本发明申请是原案申请号为“03818386.2”,发明名称为《滚筒洗衣机的洗涤容器中的清除泡沫的方法》,申请日为2003年6月27日的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于由一个程序步骤去除一个电控滚筒洗衣机的一个洗涤容器中泡沫的方法,该步骤用于洗涤容器的排水,该洗衣机具有一个设置在洗涤容器底部的洗涤剂容器排水系统,该系统具有一个洗涤溶液泵和用于确定洗涤容器中的液体高度的传感器,该传感器的信号在洗涤剂溶液泵工作时被记录。
背景技术
由DE 198 46 248 A1公知了一种这样的方法,其中,排出系统中的泡沫在洗涤剂溶液泵工作时通过一个基于光电传感器的传感器识别。通过未详述措施这些泡沫被破碎。该泡沫识别方法虽然一定程度上是可靠的,但它要求一个特殊的光传感器,该传感器因为其它任务不总可用。
一个类似的方法由EP 0 278 239 A1公知。其中为去除过多的在主洗衣过程中形成的泡沫,通过加入有限量的冷水和/或通过暂时关闭洗涤剂溶液的加热来去除,在加热洗涤容器中的洗涤剂溶液时可进行该去除措施。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,提供一种用于探测出系统中泡沫的措施,泡沫首先在涤剂溶液从洗涤容器流出时和首先在泵出时或在洗衣滚筒离心运行时产生。这些措施首先应当简单有效并且不需要附加的花费。
这样解决本发明的任务:如此来探测在测量范围中的泡沫的存在:通过确定传感器信号的曲线的变化率,并且通过确定所述传感器信号的曲线的分量,其中该分量是所述变化率的特定的变化,并且该分量通过对于连续的变化率进行比较来获得。
因为总要有用于发现洗涤容器中的液面高度的液面传感器,不需要附加的测量装置的费用。分量的获得可通过无显著费用的洗衣机电气控制装置中的软件实现,存在分量说明存在泡沫。
在本发明的一个特别有利的改进方案中,分量为传感器信号变化率的确定的改变。意想不到的是已证明,液面传送器的传感器信号的变化曲线包含一个分量,该分量表明存在泡沫。该分量可由液面波动值的变化率导出,该分量在离心过程开始前泵出洗涤剂溶液时可以被测量。
根据本发明的有利改进方案泡沫处理措施可在于注入一确定量的冷水和/或热水。该措施本身已公知,但是就上述本发明的特征而言具有特殊的性质,因为刚刚结束的过程的任务是去除液体。由此注水的措施在这样的过程中是不寻常的。
对此替换方案或附加方案是,泡沫处理措施在根据本发明的另一有利方案中在于洗衣滚筒的转速的变化。以前有这样的假设:滚筒的运动是形成泡沫的根本上的原因。但是与这种假设相反的是,业已显示出有利的是,提供洗衣滚筒的特定的运动,或者根据本发明有利的设计方案,在应用去除泡沫措施时提供一种特定的转速特性,或者使洗衣滚筒换向。为了更加有效地去除泡沫,这应该以与分量测量值协调的方式来实施。
有利地,作为附加方案或替换方案也可将洗涤容器里的液体的温度在使用泡沫去除措施时升高或降低。
当所有其他措施达不到足够的效果时才使用的一种特别的措施可以为,在使用泡沫去除措施时自动加入抑制泡沫的物质。当然如果必要的费用是合理的,也可提供洗衣机中的洗涤辅助剂的自动投放的装置。
普通洗衣机中的任何现有的压力传感器可优选用作液面传感器。

具体实施方式
图1表示离心程序开始前的区段A,即松散阶段。在松散阶段中洗衣滚筒以洗衣转速间歇式的驱动。这可有转动方向的变化。以细线表示的转速峰值N1至N17表示洗衣滚筒的间歇式驱动。在该阶段中在洗涤容器中的液体液面的波动(粗线P)相对小。在松散阶段A的后面从洗涤容器中抽出液体,使粗线P非常陡地几乎持续下降至0。在区段B中持续的液面下降率确定之后洗衣滚筒的转速上升至预选定的离心转速NS。由此每个时间单位中比泵当时能处理的更大量的液体被从衣物中离心出来。因此洗涤容器中的液面在区段D中再次轻微上升,直到每个时间单位离心出的液体量小于泵的功率。
而图2表示除了在区段A中已有更强的压力波动外在区段B中有液面变化曲线P的强烈变化,该区段B比图1中的持续时间长得多,该区段B本身用于转筒加速至离心转速。然而没有达到离心转速,因为压力曲线P的小幅下降是大量泡沫的信号,马上导入上述除泡沫措施和没有详细描述的除泡沫措施,以消除泡沫及不阻止滚筒快速运动。由此在区段C滚筒首先再次间歇式运动,以检测是否实施了除泡沫措施。在另一滚筒静止状态后及剩余量泵出后应当产生如图1中区段B结束时的压力下降曲线。之后-如在图1的区段D中-滚筒加速至离心速度。
图2中的泵出特性明显与图1(无有害的泡沫)的不同。通常开始于一个小偏移(时间段tV),该偏移例如为2秒并标志着泵的可靠启动。之后压力变化曲线首先如图1一样快速持续下降(时间段t1)。这表示了泵出无泡沫的洗涤剂溶液。然后(时间段t2至t7)泵出速度持续地降低,因为这时洗涤剂溶液中的泡沫部分很快增加或最终仅存在泡沫,该泡沫不再能由泵去除。相互衔接的液面变化率,如从Δp1/Δt1到Δp2/Δt2或从Δp6/Δt6到Δp7/Δt7,由此变得越来越小。由该事实洗衣机的电气控制部分(这里未表示)可以发现泡沫的存在。自动确定有害泡沫之后,由电气控制部分实施至少一部分上述去除措施,这些措施不必详细说明。
