本发明公开了一种橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料及其制备方法,是将水性丙烯酸树脂、分散剂、润滑减摩剂、50%的助溶剂和60%的去离子水混合均匀,砂磨分散至细度≤10μm,再加入水性聚氨酯树脂、氨基树脂、色浆、余量的助溶剂、余量的去离子水、流平剂和消泡剂,用三乙胺调pH值至8‑9,800r/min下搅拌分散15min,即得水性低摩擦、标识涂料。本发明涂料喷涂在橡胶表面固化形成的涂层摩擦系数小,自润滑性能优良,与硫化橡胶附着力好。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能性涂料,具体地说是一种橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料及其制备方法,属于特种涂料领域。
二、背景技术
橡胶O型密封圈尽管看起来不大、毫不起眼,但是它是重要的工业基础件,几乎在所有的交通运输工具、机械、能源和电器等设备中,发挥着至关重要的密封作用,例如从飞机、舰船、汽车、高速列车的发动机,以及采油、采煤、采矿的大型机械设备直到家用电器,如空调、热水器与净水器等,无一离不开O型密封圈。在将橡胶O型密封圈安装到机械设备的过程中,无论是手工还是半自动化或自动化,为了方便操作都需要对橡胶O型密封圈的表面进行润滑和颜色识别处理。虽然将润滑剂或滑石粉涂覆到密封圈上进行润滑处理比较容易成本也低,但是经过一段较短时间,润滑剂便会因自身的重力流到底部,在密封圈的顶部几乎没有润滑剂,底部却留下粘糊糊的油污,不及时清理会使自动安装线的设备被堵塞,从而导致设备停工维修;而滑石粉则会从O型圈上脱落,并且过多使用会引起粉尘,影响操作工人健康安全。
对橡胶O型密封圈表面涂覆水性低摩擦、标识涂料是可行的办法。硫化胶表面涂覆低摩擦系数、带有特定颜色可识别的润滑涂层后,工作时的摩擦机理变成了润滑剂粒子之间以及润滑涂层与摩擦副之间的相对滑动机理,避免了O型圈的橡胶基体与摩擦副的直接触,在摩擦系数下降的同时,O型圈磨损也大大降低了。综合来说,润滑涂层能够有效降低橡胶制品的表面摩擦系数,降低磨耗和能耗,方便橡胶O型密封圈的装配,而且操作简单易行。但是这种低摩擦系数的润滑减磨涂层的缺点是与橡胶基体粘着性较差,因此优选与橡胶基体界面粘结性能好的成膜树脂是其中的关键。
三、发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料及其制备方法,本发明涂料喷涂在橡胶表面固化形成的涂层摩擦系数小,自润滑性能优良,与硫化橡胶附着力好。

本发明橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料,其原料按质量百分比构成如下:
成膜物质之一—水性聚氨酯树脂,是一种阴离子型脂肪族水性聚氨酯分散液,可形成附着力强、耐化学性、耐磨、耐水、耐寒、机械强度和回弹性优良的柔韧涂膜。
成膜物质之二—水性丙烯酸树脂,该树脂以甲基丙烯酸酯为主要单体,通过引入具有亲水性(如-COOH)和反应性(如-OH)官能团单体共聚而成。它通过与相应的氨基树脂固化剂复配交联,可制备对橡胶表面具有优良附着力、耐溶剂、耐水的涂膜。
成膜物质之三—氨基树脂为交联固化剂。所述的氨基树脂是高羟甲基型甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,它属于部分烷基化的反应型氨基树脂。其分子结构中的烷氧基甲基和羟甲基是其交联反应的主要官能团,但烷氧基甲基在较高温度才能发生交联反应,而羟甲基的反应活性大于烷氧基甲基。随着该氨基树脂中羟甲基含量的增加,交联温度降低,固化反应速度提高。
氨基树脂与成膜树脂中的羟基反应方程过程如下:
所述助溶剂为丙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单丁醚、正丁醇、丙二醇丁醚、异丙醇中的一种或几种,可提高水性树脂在水中的溶解能力。
所述消泡剂为德国毕克公司生产的聚醚改性有机硅类的BYK020,是通过表观密度筛选出来的,消泡能力强、抑泡持久,不会产生表面缺陷或影响成膜性。
所述流平剂为德国毕克公司生产的聚醚改性有机硅类的BYK333,此流平剂一方面可以做到显著降低涂料的表面张力,提高涂料的底材润施能力和漆膜的流动性、消除Bernard旋涡从而防止发花;另一方面能改善涂层的平滑性、抗挂伤性和抗粘连性。
所述分散剂为德国毕克公司生产的具有分散颜料功能的BYK191,此分散剂吸附于颜料颗粒的表面并使其带上电荷,通过空间位阻及电荷相斥,避免了颜料絮凝。
所述润滑减摩剂为聚四氟乙烯乳液(市购)、水分散氮化硼(市购)中的一种或两种。选用的聚四氟乙烯乳液(PTFE)粒径适中(粒度0.25-0.35μm)、纯度高;水分散氮化硼BN,应选用结构与性能类似石墨的立方氮化硼(h-BN)纳微米粉体,所述水分散氮化硼是预先经过表面处理的氮化硼,能在水相中分散成较稳定的体系。h-BN的摩擦系数很低、耐腐蚀和高温稳定性很好。
所述色浆是按照以下方法制备得到的:
在高速分散机中加入去离子水,在转速1000/min的搅拌速度下依次加入分散剂BYK191以及消泡剂BYK020,搅拌分散均匀,随后加入颜料,搅拌分散均匀后砂磨至细度≤10μm即得色浆。
制备色浆的各原料按质量百分比构成如下:
本发明色浆一方面可以使颜料体系的分散剂和表面活性剂的类型与整个水性涂料体系的一致,保证颜料在混合后体系中不聚集;另一方面方便调配不同颜色的涂料。市场上购买的通用水性色浆在加入本涂料体系中喷涂在橡胶表面后会出现浮色现象,但自制的色浆在混入涂料体系中不会出现上述现象。
本发明橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将固含量为50%的水性丙烯酸树脂、分散剂、润滑减摩剂、50%的助溶剂和60%的去离子水混合均匀,砂磨分散至细度≤10μm,再加入水性聚氨酯树脂、氨基树脂、色浆、余量的助溶剂、余量的去离子水、流平剂和消泡剂,用三乙胺调pH值至8-9,800r/min下搅拌分散15min,即得水性低摩擦、标识涂料。
所述水性聚氨酯的合成过程如下:
在带有回流装置的反应容器中加入100-105质量份丙酮,170-175质量份聚碳酸酯多元醇1000,20-25质量份DMBA(二羟甲基丁酸),搅拌均匀并加热至55-60℃,加入30-35质量份HDI(六亚甲基二异氰酸酯)和72-76质量份IPDI(异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯),于85-90℃下反应2.5-3h,直到NCO%含量≤4.1%时终止反应,降温至35℃,于20min内滴入15-18质量份的三乙胺进行中和,滴完后搅拌10min得到预聚物溶液;将所述预聚物溶液缓慢加入580-585质量份去离子水中,继续搅拌1.5h,抽真空脱除丙酮溶剂即获得固含量30%的水性聚氨酯树脂。
聚碳酸酯多元醇1000、DMBA在使用前分别于100-120℃下进行真空脱水处理,确保含水量低于0.05%;丙酮用4A分子筛浸渍脱水处理。
本发明制备的涂料的物化性能如下:
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
1、本发明涂料所用的溶剂是水,对人体无害,是环保型涂料;
2、本发明涂料喷涂在橡胶表面固化形成的涂层摩擦系数小,自润滑性能优良,与硫化橡胶附着力好;
3、本发明涂料使用时采用的是滚喷工艺,橡胶O型圈前处理清洗环保、简单、方便。

五、具体实施方式
原料:
水性丙烯酸树脂牌号为Levertex 702,由广州珂宁化工科技有限公司提供;
氨基树脂牌号为韩国美螺丝M-21,由上海八共根国际贸易有限公司提供;
聚四氟乙烯乳液牌号为D310,由大金工业株式会社提供;
水分散氮化硼为King aqua BN500,由上海联锴日用化工有限公司提供。
水性聚氨酯为自制得到,合成过程如下:
在带有回流装置的反应容器中加入103质量份丙酮,173质量份聚碳酸酯多元醇1000,22质量份DMBA,搅拌均匀并加热至55-60℃,加入32质量份HDI和74质量份IPDI,于85-90℃下反应至NCO%含量≤4.1%时终止反应,降温至35℃,于20min内滴入16质量份的三乙胺进行中和,滴完后搅拌10min得到预聚物溶液;在2000rpm转速下将所述预聚物溶液缓慢加入582质量份去离子水中,继续搅拌1.5h,抽真空脱除丙酮溶剂即获得固含量30%的水性聚氨酯树脂。
聚碳酸酯多元醇1000、DMBA在使用前分别于100-120℃下进行真空脱水处理,确保含水量低于0.05%;丙酮用4A分子筛浸渍脱水处理。
实施例1:
本实施例中橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料的原料按质量百分比构成如下:水性聚氨酯树脂7%,水性丙烯酸树脂8%,氨基树脂0.5%,聚四氟乙烯乳液25%,水分散氮化硼5%,丙二醇单甲醚5%,分散剂BYK191 3%,流平剂BYK333 1%,消泡剂BYK020 1%,深蓝色色浆5%,去离子水余量。
本实施例中橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料的制备包括如下步骤:
1、色浆的制备
在高速分散机中加入去离子水,在转速1000/min的搅拌速度下依次加入分散剂BYK191以及消泡剂BYK020,搅拌分散均匀,随后加入深蓝色颜料,搅拌分散10min后砂磨至细度≤10μm即得深蓝色色浆,固含量为50%。
制备色浆的各原料按质量百分比构成如下:
2、将固含量为50%的水性丙烯酸树脂、分散剂BYK191、聚四氟乙烯乳液、水分散氮化硼、50%的丙二醇单甲醚和60%的去离子水混合均匀,砂磨分散至细度≤10μm,再加入水性聚氨酯树脂、氨基树脂、深蓝色色浆、余量的丙二醇单甲醚、余量的去离子水、流平剂BYK333和消泡剂BYK020,用三乙胺调pH值至8-9,800r/min下搅拌分散15min,即得深蓝色的水性低摩擦、标识涂料,简记为ZD-1-B1。
实施例2:
本实施例中橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料的原料按质量百分比构成如下:水性聚氨酯树脂8%,水性丙烯酸树脂8%,氨基树脂1%,聚四氟乙烯乳液20%,乙二醇单丁醚5%,分散剂BYK191 3%,流平剂BYK333 1%,消泡剂BYK020 1%,亮蓝色色浆4%,去离子水余量。
本实施例中橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用的水性低摩擦、标识涂料及其色浆的制备方法同实施例1,得到亮蓝色的水性低摩擦、标识涂料,简记为ZD-1-B2。
实施例3:
本实施例中橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料的原料按质量百分比构成如下:水性聚氨酯树脂10%,水性丙烯酸树脂8%,氨基树脂0.5%,聚四氟乙烯乳液20%,异丙醇6%,分散剂BYK191 3%,流平剂BYK333 1%,消泡剂BYK020 1%,天蓝色色浆5%,去离子水余量。
本实施例中橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用的水性低摩擦、标识涂料及其色浆的制备方法同实施例1,得到天蓝色的水性低摩擦、标识涂料,简记为ZD-1-B3。
实施例4:
本实施例中橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料的原料按质量百分比构成如下:水性聚氨酯树脂10%,水性丙烯酸树脂8%,氨基树脂0.5%,聚四氟乙烯乳液20%,丙二醇单甲醚5%,分散剂BYK191 3%,流平剂BYK333 1%,消泡剂BYK020 1%,黄色色浆6%,去离子水余量。
本实施例中橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用的水性低摩擦、标识涂料及其色浆的制备方法同实施例1,得到黄色的水性低摩擦、标识涂料,简记为ZD-1-Y。
实施例5:
本实施例中橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料的原料按质量百分比构成如下:水性聚氨酯树脂7%,水性丙烯酸树脂8%,氨基树脂0.5%,聚四氟乙烯乳液20%,丙二醇单甲醚5%,分散剂BYK191 3%,流平剂BYK333 1%,消泡剂BYK020 1%,红色色浆5%,去离子水余量。
本实施例中橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用的水性低摩擦、标识涂料及其色浆的制备方法同实施例1,得到红色的水性低摩擦、标识涂料,简记为ZD-1-R。
实施例6:
本实施例中橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料的原料按质量百分比构成如下:水性聚氨酯树脂7%,水性丙烯酸树脂8%,氨基树脂0.5%,聚四氟乙烯乳液20%,丙二醇单甲醚5%,分散剂BYK191 3%,流平剂BYK333 1%,消泡剂BYK020 1%,橙色色浆8%,去离子水余量。
本实施例中橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用的水性低摩擦、标识涂料及其色浆的制备方法同实施例1,得到橙色的水性低摩擦、标识涂料,简记为ZD-1-O。
本发明制备的橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料用于橡胶O型圈表面涂覆:
1、地点:安徽库伯密封件股份有限公司、喷涂车间;
2、喷涂的对象:橡胶O型圈、橡胶试片;
3、试验操作过程:
(1)涂料稀释:用水稀释涂料,水的质量与涂料质量的比例为1:1。
(2)涂胶工艺:采用滚喷法;
(3)前处理:橡胶O型圈用碱性清洗剂清洗干净;
(4)固化条件:温度150℃,时间30min。
4、试验评价方法:附着力为橡胶拉伸100%涂层表面不脱落,无龟裂;滑动摩擦系数小于等于0.4才能达到客户要求;上述测试方法在备注。

备注:橡胶O型圈低摩擦、标识涂层的技术指标检测方法
1、涂层厚度(d)/μm,按企业标准Q/AZJ01-2014,待橡胶O型圈表面喷涂的ZD-1水性涂料干燥固化成膜后,垂直切割橡胶O型圈,将切割的横截面置于扫描电镜下会看到一个明显的表面界面层。通过扫描电镜测定表面界面层的厚度从而确定表面涂层的厚度。
2、涂层附着力,按企业标准Q/AZJ01-2014,对橡胶试样进行定伸100%的拉伸(拉伸速度200mm/min),观察试样表面的涂层是否发生龟裂,无龟裂发生即合格。
3、涂层表面滑动摩擦系数(符号μ),按企业标准Q/AZJ01-2014,橡胶试样固定在固定板上,将重量为100g的砝码置于样片上,砝码和样片的接触面积为1cm2,拉力机以180mm/min的速度进行均匀的水平拉伸,读取相应的拉力数值,计算出涂层滑动摩擦系数。

Claims (3)

1.一种橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料,其特征在于其原料按质量百分比构成如下:
所述助溶剂为丙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单丁醚、正丁醇、丙二醇丁醚、异丙醇中的一种或几种;
所述润滑减摩剂为聚四氟乙烯乳液、水分散氮化硼中的一种或两种;
所述水性聚氨酯树脂的合成过程如下:
在带有回流装置的反应容器中加入100-105质量份丙酮,170-175质量份聚碳酸酯多元醇1000,20-25质量份二羟甲基丁酸,搅拌均匀并加热至55-60℃,加入30-35质量份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和72-76质量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,于85-90℃下反应2.5-3h,直到NCO%含量≤4.1%时终止反应,降温至35℃,于20min内滴入15-18质量份的三乙胺进行中和,滴完后搅拌10min得到预聚物溶液;将所述预聚物溶液缓慢加入580-585质量份去离子水中,继续搅拌1.5h,抽真空脱除丙酮溶剂即获得固含量30%的水性聚氨酯树脂;
所述氨基树脂是高羟甲基型甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;
所述色浆是按照以下方法制备得到的:
在高速分散机中加入去离子水,在转速1000/min的搅拌速度下依次加入分散剂BYK191以及消泡剂BYK020,搅拌分散均匀,随后加入颜料,搅拌分散均匀后砂磨至细度≤10μm即得色浆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料,其特征在于制备色浆的各原料按质量百分比构成如下:
3.一种权利要求1所述的橡胶O型圈表面涂覆用水性低摩擦、标识涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
将水性丙烯酸树脂、分散剂、润滑减摩剂、50%的助溶剂和60%的去离子水混合均匀,砂磨分散至细度≤10μm,再加入水性聚氨酯树脂、氨基树脂、色浆、余量的助溶剂、余量的去离子水、流平剂和消泡剂,用三乙胺调pH值至8-9,800r/min下搅拌分散15min,即得水性低摩擦、标识涂料。
