Claims (8)
- ガラス基材表面上に加水分解性ケイ素化合物を修飾する工程と、
前記ガラス基材と、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂、ポリフェニレンスルファイド樹脂及びポリアミド樹脂から選択される樹脂基材とを接触させる工程と、
前記ガラス基材と前記樹脂基材との接触面を前記樹脂基材の融点以上、熱分解温度以下まで加熱することで、前記ガラス基材と前記樹脂基材の間の空隙を失くして密着させ、前記加水分解性ケイ素化合物を介して前記ガラス基材と前記樹脂基材の間に化学結合を生じさせる工程と、
を有することを特徴とする、流路を備え前記ガラス基材と前記樹脂基材から構成された複合構造体の製造方法。 - 前記ガラス基材と前記樹脂基材との接触面を前記樹脂基材の融点以上、熱分解温度以下まで加熱することで、前記ガラス基材と前記樹脂基材の間の空隙を失くして密着させた後、再固体化時に、前記ガラス基材と前記樹脂基材との接触面において、前記樹脂基材の接合部末端面が前記接触面に対してなす角度が0度以上、90度以下である形状を形成するように前記樹脂基材を収縮させつつ、前記加水分解性ケイ素化合物を介して前記ガラス基材と前記樹脂基材の間に化学結合を生じさせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ガラス基材は合成石英、溶融石英、ホウケイ酸ガラス、又はソーダガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記加水分解性ケイ素化合物はアルコキシ基を有する加水分解性ケイ素化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 溶液を用いたウェットコーティングによって前記ガラス基材表面上に前記加水分解性ケイ素化合物を修飾することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記複合構造体に備えられた流路は液体分析装置用のフローセルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- ガラス基材と、
前記ガラス基材表面上に修飾された加水分解性ケイ素化合物と、
ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂、ポリフェニレンスルファイド樹脂及びポリアミド樹脂から選択される樹脂基材と、
前記ガラス基材と前記樹脂基材を接触させ、前記ガラス基材と前記樹脂基材との接触面を前記樹脂基材の融点以上熱分解温度以下まで加熱することで、前記加水分解性ケイ素化合物を介した化学結合により前記ガラス基材と前記樹脂基材が接着していることを特徴とする
前記ガラス基材と前記樹脂基材から構成される流路を備えた、液体分析装置用のフローセル。 - 前記ガラス基材は合成石英、溶融石英、ホウケイ酸ガラス、又はソーダガラスであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液体分析装置用のフローセル。
