Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种雨刷器的雨刷片及其制造方法。
背景技术
用于雨刷器的雨刷片橡胶材料要经受多种物理的和机械的要求的考验。因此其不仅必须表现出例如在要清洁的玻璃表面上的令人满意的刮水效果,而且除此之外还应是耐磨的并且抗紫外线的或抗臭氧的。
因此,例如由JP 358 758 7 B2已知了雨刷片,其基于天然橡胶与氯丁二烯的混合物,与填充剂和处理辅料一起制成。然而,天然橡胶与氯丁二烯具有不同的极性。因此,天然橡胶相对而言是非极性的,与之相反,氯丁二烯呈现出极性的性质。
就极性而言的两种橡胶组分的这种差异不仅使在制造雨刷片橡胶材料的范畴中的两种橡胶材料的混合变得困难,而且也可能导致处理辅料、例如硫化化学材料如促进剂或迟缓剂,或者是软化剂和过程辅料,转移到极性更大的氯丁二烯相中。所列举的在氯丁二烯相中的物质的浓缩例如含有这样的危险,即在初始橡胶混合物中已经造成了过早的硬化,其中产生了细微的预硫化橡胶,其可能显著地损害产生的橡胶材料的刮水性能。此外,硬化剂在初始橡胶混合物中的不均匀的分布可能导致橡胶系统的局部的不完整的硬化或导致橡胶系统的局部的过度的硬化,这可能对产生的刮水橡胶的老化性质造成不利影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种刮水橡胶材料,其可以由至少两种橡胶组分的混合物制成并且避免了由现有技术中所产生的缺点。
本发明的目的有利地在于,提出一种由橡胶材料制成的雨刷片及其制造方法。
为此本发明提出一种雨刷器的雨刷片,所述雨刷片具有头部部分,所述头部部分通过偏转腹板与楔连接,其中,所述头部部分、所述偏转腹板和/或所述楔由橡胶材料制成,所述橡胶材料包括第一极性的第一橡胶组分和极性更大的第二极性的第二橡胶组分,其特征在于,为了使所述第一和第二极性平衡,所述第一橡胶组分至少部分地由化学官能化的衍生物取代。
根据本发明的橡胶材料包括第一和第二橡胶组分,其中第一和第二橡胶组分在它们的极性方面有区别。根据本发明,更小极性的橡胶组分至少部分地由化学官能化的衍生物取代。两种橡胶组分的极性以这种方式得到平衡。这促成了本发明的橡胶材料的橡胶组分的良好的可混合性并且防止了填充剂或处理辅料在初始状态下橡胶材料的充分混合过程中移动。所产生的雨刷片因此呈现出非常良好的刮水性质,并且特征在于简单的可制造性。
如果例如具有更小极性的第一橡胶组分是丁二烯衍生物的聚合物,例如天然橡胶(NR)、丁二烯橡胶(BR)、丁苯橡胶(SBR)、丁基橡胶(IIR)或异戊橡胶(IR),则其因此有利地至少部分地由其官能化的衍生物取代。因此,例如NR可以至少部分地由环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)取代。此外,IR可以作为更小极性的第一橡胶组分至少部分地由环氧化的IR取代。
如果更小极性的第一橡胶组分由BR、SBR或IIR所组成,则它们可以由卤化的、醇化的或者具有三元胺功能的衍生物取代。以这种方式可以实现这些基于丁二烯衍生物的橡胶组分与其它橡胶组分、如氯丁橡胶或聚氯乙烯在极性上的平衡。作为更小极性的第一橡胶组分的BR由丁二烯与丙烯腈的共聚物取代,这也促成了第一橡胶组分的极性的提高。
此外有利的是,即作为具有更小极性的第一橡胶组分的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)或乙烯丙烯共聚物(EPM)由醇化的或者具有三元胺功能或具有腈基的衍生物取代。特别有利的是,即作为具有更高的极性的第二橡胶组分用氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVM)、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM)或氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)取代。在这种情况下也促成了两种橡胶组分的极性的平衡,并与已经加以说明的优点联系起来。
在本发明的一个特别有利的实施方式中,更小极性的第一橡胶组分由一种衍生物取代,该衍生物就其而言仅部分地以化学方式官能化。这基于这种认识,即在分子内部具有大量官能团的橡胶衍生物可能导致整个系统的过度的硬化并且进而导致所产生的刮水橡胶的不令人满意的刮水性质。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出了用于雨刷器的雨刷片的刮水橡胶结构10。其基本上设计成带状的并且包括加宽的头部部分12,该头部部分通过偏转腹板14与楔16连接。头部部分12具有凹槽18以用于容纳未示出的、在外部放置的弹簧条。楔16在其背离于头部部分12并且面向于要清洁的玻璃表面的侧面上向着雨刷唇20逐渐变窄。刮水橡胶结构10可以在其组成部分中,即头部部分12、楔16和偏转腹板14一体地由一种并且是相同的橡胶材料制成。然而也可能的是,头部12和楔16由不同的橡胶材料制成,这是因为用于两种结构成分的机械的要求结构有明显区别。
为了实现所产生的刮水橡胶结构10的良好的刮水性质,其优选地由至少两种橡胶组分的混合物制成。因此,例如作为第一橡胶组分选择了天然橡胶,并且作为第二橡胶组分选择了氯丁橡胶(CR)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)或NBR/PVC-掺和剂。为了减小在天然橡胶与氯丁二烯或PVC或NBR/PVC之间的极性差异,天然橡胶至少部分地由环氧化天然橡胶ENR取代,其中所应用的ENR的环氧化度例如为15至50%,优选为15至25%。
以同样的方式,异戊橡胶作为在具有氯丁橡胶或PVC的橡胶混合物中的更小极性的第一橡胶组分,至少部分地由其环氧化的衍生物取代。
如果作为第一橡胶组分使用了EPDM、EPM、BR或IIR,则因此为了使其极性与明显极性更大的第二橡胶组分、例如HNBR、EVM、CM、CSM、CR或PVC的极性得到平衡,该第一橡胶组分至少部分地由官能化的衍生物取代。作为官能化的衍生物特别理解为至少部分卤化的、至少部分醇化的或芳基氧化的(aryloxiliert)衍生物,但也理解为那些至少部分地以三元胺基或腈基来替代的衍生物。
下面示范性地给出用于示例性的橡胶混合物的实施例。以重量百分比为单位的说明对应于相应合成橡胶占合成橡胶在橡胶混合物中的总含量的比例:
优选地,这样来制造形式为刮水橡胶结构10的橡胶材料,即首先将第一橡胶组分与第二橡胶组分混合,其中更小极性的第一橡胶组分至少部分地由官能化的、极性衍生物取代,从而使第一和第二橡胶组分的极性平衡。此外,将处理辅料和填充剂添加于橡胶混合物并且接下来借助于喷射注塑或挤压来进行模塑成型。随后进行硬化过程或者说交联过程,以及在一定条件下进行所制成的刮水橡胶结构10的表面处理。
Claims (10)
1.雨刷器的雨刷片,所述雨刷片具有头部部分(12),所述头部部分通过偏转腹板(14)与楔(16)连接,其中,所述头部部分(12)、所述偏转腹板(14)和/或所述楔(16)由橡胶材料制成,所述橡胶材料包括第一极性的第一橡胶组分和极性更大的第二极性的第二橡胶组分,其特征在于,为了使所述第一和第二极性平衡,所述第一橡胶组分至少部分地由化学官能化的衍生物取代。
2.按权利要求1所述的雨刷片,其特征在于,所述第一要取代的橡胶组分是天然橡胶(NR)、丁二烯橡胶(BR)、丁苯橡胶(SBR)、丁基橡胶(IIR)和/或异戊橡胶(IR)。
3.按权利要求2所述的雨刷片,其特征在于,NR至少部分地由环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)取代;IR至少部分地由环氧化的IR取代;和/或BR、SBR或IIR由卤化的、醇化的或者具有三元胺功能的衍生物取代。
4.按权利要求2所述的雨刷片,其特征在于,BR至少部分地由丁二烯与丙烯腈的共聚物和/或由聚降冰片烯橡胶(PNR)取代。
5.按权利要求2至4中任一项所述的雨刷片,其特征在于,所述第二橡胶组分是氯丁橡胶(CR)。
6.按权利要求1所述的雨刷片,其特征在于,所述第一要取代的橡胶组分是三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)或乙烯丙烯共聚物(EPM)。
7.按权利要求6所述的雨刷片,其特征在于,EPDM和/或EPM由醇化的或者具有三元胺功能或具有腈基的衍生物取代。
8.按权利要求6或7所述的雨刷片,其特征在于,所述第二橡胶组分是氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVM)、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM)和/或氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)。
9.按权利要求1至4中任一项所述的雨刷片,其特征在于,所述第一橡胶组分由化学上仅部分地官能化的衍生物取代。
10.一种用于制造根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的雨刷片的方法,其特征在于,提出了第一极性的第一橡胶组分和极性更大的第二极性的第二橡胶组分,其中为了使所述第一和第二极性平衡,所述第一橡胶组分至少部分地由其化学官能化的衍生物取代或转化为所述衍生物;以及接下来使两种橡胶组分混合。
