间、所述阻隔层与拉伸层之间,采用干法复合工艺进行复合。
优选的,所述拉伸层与所述耐穿层采用无溶剂复合,
优选的,所述印刷层在印刷时使用无苯无酮食品级油墨。
本发明还提供一种复合包装袋,采用了所述的耐穿刺、高阻隔塑料复合包装袋薄膜制作而成。
优选的,为确保耐穿刺、高阻隔性能达标,相关的材料和半成品、成品检验标准如下:
1.PET、NY、PE、AL电晕测试,良好的电晕处理,能确保印刷、复合的质量;
2.PET、NY、PE拉伸力测试;
3.PET、NY、PE摩擦系数测试;
4.NY、PE抗摆锤穿刺强度测试
5.复合后剥离强度测试
6.成品袋抗摆锤穿刺强度测试
7.成品袋虚封测试
8.成品袋渗漏测
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中使用多种复合材料,耐穿刺、抗冲击性能强,如果用于包装干货、鱼虾等水产品、冷冻品等,在包装、运输过程中不容易出现穿透、破包、撕裂的问题;
2、本发明提供的阻隔性能强,使用本发明提供的袋子可以防潮、阻隔各种溶剂,而且不透光,有反射光热的性能。

在本实施例中,乙烯组份占比65%;高压聚乙烯组份占比25%的前提下,取茂金属聚乙烯占比区间2-8%;弹性体组份占比区间2-8%当中的的三种成分组合,分别是:
1、茂金属聚2%乙烯弹性体8%;
2、茂金属聚乙烯5%弹性体5%;
3、茂金属聚8%乙烯弹性体2%;
三种组分的材料通过对比测试:第1例在耐穿测试时承受强度不足0.8牛顿,耐穿刺度不够且成本上升;第3例耐穿刺度测试时承受强度1.3牛顿,但柔韧性、热封性能不足。以第2例线性聚乙烯组份占比65%;高压聚乙烯组份占比25%,茂金属聚乙烯5%,弹性体5%的膜材,具有良好的耐穿刺、抗冲击性能、且成本控制为最佳,确定采购使用。
实施例2
一种耐穿刺、高阻隔塑料复合薄膜,包括多层薄膜,所述多层薄膜分别为耐穿层、拉伸层、阻隔层、印刷层;
所述耐穿层采用如权利要求1所述的加强型耐穿刺聚乙烯;
所述拉伸层采用双向拉伸尼龙薄膜;双向拉伸尼龙(聚酰胺,NY)强韧,具有良好的耐穿刺性,该材料虽没有热封性,不能做内层,但与加强型耐穿刺PE复合,优势互补,进一步增强了耐穿刺特性。
所述阻隔层采用铝箔;铝箔光热反射率高、隔热、防潮,不透光,而且能有效遮挡紫外线,大大提高其阻隔性能和抗氧化能力。
所述印刷层采用双向拉伸苯二甲酸乙醇酯,具有很强的抗张力,在印刷、复合等加工过程中不易错位,成品具有滑爽感;PET还具有良好的气密性,其隔氧性能比隔水性能优越,熔点高达264度,故阻隔氧化,保香性好,耐高温,可在很高的温度下封口。
所述耐穿层、拉伸层、铝箔层、印刷层的排列顺序为依次顺序排列,或,所述耐穿层位于中间,所述拉伸层、铝箔层、印刷层在耐穿层两侧依次对称排列。

实施例3
一种复合包装袋,采用了实施例2所述的耐穿刺、高阻隔塑料复合包装袋薄膜制作而成。制袋时,制袋机烫刀温度112度,制袋车速40条/分。
为确保耐穿刺、高阻隔性能达标,相关的材料和半成品、成品检验标准如下:
1、PET、NY、PE、AL电晕测试,电晕值应依次为42、42、38达因,良好的电晕处理,能确保印刷、复合的质量
2、PET、NY、PE拉伸力测试,应为大于40牛顿;
3、PET、NY、PE摩擦系数测试,分别025-0.4,0.1-0.28;
4、NY、PE抗摆锤穿刺强度测试,应为大于0.8牛顿;
5、复合后剥离强度测试,PET/AL/NY/PE三间层应为大于2.5牛顿;
6、成品袋抗摆锤穿刺强度测试,测试结果应为2.5牛顿以上。
7、成品袋虚封测试,每200个测试一次;
8、成品袋渗漏测,每2000个测试一次。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中使用多种复合材料,耐穿刺、抗冲击性能强,如果用于包装干货、鱼虾等水产品、冷冻品等,在包装、运输过程中不容易出现穿透、破包、撕裂的问题;
2、本发明提供的阻隔性能强,使用本发明提供的袋子可以防潮、阻隔各种溶剂,而且不透光,有反射光热的性能。
