优选地,在屏幕上显示的虚拟钮中的至少某些与响应于钮起用而提供触觉感觉给手指的触觉装置协作。这可以应用于控制钮和选择钮两者。
根据一种可能性,每个提供触觉响应的触觉装置基于振动电磁体。
触觉响应可以通过电磁体的控制来调整,触觉响应显著增加这种屏幕的使用者的便利性和安全性,因为消除了查看屏幕的需要。因而,如果起用虚拟按钮的使用者手指遭受模拟经过阻力点的触觉感觉时,他将知道他的操作已经被考虑。类似地,模拟经过旋钮的多个凹口的高频周期振动响应将向他指示他的旨在转动所述旋钮的操作已经确实被考虑且“虚拟”旋转运动正在进行。

更概括地,本发明的范围可以包括允许由平面中的X、Y坐标精确定位起用区域的红外位置检测器,以预先选择要确认的特定功能。这种功能允许进一步改进本发明的使用者便利性和因而优化其人机工程学性能。
此外,本发明的控制面板的框架可以包括用于关键或优先功能的机械钮。
这包括最关键功能的一类优先机械通路,即,认为必须通过不同菜单来寻找是不明智的或者甚至是失策的那些功能。例如,这应用于:
危险警告灯;
声音音量;
蓝牙起用;
与住所相关的功能的远程控制(车库/门的开启…);
除雾;
温度调节;
在外部污染的情况下的内部空气再循环。

作为本发明的主要特征的单个多任务控制面板允许实施多组功能,例如所述功能可任选或取决于车辆的范围。通过示例,选择钮可应用于:
电话;
调节车辆部件;
导航;
音频功能;
气候控制。
这些功能钮中的每个引起特定屏幕的显示,包括与这些功能有关且访问虚拟控制钮形式的菜单的特定信息,所述虚拟控制钮调节由虚拟选择钮选择的功能设置。
换句话说,本发明的控制面板允许专用于每个功能的“图形菜单”的顺序显示。

具体实施方式
参考图1,根据本发明的车辆的车载仪表的控制面板主要包括由框架2限定的中心屏幕1,所述中心屏幕1显示与借助于虚拟钮(即,显示在屏幕1上)选择的功能组相对应的信息。在这个案例中数量为五个的这些钮3、4、5、6、7由位于框架2的侧面上的半圆形孔3’-7’(参见图2)限定。突片8、9、10、11、12允许使用者手指朝虚拟钮3、4、5、6、7被引导,从而利于面板的使用者便利性且允许使用者由于安全性仅仅给予需要最小专注度的注意力给他正在执行的操作。
框架的下部由也是圆形的其它孔13、14、15占据,但是所述孔的整个外围由框架2或者框架外部的部分环绕。因而,与框架2成一体的圆弧13’、14’、15’允许将上述孔13、14、15全部封装在刚性边界内,这是由于在下文将更详细阐述的原因。
框架2的上部包括起用危险警告灯的常规机械钮16,且在下部包括用于直接访问优先功能的机械钮,例如用于挡风玻璃17和后窗户18的除雾。孔13、14、15由虚拟控制钮19、20、21占据,虚拟控制钮19、20、21允许调节设置,在该案例中借助于虚拟旋钮。这些旋钮和在必要时的钮3-7设置有触觉装置,所述触觉装置允许在被起用时信息的触觉返回。显然,圆形边界引导使用者的手指起用旋钮(甚至是虚拟旋钮)。
该完整边界给予使用者即时信息:它所包围的虚拟钮的控制必须是旋转的,所述刚性边界于是在钮起用期间给手指提供连续的静止引导(restguiding)。
图3示出了不管是使用钮3-7作出的哪种选择,表征逻辑都大致服从相同的模式:在所有情况下旋钮在屏幕底部显示(在孔13-15中)。取决于响应于选择钮3、4、5、6、7的起用所显示的屏幕,这些旋钮允许监控/调节不同功能。钮3对应于与气候控制有关的功能。该虚拟钮3上的压力引起了在图3的左上方所示的屏幕显示。在该假设下,从上面看到的车辆的图形表征显示在屏幕中心,由用于常规调节的虚拟钮(通风、除雾、空气再循环等类型)环绕。在该情况下,旋钮用于改变温度、空气流的功率等。
在左下方所示的屏幕包含音频功能,即管理CD播放器、无线电调谐器等。旋钮于是用于例如搜索电台、改变声音水平等。
在右上方所示的屏幕包含与电话有关的功能,屏幕1因而引起设置有虚拟键的电话键区的显示。旋钮例如用于滚动通过所存储的电话号码、改变声音水平等。
在右边中部所示的屏幕包含导航功能,旋钮允许改变图像尺寸、声音水平等。
最后,在右下方所示的屏幕包括与车辆的某些部件有关的功能:调节前灯的方向,调节方向盘的位置等。
应当注意的是,在不同屏幕和虚拟钮上显示的图形表征允许本发明面板的直观且使用者友好的管理。在合适时,不同显色性允许在屏幕1上设置使用者的信息的视觉反馈。也可以采用动画,总是用于信息目的。当车辆启动时,起动默认显示的介绍动画。在备用模式,显示在屏幕上的背景中的图像在屏幕上移动以显示组件的某些动态特性。
可以有用于管理和选择不同FM无线电波长的屏幕。当然,屏幕的一部分总是由普遍顺序的信息占据,尽管屏幕变化却保持所述信息:日期、时间、外部温度等。
除了定位在由此限定的物理框架内的屏幕外围处的虚拟控制之外,可以在屏幕的主区域直接访问所显示菜单的控制。采用在屏幕中心显示的无线电台的示例,通过按压这些无线电台,所选择的电台被起用且从这样起用的屏幕区域接收触觉力反馈。
如上文所述,在本发明的架构内,左旋钮19总是根据相同的逻辑运行:环状区域允许改变参数,中心区域允许起用或停用所述参数。此外,为了通过使用尽可能多的智能自动化进一步改进使用简易性,不管屏幕上的功能“颜色”,该虚拟钮依然完成相同的功能:环状区域允许改变声音功率,而中心钮静音或者停用所述声音。
就中心旋钮20而言,中心旋钮20总是这样的服从操作逻辑:根据所述操作逻辑,环状区域扫描可能的动作,如选择无线电频率或者内部温度,中心钮允许确认所述选择。旋钮20从不根据旋钮19的逻辑运行,反之亦然,这极大地利于驾驶员的任务。
根据本发明,因而优化了不同钮的管理,使得控制器(旋钮)的性质由屏幕形状暗示,且精确操作取决于屏幕2中的虚拟钮的位置,所述虚拟钮借助于非常容易学习的曲线使得操作直观和自动化。
显然,本发明并不限于上述示例,而是包括在机动车辆或其它车辆中采用的其它功能、可变调节设置等。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于车辆的车载仪表的控制面板,包括:
用于显示信息的触摸屏幕(1);
框架(2),所述框架(2)限定所述屏幕(1)的外围且包括设置在所述外围上的手指引导区域(3’,4’,5’,6’,7’,13,14,15);
至少部分地在所述手指引导区域(3’,4’,5’,6’,7’,13,14,15)中显示在屏幕(1)上的虚拟选择钮(3,4,5,6,7)和虚拟控制钮(19,20,21);
其特征在于,所述框架(2)包括两个或两个以上的孔(13,14,15),每个孔形成所述手指引导区域(3’,4’,5’,6’,7’,13,14,15)之一,用于虚拟控制钮(19,20,21),每个孔(13,14,15)被所述框架(2)完全围绕,每个孔(13,14,15)的内边缘限定如下形状:
为至少一个手指形成与在那里显示的虚拟控制钮(19,20,21)的起用模式相对应的路径;
所述形状的几何构型告知使用者要执行的运动,以起用所限定的虚拟控制钮(19,20,21);
所述形状的内部边缘被计算以引导一个手指或多个手指的移动,
所述孔中的至少两个的几何形状不同,使得它们告知要执行的不同运动,以起用不同的虚拟钮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制面板,其特征在于,所述孔(13,14,15)是圆形的且所述虚拟控制钮(19,20,21)是虚拟旋转控制旋钮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的控制面板,其特征在于,虚拟旋转控制旋钮的环状外围区域环绕由虚拟按钮占据的中心区域。
4.根据权利要求3所述的控制面板,其特征在于,虚拟旋转控制旋钮中的至少一个的环状区域按顺序以环的形式扫描显示在屏幕上的一系列动作,所述中心区域确认旋钮在起用时所处的动作。
5.根据权利要求4所述的控制面板,其特征在于,虚拟旋转控制旋钮中的至少一个的环状区域改变单个参数,中心区域起用或停用所述参数。
6.根据权利要求4和5之一所述的控制面板,其特征在于,取决于虚拟旋转控制旋钮在框架(2)内的位置,虚拟旋转控制旋钮总是服从相同的操作逻辑。
7.根据权利要求1所述的控制面板,其特征在于,所述孔是细长的和直线形的,且限定虚拟控制光标。
8.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的控制面板,其特征在于,在屏幕上显示的虚拟钮(3,4,5,6,7,19,20,21)中的至少某些虚拟钮与触觉装置协作,所述触觉装置响应于虚拟钮(3,4,5,6,7,19,20,21)起用而提供触觉感觉给手指。
9.根据权利要求8所述的控制面板,其特征在于,每个提供触觉响应的触觉装置基于振动电磁体。
10.根据权利要求1-5之一所述的控制面板,其特征在于,框架(2)的侧面设置有至少部分环绕虚拟选择钮(3,4,5,6,7)的屏幕(1)上的表征物的其他孔(3’,4’,5’,6’,7’)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的控制面板,其特征在于,所述其他孔(3’,4’,5’,6’,7’)包括用于定位和引导手指的突片(8,9,10,11,12)。
12.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的控制面板,其特征在于,包括允许检测虚拟钮的起用是来自于左边还是右边的红外位置检测器。
13.根据权利要求1-5之一所述的控制面板,其特征在于,包括允许使用平面中的X、Y坐标来精确定位起用区域的红外位置检测器,以预先选择要确认的特定功能。
14.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的控制面板,其特征在于,框架(2)包括用于突发事件或优先功能的机械钮(16,17,18)。
15.根据权利要求14所述的控制面板,其特征在于,所述功能包括:
危险警告灯;
声音音量;
蓝牙起用;
除雾;
温度控制;
在外部污染的情况下的内部空气再循环;
与住所相关的功能的远程控制。
16.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的控制面板,其特征在于,虚拟选择钮(3,4,5,6,7)应用于:
电话;
车辆部件的控制;
导航;
音频功能;
空气调节。
17.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的控制面板,其特征在于,所述虚拟控制钮(19,20,21)调节由虚拟选择钮(3,4,5,6,7)选择的功能的参数。
