Abstract
包含硅油的水性乳液、聚氨酯树脂的水性乳液及通式(A)、(B)CH2=C(CH3)COO(CH2)3Si(OR1)nR2m、(C)CH2=CHCOO(CH2)3Si(OR1)nR2m、(D)H2N(CH2)3Si(OR1)nR2m或(E)H2NC2H4NH(CH2)3Si(OR1)nR2m(R1、R2:碳原子数为1~4的烷基、n、m:1≤n≤3、m=3-n)表示的硅烷化合物和/或其部分水解产物,相对于100重量份硅油的不挥发成分重量,聚氨酯树脂作为固体成分重量使用100重量份以上的水性表面处理剂。该水性的表面处理剂能够在防止O型环等橡胶制密封材料彼此粘着或粘着在金属、树脂等上的同时,降低橡胶制或树脂制密封构件在滑动时的摩擦。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及水性表面处理剂。更详细而言,涉及有效适用于橡胶制密封材料等的表面的水性表面处理剂。
背景技术
目前,观察到广泛使用的橡胶制密封材料在装配至装置时密封材料彼此粘着或粘着在金属、树脂等配合件接触面上的现象。作为对策,通过在密封材料上涂布蜡、润滑脂、润滑油等液状物提高装配性。
但是,为了自动装配例如O型环等橡胶部件而通过零件供给器进行输送时,如果大量涂布上述液状物,则虽然摩擦系数降低,但涂布的液状物的粘性使得产品彼此粘连,在产品的自动供给方面发生不良情况。相反,如果为了降低粘性而减少液状物的涂布,则液状物附着在周边等,发生粘连。因为上述液状物为液态,所以容易处理,但持续性不充分,并且难以控制液状物的涂布量,因此只使用上述液状物,难以得到橡胶部件稳定的状态。另一方面,如果将石墨、二氧化硅、滑石等无机物粉碎,则无粘性,能够防止粘连,但是发生因脱落而污染周边部分。
为了解决上述问题,专利文献1中提出了包含(1)含有末端羟基的聚硅氧烷和异氰酸甲硅烷基酯的反应产物、(2)含有与异氰酸酯基具有反应性的官能团的低聚物和异氰酸甲硅烷基酯的反应产物、(3)通式
(R:烷基、芳基或异氰酸酯基、n:1以上的整数)表示的异氰酸甲硅烷基酯低聚物及(4)有机溶剂可溶性橡胶的表面处理剂。通过使用该表面处理剂,能够提高装配时的作业性、粘着性,但表面处理剂的主成分是甲苯、乙酸乙酯、甲基乙基酮等有机溶剂,存在环境负荷大、处理并不容易的问题。

另外,专利文献2中提出了含有(A)有机硅乳液、(B)聚氨酯树脂类水性乳液及(C)在分子链末端具有至少1个环氧基或甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基的硅烷化合物和/或其部分水解产物,涂布在成形模的表面进行使用的水性脱模剂组合物。因为该组合物是水性的,所以环境负荷少,作为(B)成分,使用含有聚含酰肼类及羰基的聚氨酯·乙烯基·杂聚物的水性乳液,将其用作本发明中作为对象的滑动用构件的表面处理剂时,存在涂布干燥后油分渗到表面、污染周围的问题,进而因为与橡胶材料的密合不充分,所以欠缺耐久性,容易发生剥离,故不优选。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明的目的在于提供能够在防止O型环等橡胶制密封材料彼此粘着或粘着在金属、树脂等上的同时、降低橡胶制或树脂制密封构件在滑动时的摩擦的水性表面处理剂。

(此处,所有通式的R1及R2分别表示碳原子数为1~4的烷基,n及m分别为1≤n≤3、m=3-n)表示的硅烷化合物和/或其部分水解产物,相对于100重量份硅油的不挥发成分重量,聚氨酯树脂作为固体成分重量使用100重量份以上、优选使用100~2,000重量份。
发明效果
本发明的表面处理剂的特征在于:是水性的,所以具有对环境的负荷小、可不使用特殊设备进行涂布。另外,通过将聚氨酯总含量设定为比硅油含量多,不仅油分不渗出,对基材的密合性也提高,所以耐久性优异。结果,有效防止O型环等橡胶材料彼此粘着或粘着在金属、树脂等上。进而,发挥能够降低橡胶制或树脂制密封构件在滑动时的摩擦的优异效果。
此处,作为聚氨酯树脂使用(a)含有含酰肼类及羰基的聚氨酯树脂的水性乳液和(b)硅烷醇改性聚氨酯树脂水性乳液的混合物时,除上述特性外,还可以提高耐溶剂性。
具体实施方式
作为硅油,使用25℃下的动态粘度为50~1,000,000mm2/秒、优选为500~200,000mm2/秒、具有键合在硅原子上的至少一个有机基团的有机聚硅氧烷,其分子构造可以为直链状、支链状、网状中的任一种,优选为直链状、支链状的分子结构,更优选使用直链状的分子结构。有机聚硅氧烷中的键合在硅原子上的有机基团可以举出甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、己基之类的烷基,乙烯基、丙烯基之类的链烯基,苯基之类的芳基,苯乙基之类的芳烷基及它们的烃基的氢原子的一部分被卤原子、硝基等取代的基团。作为有机聚硅氧烷的末端有机基团,可以举出甲基、氨基、环氧基、甲醇基、羟基、甲氧基、甲基丙烯酰氧基、羧基、硅烷醇基、烷氧基等,优选为甲醇基、羟基、甲氧基。硅油赋予表面处理被膜润滑性、低摩擦性、非粘着性。
另外,作为使用了上述硅油的水性乳液,除亲水型硅油水性乳液外,可以采用使用了乳化剂的强制乳化型硅油水性乳液,其分散方法没有特别限定。作为上述硅油水性乳液,使用硅油含量(不挥发成分)为3~60重量%的硅油水性乳液。
在硅油水性乳液中添加规定量的聚氨酯树脂水性乳液。以相对于硅油水性乳液的硅油量(不挥发成分)为100重量份以上、优选为100~2,000重量份的比例配合聚氨酯树脂(固体成分)。如果低于上述比例使用聚氨酯树脂,则涂布性差,同时,发生硅油渗出,耐久性也差,故不优选。
作为聚氨酯树脂水性乳液,可以举出在聚氨酯结构内导入了亲水基团的自乳化型,使用乳化剂乳化的强制乳化型等,可以没有特别限定地使用醚多元醇型、酯多元醇型、聚碳酸酯型等聚氨酯分子结构,优选使用作为交联型聚氨酯的含有含酰肼类及羰基的聚氨酯树脂的水性乳液,更优选使用在其中混合硅烷醇改性聚氨酯树脂水性乳液或不具有自交联基团的聚氨酯树脂水性乳液得到的水性乳液,特别优选使用在其中混合硅烷醇改性聚氨酯树脂水性乳液得到的水性乳液。混合硅烷醇改性聚氨酯树脂时,优选以酰肼类及羰基改性聚氨酯树脂水性乳液的固体成分总量∶含有硅烷醇基的聚氨酯树脂=5~90∶95~10的固体成分重量比例进行混合。使用不具有自交联性基团的聚氨酯树脂水性乳液时,也以同样的固体成分重量比进行使用。
交联型聚氨酯与不具有自交联基团者相比,耐溶剂性、密合性、稳定性优异,所以即使在只使用含酰肼类及羰基的聚氨酯树脂水性乳液的情况下,通过将聚氨酯总含量设定为多于硅油含量,就能够充分发挥上述性能,硅烷醇改性的交联型聚氨酯表现出更高水平的耐溶剂性、密合性,所以使用将它们混合进行使用的聚氨酯树脂水性乳液的表面处理剂能够在降低橡胶制或树脂制密封构件在滑动时的摩擦的同时,也提高耐溶剂性,另外,其中含有的硅烷醇基与作为水性表面处理剂的构成成分的硅油、硅烷化合物的相容性良好,因此在这一方面也具有优异的性质。
作为含有含酰肼类及羰基的聚氨酯树脂的水性乳液,如专利文献3~4所述,可以举出含酰肼类及羰基的聚氨酯-乙烯基-杂聚物的水性乳液。它们由通过酰肼类和聚氨酯-乙烯基-杂聚物的羰基的反应得到的甲亚胺键交联。这种情况下,通常以肼基数和羰基数之比为1∶40~2∶1的比例使用上述两化合物。
作为酰肼类,可以举出肼、具有酰肼基和/或腙基的低分子量脂肪族化合物、芳香族化合物或它们的混合物,也可以使用具有至少2个以上上述基团的聚酰肼或多元酰肼化合物。另外,聚氨酯-乙烯基-杂聚物通过使具有末端乙烯基和/或侧链乙烯基及根据需要具有末端羟基、氨基甲酸乙酯基、硫代氨基甲酸乙酯基或脲基的离子-和/或非离子-稳定化聚氨酯大分子单体与含有羰基的其他官能性乙烯基单体及非官能性乙烯基单体发生游离基引发聚合而制造。作为该水性乳液,如上述专利文献2所述,实际使用作为市售品的日本Cytec Industries产品Daotan VTW 6462/36WA、Solutia·Japan产品Daotan系列等。

另外,硅烷醇改性聚氨酯树脂水性乳液是指在聚氨酯结构内含硅烷醇基的水分散液,硅烷醇基通过缩合反应进行交联形成硅氧烷键。
因为该硅氧烷键比通过其他聚氨酯化交联反应生成的键稳定,所以发挥得到的表面处理被膜的耐溶剂性良好的效果。聚氨酯树脂水性乳液赋予表面处理被膜对滑动的耐久性,进而吸收硅油,不使油分渗出到表面处理被膜,赋予润滑性、低摩擦性、非粘着性。作为该硅烷醇改性聚氨酯树脂水性乳液,使用树脂固体成分浓度为10~70重量%的水性乳液。
作为硅烷化合物,使用通式

(R1、R2:碳原子数为1~4的烷基、n、m:1≤n≤3、m=3-n)表示的硅烷化合物。它们是通过与有机硅乳液的反应性有机基团、上述特定的硅烷化合物的烷氧基的反应将硅油保持在表面处理被膜内,不使油分渗出,使其表现出表面的润滑性、低摩擦性、非粘着性的成分,发挥与聚氨酯树脂的水性乳液反应,提高与硅油交联后的聚氨酯树脂的亲和性,使硅油停留在表面处理被膜内的效果。另外,具有使表面处理的基材的涂装性提高的作用。
作为该硅烷化合物,例如可以举出γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三丙氧基硅烷、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基甲基二丙氧基硅烷(以上硅烷化合物A)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三丙氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二丙氧基硅烷(以上硅烷化合物B)、3-丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、3-丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、3-丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(以上硅烷化合物C)、3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(以上硅烷化合物D)、N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-(2-氨基乙基)氨基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(以上硅烷化合物E)等,优选使用γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷等。
上述硅烷化合物也可以使用其部分水解产物。水解产物可以通过使1种硅烷化合物或2种以上硅烷化合物的混合物,在对应于硅烷化合物种类的水解条件下发生缩合反应而得到。
硅烷化合物优选以相对于100重量份硅油乳液的油分(不挥发成分)为0~60重量份的比例进行配合。如果以超过上述比例的比例使用硅烷化合物,则摩擦系数增加,耐久性降低,相反,如果以少于上述比例的比例进行使用,则发生油的过量渗出。
为了防止缩孔(弾き)或液体积聚,不发生涂布不均或涂布量不足,可以在包含以上各必须成分的表面处理剂中配合烷基胺氧化物类化合物、烷基甜菜碱等两性表面活性剂。作为烷基胺氧化物类化合物,可以举出二甲基烷基胺氧化物等,另外,作为烷基甜菜碱,可以举出烷基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱等,作为其烷基,可以举出月桂基、肉豆蔻基、椰子油等天然油脂改性基等。烷基胺氧化物类化合物或烷基甜菜碱的配合量以相对于组合物总量为10重量%以内进行使用。
表面处理剂中可以根据需要进一步配合消泡剂、颜料、无机粉体、增粘剂、表面活性剂等,从涂布效率及涂布性的观点考虑,将组合物用水稀释至有效成分为0.1~40重量%的浓度进行使用。混合上述各配合成分,充分搅拌进行乳化处理后使用。使用公知的具备桨型、锚型等搅拌翼的混合搅拌机等进行混合,使用胶体磨、乳化均质机、均化器或砂磨等乳化分散装置进行乳化处理。
调制的表面处理剂采用浸渍法、刷涂法、辊涂法、喷涂法、刮刀涂布法、浸渍涂布法等方法涂布在被处理构件表面后,在120~150℃下加热干燥30~60分钟,形成固化被膜,由此进行表面处理。
本发明的表面处理剂可以有效用作氟橡胶、NBR、氢化NBR、SBR、异戊橡胶、丁二烯橡胶、氯丁二烯橡胶、丙烯酸橡胶、EPDM、聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶等橡胶材料或ABS、AS等热塑性树脂、热固性树脂等树脂材料的表面处理剂。
实施例
下面结合实施例说明本发明。
实施例1
混合以上各成分(括号内表示固体成分重量),再用均化器及超声波处理装置进行乳化处理得到表面处理剂。该表面处理剂的聚氨酯树脂成分总量为2.98重量份,相当于相对于100重量份硅油(作为不挥发成分;下同)为222.3重量份。
然后,采用喷涂法涂布在氟橡胶片材及氟橡胶制O型环(硬度JIS A70度、尺寸:内径7.8mm、粗1.9mm直径、标称号JIS B 2401-4种D P8)上后,在150℃下固化30分钟,制作形成了膜厚约2μm的涂布膜的氟橡胶片材及O型环。
使用表面处理后的厚度2mm的氟橡胶片材或O型环,进行下述各项目的测定、试验。
摩擦系数:基于ASTM D-1894,用新东科学制表面性试验机HEIDON·TRIBOGEAR,测定表面处理硫化橡胶片材表面的动摩擦系数
(试验条件)配合件:直径10mm的SUS304钢球
移动速度:50mm/分
荷重:0.49N
振幅:50mm
耐久性试验:使用HEIDON·TRIBOGEAR,在下述条件下的试验结束后,被膜未剥离的评价为○,基材的一部分露出时评价为×
(试验条件)配合件:直径10mm的SUS304钢球
移动速度:400mm/分
荷重:0.98N
振幅:30mm、500次
非粘着性试验:将表面处理氟橡胶制O型环用SUS430材料夹住,在压缩50%的状态下于150℃的恒温槽内加热30分钟,随后在室温下静置1小时后,从SUS材料中释放,释放后可立即脱模的评价为○,刚释放后发生粘着、但在1分钟后可脱模的评价为△,粘着或转印到金属材料上发生剥离的评价为×
耐溶剂性试验:将表面处理氟橡胶制O型环在甲苯中浸渍24小时后,在浸渍于甲苯中的状态下用超声波清洗机处理10分钟,取出,未发生被膜溶解及剥离的评价为○,虽然没有溶解、剥离、但变白的评价为△,能够确认到被膜溶解、剥离中的任一种的评价为×
渗出评价:将表面处理剂涂布干燥后,在表面处理后的橡胶片材的表面没有油分渗出的评价为○,渗出的评价为×
存储期试验:将固体成分浓度为10重量%的表面处理剂溶液在液温25℃、湿度70%的氛围气下静置72小时,肉眼观察不到溶液中产生沉淀物的评价为○,确认产生沉淀物的评价为×
涂布性试验:肉眼观察表面处理氟橡胶片材的涂膜状态,无不均、均一涂布的评价为○,有不均、未均一涂布的评价为×
用零件供给器输送O型环的特性评价:
将500个表面处理氟橡胶制O型环用零件供给器输送,计数每单位时间的通过个数(输送速度)及残留在零件供给器上的O型环残留个数,此处,通过个数越多,输送速度越快,粘连的O型环残留在零件供给器上
实施例2
在实施例1中,代替γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,使用等量的γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。得到的表面活性剂含有总量为2.98重量份的聚氨酯树脂,相当于相对于100重量份硅油为222.3重量份。
实施例3
在实施例1中,代替硅烷醇改性聚氨酯树脂水性乳液,使用等量的不具有自交联基的聚氨酯树脂水性乳液(固体成分30重量%;三井化学聚氨酯产品Takelack W-6061)。得到的表面活性剂含有总量为2.98重量份的聚氨酯树脂,相当于相对于100重量份硅油为222.3重量份。
实施例4
在实施例1中,不使用硅烷醇改性聚氨酯树脂水性乳液,另外将含酰肼类及羰基的聚氨酯树脂水性乳液量改为8.28(2.98)重量份进行使用。得到的表面活性剂含有总量为2.98重量份的聚氨酯树脂,相当于相对于100重量份硅油为222.3重量份。
比较例1
在实施例1中,作为表面处理剂使用下述物质。
得到的表面活性剂含有总量为0.56重量份的聚氨酯树脂,相当于相对于100重量份硅油为73.5重量份。
比较例2
在比较例1中,代替γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,使用等量的γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。得到的表面活性剂含有总量为0.56重量份的聚氨酯树脂,相当于相对于100重量份硅油为73.5重量份。
比较例3
在比较例1中,含酰肼及羰基的聚氨酯树脂水性乳液、γ-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷及二甲基月桂基胺氧化物均不使用。
比较例4
在实施例1中,不进行表面处理。
以上的各实施例及比较例中得到的结果示于下表。
由以上结果,确认有如果摩擦系数低、无粘性,则粘连、O型环残留个数少,通过速度变快的倾向,只涂布硅油时,或者如果硅油含量多,则虽然摩擦系数低,但有粘性,O型环彼此粘连,通过速度变慢。
产业实用性
本发明的水性表面处理剂可有效用作O型环、油封、V型环、D型环、X型环、垫圈等密封材料、挡风条、雨刷片等汽车用滑动橡胶、调色剂刮片、橡胶辊等办公设备用橡胶材料、汽车、办公设备等中使用的树脂制齿轮、打印机的送纸树脂卡爪等滑动用构件的表面处理剂。
Claims (7)
1.一种水性表面处理剂,含有硅油的水性乳液、(a)含有含酰肼类及羰基的聚氨酯树脂的水性乳液及(b)硅烷醇改性聚氨酯树脂水性乳液的混合物作为聚氨酯树脂的水性乳液及下述通式表示的硅烷化合物和/或其部分水解产物,相对于100重量份硅油的不挥发成分重量,聚氨酯树脂作为固体成分重量使用100重量份以上,
(B)CH2=C(CH3)COO(CH2)3Si(OR1)nR2m
(C)CH2=CHCOO(CH2)3Si(OR1)nR2m
(D)H2N(CH2)3Si(OR1)nR2m、或
(E)H2NC2H4NH(CH2)3Si(OR1)nR2m,
此处,R1及R2均分别独立表示碳原子数为1~4的烷基,n及m分别为1≤n≤3、m=3-n。
2.如权利要求1所述的水性表面处理剂,其中,硅烷化合物和/或其水解产物以每100重量份硅油的不挥发成分重量为10~60重量份的比例进行使用。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的水性表面处理剂,其中,所述水性表面处理剂被应用于橡胶材料或树脂材料的表面。
4.如权利要求3所述的水性表面处理剂,其中,橡胶材料为密封材料。
5.一种密封材料,用权利要求4所述的水性表面处理剂进行了表面处理。
6.如权利要求3所述的水性表面处理剂,其中,橡胶材料为滑动用构件。
7.一种滑动用构件,用权利要求6所述的水性表面处理剂进行了表面处理。
