Abstract
本发明提供一种用于汽车的玻璃窗的,没有外观不良的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃。本发明的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃是依次层叠室外侧玻璃板、中间膜、塑料膜、中间膜、室内侧玻璃板而形成的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,玻璃板是通过弯曲加工而弯曲的形状,在塑料膜上形成有红外线反射膜,在至少一个边,塑料膜的缘部在距玻璃板的缘部为5mm~200mm的范围内,向玻璃板的中央侧离开该玻璃板的缘部。

技术领域
本发明涉及通过依次层叠玻璃板、中间膜、透明的塑料膜、中间膜、玻璃板而制造的夹层玻璃,特别是涉及汽车的窗户用的夹层玻璃。
背景技术
作为具有热线反射功能的夹层玻璃,公知有用夹持有塑料膜、特别是夹持有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜的2张中间膜层叠2张玻璃板而成的夹层玻璃。
通常,夹层玻璃通过使用压热器经过高温高压处理,利用中间膜热熔接玻璃板和聚酯膜而形成。
例如,在专利文献1中公开有如下夹层玻璃,即,将用2张中间膜夹持有热线反射塑料膜而成的挠性层叠体夹在2张玻璃板之间层叠而成,该热线反射塑料膜由聚酯膜形成薄膜而成。
此外,在2张弯曲的玻璃板之间层叠塑料膜的情况下,塑料膜容易产生褶皱,在专利文献2中公开有在塑料膜的周边部形成缺口部的方法。

用于汽车的玻璃窗,特别是前挡风玻璃的夹层玻璃的边的长度为1m~2m左右的大小,在专利文献2所公开的方法中,若缺口大,则有损美观,若缺口小,则难以防止褶皱的产生。
发明内容
本发明的课题在于提供一种插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,该插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃通过将塑料膜插入夹层玻璃的中间膜之间而形成,塑料膜不会产生褶皱,不会产生外观不良。
本发明的第1技术方案是依次层叠室外侧玻璃板、中间膜、塑料膜、中间膜、室内侧玻璃板而形成的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,玻璃板是通过弯曲加工而弯曲的形状,在塑料膜上形成有红外线反射膜,在至少一个边,塑料膜的缘部在距玻璃板的缘部在5mm~200mm的范围内,向玻璃板的中央侧离开该玻璃板的缘部。
此外,本发明的第2技术方案是根据第1技术方案记载的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,塑料膜的厚度在50μm~200μm的范围内。
此外,本发明的第3技术方案是根据第1技术方案或第2技术方案记载的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,在塑料膜上形成有由电介质的多层膜构成的红外线反射膜或金属膜。
此外,本发明的第4技术方案是根据第1技术方案~第3技术方案中的任一项记载的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,塑料膜被裁切成与玻璃板的形状或着色膜的缘部的形状大致相似的形状。
此外,本发明的第5技术方案是根据第1技术方案~第4技术方案中的任一项记载的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,塑料膜的周边缘部的切断面相对于膜面的角度在30~60度之间。
此外,本发明的第6技术方案是根据第1技术方案~第5技术方案中的任一项记载的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,着色膜呈带状形成于室外侧玻璃的周边部。
此外,本发明的第7技术方案是根据第1技术方案~第6技术方案中的任一项记载的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,玻璃板的角部附近的塑料膜的缘部与玻璃板的缘部重叠。
此外,本发明的第8技术方案是根据第1技术方案~第7技术方案中的任一项记载的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,在该夹层玻璃上形成有用于与塑料膜对位的记号。
本发明能提供一种在用2张中间膜夹持塑料膜而制作的夹层玻璃中,塑料膜没有褶皱,能够实用的、插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃中的插入的塑料膜的缘部4位于插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃的缘部2和着色膜的缘部3之间。
在车外侧玻璃板10、车内侧玻璃板13中,采用以低成本获得的通过浮法制成的钠钙玻璃进行弯曲加工而得到的弯曲的玻璃板较为简便。
弯曲的玻璃板的形状是通过将以浮法制成的玻璃板加热到软化点以上,以自重法、压力法等加工成规定的弯曲形状而得到。
在中间膜11、12中,较佳地使用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)等热熔型的粘接剂。
塑料膜14优选以拉伸法制作,能够从由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚醚砜、尼龙、多芳基化合物、环烯烃聚合物等而形成的塑料膜中选择而使用。
特别是由双轴拉伸法成膜的结晶性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜(PET膜),其耐热性也优异,能够使用在范围广的温度环境中,此外,透明性高,大量生产品质也较为稳定,因此较好。
塑料膜14的厚度若薄于50μm,则膜容易变形,容易产生褶皱。此外,难以进行膜的操作,而且在形成红外线反射膜的情况下,会由于红外线反射膜的应力而容易卷曲。另一方面,若膜的厚度厚于200μm,则层叠加工时会由于脱气不良而产生外观缺陷,所以厚度优选是50μm~200μm。
塑料膜14在高温时柔软性增加,因此,在由中间膜11和中间膜12夹持,来制造夹层玻璃的过程中,由压热器以高温高压热熔接中间膜11、12时,塑料膜14伸缩,形成与车外侧玻璃板10的弯曲形状几乎相同的形状,但是车外侧玻璃板10的曲率半径小时,容易产生褶皱,插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃的周边部会产生褶皱。
因此,如图1、2所示,优选塑料膜的缘部4和插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃的缘部2不对齐,使塑料膜的缘部4位于玻璃面上地使塑料膜14的面积小于插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃1的面积,防止产生褶皱。
因此,所插入的塑料膜优选为面积比玻璃板的面积小的塑料膜,且从图3的插入有塑料膜的玻璃的缘部2到塑料膜的缘部4的距离d1为5mm以上。
另外,在太阳光照射到塑料膜的缘部4时,光在塑料膜的缘部4产生散射,塑料膜的缘部4不仅显眼,而且有可能妨碍驾驶,所以优选在位于车外侧的车外侧玻璃板10的层叠面上设有着色膜15,使太阳光无法照射到塑料膜的缘部4。
即,如图3所示,优选从插入有塑料膜的玻璃的缘部2到塑料膜的缘部4的距离d1小于从插入有塑料膜的玻璃的缘部2到着色膜的缘部3的距离d2。
此外,塑料膜的缘部由中间膜11和中间膜12覆盖,所以与塑料膜的缘部与插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃的缘部对齐从而被暴露在水分之下这样的形状相比,还具有能防止由水分而造成的老化的效果。
另外,就塑料膜的切断面而言,与形成为与塑料膜表面16垂直的面的情况相比,在形成为图4所示的角度θ为位于30~60度之间的倾斜面17的情况下,塑料膜的缘部4被中间膜11、12充分地覆盖,所以能防止塑料膜的缘部4附近的气泡残留,耐久性得到提高,因此较好。θ小于30度时难以切断,大于60度时不具有倾斜面的效果。
在使塑料膜14的缘部为倾斜面17时,垂直于塑料膜面16看到的缘部的宽度d3不再是0,由于塑料膜的厚度是200μm以下,所以最大缘部的宽度d3是200μm/tan(30)为约0.4mm,在将塑料膜的缘部4的位置对位到规定的位置上时,缘部的宽度d3是能作为误差而处理的大小。
优选着色膜在对车外侧玻璃板10进行弯曲加工而制造之前,在玻璃板的周边部通过丝网印刷来印刷陶瓷糊剂,在弯曲加工时烧结成形,只要不透明,什么颜色都可以,由于黑色的着色膜不显眼,所以特别优选黑色的着色膜。
塑料膜14的尺寸小于插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃1的尺寸,所以难以将塑料膜的缘部4的位置对位到规定的位置上。
因此,如图5所示,优选在车内侧玻璃板上设置用于对塑料膜的缘部4进行对位的对位用记号20,从而使塑料膜14被插入到规定的位置。
对位用记号优选设置2处以上,既可以设置在边部也可以设置在角部。
另外,如图6所示,也可以使塑料膜的缘部4和插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃的缘部2在角部对齐。
优选使塑料膜的缘部4和插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃的缘部2对齐的角部的数量为2处以上。
实施例
实施例1
用于汽车用的前窗的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃如下那样制作。
为了制作车外侧玻璃板10和车内侧玻璃板13,按照窗户的尺寸,以规定的形状和尺寸,用玻璃刀具从面积大于窗户尺寸的玻璃板上切出2张玻璃板,对端面进行了研磨处理。在对该2张玻璃板进行了清洗、干燥后,在位于车外侧的玻璃板的层叠面侧(用中间膜粘接的面侧),丝网印刷黑色的陶瓷糊剂,并使其干燥。
丝网印刷有陶瓷糊剂的玻璃板和另1张玻璃板重叠,2张玻璃板同时在弯曲加工炉中加热,成型为曲面形状的玻璃,用作车外侧玻璃板10、车内侧玻璃板13。此外,通过在弯曲加工炉中的加热,被丝网印刷的陶瓷糊剂也被烧结,着色膜15形成在车外侧玻璃板10上。
着色膜15的宽度d2最小的部位为30mm,最大的部位为100mm。
用NC刀具,从在大于窗户的尺寸的面积的两面上设有由非晶体聚酯形成的易粘接层和硅烷偶联剂层且厚度为100μm的PET膜上,以向中央侧缩小1cm的尺寸,切出与弯曲加工前的车外侧玻璃板10的平板形状(为了制作车外侧玻璃板10而切出的玻璃板)大致相似形状的PET膜,作为塑料膜14。
在切出塑料膜14时,切断面相对于塑料膜面不是垂直的,而是以与垂直方向成30°的倾斜角切出。
使用2张厚度为0.36mm的PVB膜,用该2张PVB膜夹持上述切出的塑料膜14。
将夹持有上述PET膜的2张PVB膜插入车外侧玻璃板10和车内侧玻璃板13之间。
插入该PVB膜,使塑料膜的缘部4距车外侧玻璃板10的缘部为10mm。
用刀具切除从重叠的、车外侧玻璃板10和车内侧玻璃板的缘部伸出的那部分PVB膜之后,对车外侧玻璃板10和车内侧玻璃板13之间进行脱气,而且由压热器进行加压、加热处理,制作了插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃1。
制作的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃所夹持的PET膜没有褶皱,而且PET膜的缘部4被黑色的着色膜遮挡,从车外看不见,作为汽车用的前挡风玻璃而能良好地使用。
实施例2
在厚度为50μm的PET膜的一个面上形成有由氧化锌和银层叠而成的红外线反射膜,在如此形成的PET膜上,以比形成在车外侧玻璃板10上的着色膜的缘部3大11mm这样的形状,即,以d2-d1=11mm的方式,以与车外侧玻璃板10的透视部(插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃的透视部5)的形状大致相似的形状切出了塑料膜14,除此之外,和实施例1相同地制造了插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃1。
制作的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃具有反射近红外线的遮热性功能,所夹持的PET膜没有褶皱,而且PET膜的缘部4被黑框部遮挡,从车外看不见,作为汽车用的前挡风玻璃而能良好地使用。
实施例3
从在厚度为188μm的PET膜的一个面上形成有由二氧化硅和二氧化钛电介质层叠9层膜而构成的红外线反射膜的PET膜上,以比形成在车外侧玻璃板10上的着色膜的缘部3大5mm这样的形状,即,以d2-d1=5mm的方式,以与车外侧玻璃板10的透视部(插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃的透视部5)的形状大致相似的形状切出了塑料膜14,除此之外,和实施例1相同地制造了插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃1。
制作的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃1具有反射近红外线的遮热性功能,所夹持的PET膜没有褶皱,而且PET膜的缘部4被黑框部遮挡,从车外看不见,作为汽车用的前挡风玻璃而能良好地使用。
比较例1
使用与实施例1相同的玻璃板、PVB膜、PET膜,以2张PVB膜夹持PET膜,进而夹持在2张玻璃板之间,用刀具切掉从玻璃缘部伸出的PVB膜和PET膜。之后,和实施例1相同制作了插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃。
在制作的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃中,在其周边部,PET膜产生褶皱,此外,由于褶皱而使周边部和中央部的厚度不同,成为透视变形的原因,是无法作为汽车用的前挡风玻璃来使用的。
Claims (8)
1.一种插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,是依次层叠玻璃板、中间膜、塑料膜、中间膜、玻璃板而形成的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,
玻璃板是通过弯曲加工而弯曲的形状,在塑料膜上形成有红外线反射膜,在至少一个边,塑料膜的缘部在距玻璃板的缘部在5mm~200mm的范围内,向玻璃板的中央侧离开该玻璃板的缘部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,塑料膜的厚度在50μm~200μm的范围内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,在塑料膜上形成有由电介质的多层膜构成的红外线反射膜或金属膜。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,塑料膜被裁切成与插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃的形状或插入有塑料膜的玻璃透视部的形状大致相似的形状。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,塑料膜的周边缘部的切断面相对于膜面的角度在30~60度之间。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,着色膜呈带状形成于室外侧玻璃的周边部。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,在车内侧玻璃板上形成有对位用记号。
8.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的插入有塑料膜的夹层玻璃,玻璃板的角部附近的塑料膜的缘部与玻璃板的缘部重叠。
