Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
为了从身体部分取出少量的血(通常从手指或者耳垂)从而进行分析诊断,会使用刺血针,其刺入相应的身体部分从而产生刺伤。采血系统早已公知,其包括刺血针装置和为相应刺血针装置专门定制的相关的刺血针。用于将刺血针机械地刺入皮肤之内的刺血针驱动器位于刺血针装置的外壳中。
对刺血针装置提出困难的并且部分矛盾的要求,即要使疼痛最小、操作简单、结构紧凑并且构造成本低。已经进行了大量的研究工作以尽可能满足这些要求。研究努力的一个方向是使得使用者更加舒适。简单而舒适的操作是很重要的,特别对于糖尿病患者,其必须经常检查他们的血糖水平,以便能通过胰岛素注射而使之保持在确定的限制范围之内。在这里,系统的使用舒适性也有很高的医学重要性,因为规则地自行检验血糖(″家庭监视″)会显著降低糖尿病严重的长期损害的危险(例如,会导致失明的视网膜病)并且任何操作舒适性的改善都会增加病人规则的自检的意愿。
一种用于增加舒适性并使得刺血针装置操作更容易的方案在于使用刺血针存储匣,其包含多个刺血针并且可以插入刺血针装置的存储匣容纳器中。由此不必插入单独的刺血针,这种插入特别是对于手动灵巧性受限制的有病或者羸弱的人很困难。

WO 03/071940 A1和美国专利6,530,892叙述的刺血针系统很受重视,刺血针存储匣在两个刺孔过程之间前进,从而使得每次都有新刺血针。
尽管有这些各种各样的研究,至今,包含刺血针存储匣的刺血针装置在市场上还没有出现。因此,本发明的目的是提供一种被使用者更好接受的存储匣刺血针装置。
对于开始所述类型的刺血针系统如下实现该目的,即刺血针驱动器与存储匣前进机构脱耦,该刺血针装置包含用于与刺血针驱动器不相干地,特别是用于与张紧装置不相干地操作存储匣前进机构的操作元件。
现有技术已知的血液刺血针系统的发展都是基于这样的假定,即如果存储匣总在两次刺入之间前进并且总是使用新的血液刺血针,对于存储匣血液刺血针系统的结构和使用是有利的。因此,存储匣的前进机构耦接在刺血针驱动器上,使得存储匣的前进以及刺孔运动一起轮流以强迫的方式进行。该耦接通常是机械的。在美国专利6,530,892中,该耦接是通过系统功能的电子控制器而实现的。
发明内容
本发明中,相对复杂的耦接结构对于实阶操作既不是必要的,也不是特别有利的。相反地,在家庭监视领域,如果刺血针驱动功能和存储匣前进机构的功能分开,会使得处理简化并且同时获得简化的结构。可容易地在空间上分离开″设定刺孔深度″和″刺血针存储匣前进″的功能,并且将它们定位,从而可以进行直观操纵:在刺血针出口附近在该装置的前端设定刺孔深度;在后端使存储匣前进,特别地与相同的用于拉伸刺血针驱动器的操作元件相结合。
另外,如果至少部分使用根据下文借助实施例说明的优选的方案,就会获得所述的和其它的优点。如果使用者可以自己确定他使存储匣前进的频率,从而将新的刺血针投入使用,就会大大节约额外的成本。

具体实施方式
图1和2所示的采血系统包含刺血针装置1和与之对应的刺血针存储匣2,存储匣包括多个刺血针3。所述装置用于形成诊断采血所用的刺伤。通过按压触发器元件4使刺血针装置1的刺血针驱动器9开始移动,从而使得刺血针3的尖端从外壳6的出口5高速伸出。在所示的实施例中,出口5位于属于外壳6的盖子7上,该盖子包围着插入到存储匣容纳器8中的刺血针存储匣2。刺孔深度调节环10是用于调节最理想的刺孔深度,其与在刺孔时获得的血量和疼痛有关。
如图2所示,刺血针存储匣2由(鼓形的)回转存储匣形成并且包括多个刺血针3,优选为六个。刺血针3位于刺血针存储匣2的环形布置的刺血针容纳器上。各个刺血针容纳器都有刺血针开口11,可以通过旋转刺血针存储匣2使策血针开口与出口5对准地定位于耦接的位置中。各个刺血针开口11与用于刺血针驱动器的推杆13的插口12(参见图3)相对,插口可以与刺血针3之一耦接在耦接位置。
刺血针驱动器9包含驱动弹簧15、用于拉伸驱动弹簧15的张紧装置16、17,以及推杆13,通过刺血针驱动器9,所述推杆13可以与耦接在其上的刺血针3一起高速运动,从而进行刺孔和缩回运动。
如图2所示,刺血针驱动器9的其它元件是可以由驱动弹簧15驱动的驱动转子18以及输出侧耦接机构19、20,通过它们,在刺血针驱动器的进给阶段中,驱动转子18的旋转运动变成了推杆13的平移运动,通过该平移运动转换成为刺血针3的刺孔运动。
张紧装置包括旋转运动拉伸转子16,驱动弹簧15的背离驱动转子18的端部支撑在其上。拉伸转子16可以在与在进给阶段中驱动转子18相同的旋转方向旋转,用于当驱动转子18的旋转被阻塞时,使得驱动弹簧15被拉伸。在进给阶段,锁定了拉伸转子16防止向回旋转,从而在解除阻塞之后,驱动转子18进行旋转运动,其转变为推杆13的平移运动。驱动转子在工作周期中旋转,即在装置使用的过程中,旋转了360°的角范围。
通过旋转-移动传动装置51、52操作张紧装置,其与操作元件25共同作用,当压下操作元件25时,拉伸驱动弹簧15。如图2所示,拉伸转子16上的环绕的双槽形式的控制凸轮51和拉伸套筒17的两个控制销52形成了旋转-移动传动装置,其中当压下操作元件25的时候,控制销使控制凸轮51运动。
在EP1384438A1中叙述了这种类型的刺血针驱动器,其中使用了OWADAC的表述(One Way Alternating Drive and Cocking即单向转换驱动和摆动)。该文件的内容结合在本申请公开的主题中作为参考,考虑该刺血针驱动器的其它特征和功能。
如已经指出的,刺血针存储匣2在每个刺血针开口11对面具有的插口12。推杆13可以通过插口12推入与刺血针存储匣2中以与刺血针3相耦接。刺血针容纳器与刺血针3的相应位置被称为耦接位置。推杆13的变厚的头部23以形状配合连接地与刺血针3相耦接,因此刺血针在刺孔和缩回运动的过程中保持与推杆13相连接。合适的耦接机构的更多细节和可选实施例在WO 02/36010A1中叙述,其结合在本申请公开的内容中作为参考。
刺血针存储匣2(其中下一个刺血针3被带到耦接位置)以旋转步旋转,被称为前进或者继续运动,其使用存储匣前进机构而实现,该机构将在下文中更详细地叙述。
存储匣前进机构14机械地与刺血针驱动器脱耦,其中刺血针装置1具有操作元件25,用它与刺血针驱动器,特别是与张紧装置16、17相独立地操作存储匣前进机构。因此,使用者可以本身确定他使得存储匣前进的频率,从而将新的刺血针投入使用。

构造存储匣前进机构14使得刺血针存储匣2只可以在一个方向前进。为此,它包括依靠耦接装置30的方向-切换耦接装置,其位于轴26和操作元件25之间。该方向-切换耦接装置30优选为卡锁空转机构(Klinkenfreilauf),特别是棘轮。操作元件25的旋转运动通过方向-切换耦接装置30只可以在一个方向上传送到轴26。箭头形标记31设置在操作元件25上,从而为使用者指示出正确的旋转方向。
存储匣前进机构包含旋转步限制装置32,从而使得刺血针存储匣2在操作存储匣前进机构时旋转,仅仅使得下一个刺血针3到达可与推杆13耦接的位置。下文中将参考图2说明这些旋转步限制装置32。
在所示的示例性实施例中,通过带有控制凸轮凸轮33和控制凸轮滑块34的控制凸轮控制机构而实现旋转步骤限制装置32。由相对于外壳旋转固定的凹口形成了控制凸轮33,它在圆周方向上以足够小的角度范围延伸,即小于存储匣前进机构14旋转步的两倍的角范围。为了避免倾覆扭矩,两个这种类型的凹口33和两个控制凸轮滑块34对置设置。由于所示的示例性实施例的刺血针存储匣具有六个刺血针容纳器,旋转步为60°。因此凹口33优选为只延伸70到90°的圆周范围,即明显小于120°。
分别位于操作元件25的两个导向臂35端部的控制凸轮滑块34中的一个,与各个凹口33相啮合。在操作元件25旋转运动的过程中,由相应的凹口33引导控制凸轮滑块34,直到它们在凹口33的端部停止,从而阻止操作元件25旋转超出许可的范围。在最简单的情况下,控制凸轮33可以定位在外壳6本身内。在所示的示例性实施例中,控制凸轮位于与外壳旋转固定连接的套筒36中。
如图2所示,控制凸轮33不是完全在圆周方向以其全部长度延伸。而是在起始部分稍微倾斜。通过倾斜部分,在旋转运动开始时,操作元件25在轴线方向上略微运动,并且在此压住轴26。因此轴26通过耦接装置30与操作元件25相啮合,从而可以将操作元件25的旋转运动传递给轴26。
在重新操作存储匣前进机构之前,操作元件25退回到其初始位置。这如下实现,使用者手动将操作元件25旋转回来。为了尽可能简单地处理刺血针装置1,在所示的示例性实施例中,退回通过弹簧38而自动实现。弹簧38可以是克服操作元件旋转运动的扭力弹簧。优选使用压缩弹簧,在与旋转相连系的弹簧运动过程中,在轴线方向上压缩弹簧被压缩。由于控制凸轮33的倾斜部37,通过弹簧38的作用在轴向上的力,使用者更容易回置操作元件25。
存储匣前进机构14包括如图4所示的旋转限制装置40,其将刺血针存储匣的旋转限制为小于360°。该措施的优点在于此前已经使用的刺血针3不会被无意地当作新刺血针3再次使用。有时在使用刺血针存储匣2的第一个刺血针3和最后一个刺血针之间可以经过许多天。在这种长时间中,来源于环境的病原体和孢子会很大程度上在使用过的刺血针3上繁殖,使刺血针3是由相同的人使用,也会对健康产生危险。相反,在几小时的时间内在许多糖尿病患者在他们规则地自行监控血糖含量的过程中进行两次或者三次使用刺血针的情况下实际上不存在传染的危险。
在所示的示例性实施例中,通过位于轴上的止挡元件40而实现旋转限制装置47。止挡元件与相对于外壳6旋转固定的止挡39共同作用。在最简单的情况下,止挡39可以定位在外壳6上。在所示的示例性实施例中,止挡是环绕轴26的套筒的一部分。
每次更换刺血针存储匣2时,由图2和3所示的优选为预拉伸的复位弹簧41使轴26旋转回到其原始位置。结果,直到轴26以及刺血针存储匣2旋转,从而可以使用所有的刺血针3,旋转限制装置47才动作。复位弹簧是围绕轴26的扭力弹簧41。该弹簧的一端支撑在轴26上,另一端支撑在旋转固定连接到外壳6上的支撑套筒42上。

Claims (20)
1.一种用于产生刺伤的刺血针装置,包括:
存储匣容纳器(8),用于带有多个刺血针(3)的刺血针存储匣(2),
刺血针驱动器,具有驱动弹簧(15)、用于张紧驱动弹簧(15)的张紧装置(16,17),还具有推杆(13),所述推杆(13)能够耦接在位于刺血针存储匣(2)中的刺血针(3)上,并且所述推杆(13)能够借助于刺血针驱动器(9)与耦接在其上的刺血针(3)一起在进行刺孔运动和缩回运动时以高速运动,从而产生刺伤,以及
用于能够使刺血针存储匣(2)前进的存储匣前进机构(14),使得储存在其中的刺血针(3)能够一个接一个地耦接在推杆(13)上,其特征在于,
刺血针驱动器与存储匣前进机构(14)脱耦,从而能够通过多次使用一个刺血针(3)多次产生刺伤,该刺血针装置包含操作元件(25),其用于与刺血针驱动器相独立地操作存储匣前进机构(14),
构造所述存储匣前进机构(14),使得刺血针存储匣(2)仅仅能够在一个方向上前进,
所述存储匣前进机构(14)包括旋转限制装置(47),通过其将刺血针存储匣(2)的旋转限制为小于360°。
2.权利要求1所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述操作元件(25)能够旋转,并且能够通过操作元件(25)的旋转运动来操作存储匣前进机构(14)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述刺血针存储匣(2)是回转存储匣。
4.如权利要求3所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述存储匣前进机构(14)包括轴(26),所述轴将操作元件(25)耦接到刺血针存储匣(2)上。
5.如权利要求4所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述存储匣前进机构(14)包括单向耦接装置(30),所述单向的耦接装置设置在轴(26)和操作元件(25)之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述单向耦接装置(30)是卡锁空转机构。
7.如权利要求3所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述存储匣前进机构(14)包含复位弹簧(41),其在操作存储匣前进机构时就会被张紧。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,该刺血针装置具有用于显示插入存储匣容纳器(8)中的刺血针存储匣(2)的刺血针(3)的使用状态的显示装置(44)。
9.如权利要求8所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置(44)包括在外侧具有标记的标记环(45),标记分别被分配给刺血针存储匣(2)的刺血针的位置,其中存储匣前进机构(14)的操作使得标记环(45)发生相对于外壳标记(46)的旋转角步,在旋转角步之后外壳标记(46)指示出标记环(45)的另一标记。
10.如权利要求9所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述标记环(45)具有数字标记,并且在该旋转角步之后显示的标记对应于未使用的刺血针(3)减去1后的数目。
11.如权利要求1或2所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述操作元件(25)具有彼此独立的多个操作功能,其中存储匣前进机构(14)使用第一操作功能操作,而张紧装置(16,17)使用第二操作功能操作。
12.如权利要求11所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,两个操作功能中的一个能够通过旋转操作元件(25)而触发,并且两个操作功能中的另一个能够通过压下操作元件(25)而触发。
13.如权利要求1或2所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述刺血针驱动器包括能够由驱动弹簧(15)驱动的驱动转子(18)以及输出侧的耦接机构(19,20),通过该耦接机构,在刺血针驱动器的进给阶段,驱动转子(18)的旋转运动转换成推杆(13)的平移运动,并且通过该平移运动转换为刺血针(3)的刺孔运动。
14.如权利要求1或2所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述张紧装置(16,17)包括与操作元件(25)共同作用的旋转-移动传动装置(51,52),使得当操作元件(25)被压下的时候,就张紧驱动弹簧(15)。
15.如权利要求1或2所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,该存储匣前进机构(14)包括限制装置(32),通过其在操作存储匣前进机构(14)时,限制刺血针存储匣(2),从而相应地下一个刺血针(3)到达其耦接位置,在这里相应地下一个刺血针(3)能够耦接到推杆(13)上。
16.如权利要求1所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述操作元件用于与张紧装置(16,17)相独立地操作存储匣前进机构。
17.如权利要求6所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述单向耦接装置(30)是棘轮。
18.如权利要求9所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,所述标记为数字标记。
19.如权利要求12所述的刺血针装置,其特征在于,第一操作功能能够通过旋转操作元件(25)而触发,并且第二操作功能能够通过压下操作元件(25)而触发。
20.一种采血系统,包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的刺血针装置(1)和与其相适应的包括多个刺血针(3)的刺血针存储匣(2)。
