技术领域

背景技术

发明内容

水刺处理是常规的结合方法,涉及将含有可以预先结合或未结合的一层或多层以网幅状放在成形筛(forming screen)上,并对所述复合网幅进行水喷射,移动并缠绕纤维。可控制水刺处理度以产生稳定的纤维网络而不负面影响初始网幅的三维孔结构和容积,以及移动纤维以获得想要的纤维和孔径梯度。高缠绕度得到更为整体的材料,分层较不清楚,且两面性较低。因此,调节水刺处理的量以实现材料的两面性和整体性之间的平衡是重要的。
复合层可借助于粘合剂(比如热熔粘合剂)以低涂布速率(优选低至1-2g/m2)结合在一起。为了实现高生产速度,优选槽喷嘴涂布。然而,其他结合方法比如粘合剂喷涂、水刺处理、缝合、热结合、透气结合(through-airbonding)或超声波结合可用作替换或补充。
根据本发明的擦拭材料优选具有孔径梯度,平均孔径在外表面比在中心区更小。按此方式,中心区具有相对较高的容积,液体容纳能力大,外表面具有相对较低的容积,液体保持能力大,并将以受控和均匀的方式将液体转移至正被擦拭的物体。由于在吸收性外表面区域中的小孔中的液体运输主要由毛细管力驱动的事实,孔径梯度也将有助于降低液体从中心区到外表面的转移速度。使用有湿弹性的非吸收性纤维也是有利的,即使当擦拭材料被润湿时中心区的容积也得以保持。尽管孔径梯度可以是线性的,但优选为非线性的,意味着在具有较小孔隙的表面区和具有较大孔隙的中心区之间的边界存在平均孔径的相对快速的变化。
擦拭材料可含有60-90重量%的吸收性纤维,优选为65-70重量%的吸收性纤维,和10-40重量%的非吸收性纤维,优选为30-35重量%的非吸收性纤维。吸收性纤维优选为纤维素浆纤维或含有主要比例的纤维素浆纤维,非吸收性纤维可含有无端合成长丝和人造短纤维的掺合物。
擦拭材料片的基重可为50-300g/m2,优选为70-200g/m2,最优选为约100g/m2
非吸收性纤维可含有人造短纤维和无端长丝(endless filament)的混合物。无端长丝向擦拭材料提供拉伸强度、空隙率和容积。人造短纤维为吸收性纤维和构造容积的无端长丝形成稳定的网络,并为擦拭材料提供高整体性和低掉毛性。所述纤维可以是聚烯烃比如聚丙烯或聚乙烯或其他聚合物比如聚酯或聚酰胺的单组分、双组分、或多组分纤维。其他非吸收性纤维比如莱赛尔纤维也可使用。
人造短纤维可以在1-3.5dtex的范围内。无端长丝优选具有比人造短纤维更大的纤维粗糙度。
为了进一步增强擦拭材料,中心区可含有纱布(scrim)比如塑料网。
擦拭材料片可用功能性添加剂比如洗液、清洁剂、香水、或类似物浸渍。此外,擦拭材料片可以是湿擦拭物并可含有液体。
根据本发明的含有吸收性纤维和非吸收性纤维的擦拭材料片可通过包括下列步骤的方法生产:
-形成非吸收性纤维的第一层;
-在第一层上形成含有吸收性纤维的第二层;
-对组合的第一和第二层进行水刺处理以形成双面(two-sided)复合层,吸收性纤维在一面上的比例更高,非吸收性纤维在另一面上的比例更高;
-通过将第一双面复合层和第二个双面复合层结合而形成层叠物,所述复合层的非吸收性纤维的比例更高的侧面彼此相对,所述复合层的吸收性纤维的比例更高的侧面形成所述层叠物的第一和第二外表面。
非吸收性纤维的第一层可以是无端合成长丝的层。无端合成长丝的层可以未结合,或可以是纺粘材料的层,优选未结合的长丝。或者,非吸收性纤维的第一层可以是梳理结合或未结合的网幅。
含有吸收性纤维的第二层优选含有吸收性纤维和人造短纤维的混合物,吸收性纤维优选为纤维素浆纤维。当进行水刺处理时,网幅中的人造短纤维通过沿着z方向(即,沿着网幅的厚度方向)的水喷射而移动,从而产生三维纤维网络,以结合并含有吸收性纤维。
第一和第二复合层可借助于粘合剂结合,所述粘合剂优选为通过任何常规方法(比如槽涂布、喷涂、印刷等)以1-2g/m2的量涂布的热熔热塑粘合剂。也可使用其他结合方法比如水刺处理、缝合、热结合、透气结合或超声波结合作为替换或作为另外的结合方法。由热量诱发的结合要求所述材料中的至少一些部分是热塑材料。
为了进一步增大擦拭材料的拉伸强度,可在第一和第二复合层之间涂布增强纱布或增强纤维。
所述层叠物可用液体和/或活性剂浸渍。浸渍可通过任何合适的方法进行,比如渗透、喷涂、印刷等。

具体实施方式
图1中的擦拭材料1是具有表面区2和中心区3的层状或分层纤维结构。表面区富含吸收性纤维4,比如纤维素浆纤维、粘胶、大麻、亚麻、棉花、或相似纤维,特别优选纤维素浆纤维。纤维素浆纤维是非常短的纤维,软木纤维的纤维长度约为3mm,硬木纤维的长度约为1.2mm,再循环纤维的长度更短。吸收性纤维可以是诸如纤维素浆纤维和其他较长的吸收性纤维的纤维的组合或混合物。然而,吸收性纤维优选主要是纤维素浆纤维,因为浆纤维具有优良的性质,在擦拭材料的表面区2中产生良好的分布流体的毛细管网络。中心区3富含非吸收性纤维5,6。合适的非吸收性纤维是合成的聚合纤维比如聚烯烃(聚乙烯、聚丙烯)、聚酯或聚酰胺的单组分、双组分或多组分纤维。
中心区3具有纤维结构,该结构具有相对大的孔隙,具有高液体容纳能力。由于多孔结构,中心区3将充当液体储蓄器的作用,将容纳液体并在擦拭材料用于擦拭时逐渐释放液体。表面区2具有较小的产生的毛细管,将对从中心区3输出的液体充当阻滞手段。因此,在表面区2中,液体将主要通过毛细管作用移动,这表示所述表面区构成对由于失误从中心区流出或挤出的液体的阻挡。另外,液体通过表面区2缓慢输出将保证液体以基本均匀的速率送至被擦拭的表面,直到擦拭材料耗尽液体并需要被替换或再次装载新液体。
由于根据本发明的擦拭材料的缓释作用,每一擦拭物和之前具有对应的液体装载能力的擦拭物相比可用于擦拭更大的表面。根据本发明的擦拭材料的擦拭结果也比之前可用的擦拭材料更好,因为送至擦拭表面的液体量随着时间基本恒定,没有初始的液体涌出或逐渐降低的液体传输速率。
为了使非吸收性纤维结构可润湿,所述纤维优选像本领域常见的那样用表面活性剂处理。也可使用其他使纤维结构亲水的方法,比如通过对所述结构进行等离子体或电晕处理。
根据本发明的纤维擦拭材料具有分层外观,如图1所示。然而,分层不具有清楚的边界,但是在所述材料中,来自外分层的纤维和来自内分层的纤维混合,使得在所述擦拭材料中存在纤维梯度。所述材料含有至少两种明显不同类型的纤维,一种类型是吸收性纤维,另一种类型是非吸收性纤维。吸收性纤维优选至少主要是浆纤维,非吸收性纤维可以是无端长丝或优选为无端长丝和形成网络的人造短纤维的组合。吸收性纤维集中于擦拭材料的表面7,吸收性纤维的比例在表面7接近100重量%,吸收性纤维的比例沿着从表面7到中心区3的方向逐渐减少,为擦拭材料提供纤维梯度。纤维梯度可以是线性梯度,但优选为非线性的,从而吸收性纤维的浓度在表面区2和中心区3之间的过渡区快速变化。逐步的纤维梯度赋予擦拭材料一个纤维组成不同的层状或分层更加清楚的结构。
根据本发明的擦拭材料可以在下列过程中形成,该过程涉及形成第一和第二复合层,第一和第二复合层彼此结合以产生如图1所示的层叠擦拭材料。
所述过程涉及形成非吸收性纤维5的第一层或基底网幅8,然后在第一层8上沉积含有吸收性纤维4的第二层9,然后用水喷射器10通过水刺处理将两层8,9结合在一起,如图2所示。水刺处理过程移动并缠绕纤维4,5,6并引起吸收性纤维4积聚于一面,形成明显具有两面的组合层11,在一个表面7上的吸收性纤维4的比例更高,在相对表面12上的非吸收性纤维5,6的比例更高,如图3所示。
然后将如图3所示的两个水刺处理复合物11结合成根据本发明的擦拭材料。所述两个复合物彼此结合,具有较高的非吸收性纤维5,6比例的复合层的侧面彼此相对,具有较高的吸收性纤维4比例的复合层11的侧面形成如图1所示的层叠擦拭材料网幅1的第一和第二外表面7。
第一和第二复合层11的结合可通过粘合剂13进行,如图1所示,粘合剂优选为以1-2g/m2的量涂布于复合层11之间的热熔热塑粘合剂的涂层。粘合剂可以通过任何常规方法涂布,比如槽涂布、喷涂、印刷等。也可使用其他结合方法比如水刺处理、缝合、热结合、透气结合或超声波结合作为替换或实现另外的结合。
非吸收性纤维的基底网幅或第一层8优选为无端合成长丝或人造短纤维的松散未结合层。然而,也可以使用结合的无纺布的形式的基底网幅,比如结合的梳理网幅或纺粘网幅。
为了机械结合短的吸收性纤维并使它们不从擦拭材料脱离,非吸收性纤维优选含有人造短纤维和优选以无端长丝的松散(bulky)网幅的形式的基底网幅。在生产过程中,人造短纤维连同吸收性纤维放在基底网幅上。网幅中吸收性纤维和非吸收性纤维之间的比例为,吸收性纤维优选为60-90重量%,更优选为65-70重量%,非吸收性纤维为10-40重量%,更优选为30-35重量%。网幅中人造短纤维的量应该优选不超过网幅的20重量%,更优选为网幅的5-10重量%。
缠绕后,人造短纤维形成三维网络,该三维网络稳定基底网幅的松散度(bulk),夹持并结合复合物中的吸收性纤维。合适的人造短纤维是1-3.5dtex的聚丙烯纤维。然而,如之前所公开的,其他纤维或纤维的混合物也可使用。基底网幅优选由直径比形成基体的人造短纤维更大的纤维形成,也优选具有弹性以产生具有大孔隙的保持形状的结构。
每一纤维复合材料层11优选具有下列基重,擦拭材料片的基重为25-150g/m2,优选为35-100g/m2,最优选为约50g/m2,意味着在不考虑来自结合剂或另外的组分比如活性剂和增强成分的贡献的情况下,由两层缠绕的复合物组成的擦拭材料的基重为50-300g/m2,优选为70-200g/m2,最优选为约100g/m2
当形成吸收性和非吸收性纤维的复合层11时,含有吸收性纤维的第二层可以是吸收性纤维比如纤维素浆纤维和人造短纤维的混合物。或者,吸收性纤维和人造短纤维可以作为单独的层放在基底层8上。
根据本发明的擦拭材料可另外含有增强成分比如涂布于第一和第二复合层1之间的增强纱布。增强纱布可以是塑料网、穿孔的塑料膜、薄无纺网幅或相似物。
擦拭材料旨在形成用于湿擦拭目的的擦拭物。图4显示了以矩形的擦拭材料片的形式的擦拭物21。然而,根据本发明的擦拭物可具有任何合适的形状比如圆形、椭圆形、正方形等。擦拭材料还可被穿孔、压花、具有打印的图案、或可具有这些特征的任何组合。
如前所述,用于物体表面的湿擦拭的擦拭物可以干燥状态交付给用户,因此用户需要在使用前润湿擦拭物,或者擦拭物可以用液体预先湿润。在第一种情况下,擦拭物可以重复使用直到认为它太脏或太破,此后可以用新的擦拭物将它替换。预先湿润的擦拭物一般在擦拭物中的液体已经用尽或者已经达到擦拭目的时被抛弃。两种擦拭物都可被活性剂(洗液、香水、洗涤剂或类似物)处理或浸渍。活性剂可通过浸入含有所述活性剂的溶液、通过喷涂、涂布、印刷或通过任何其他合适的方法加入擦拭物。
图5是显示根据本发明的擦拭材料的纤维结构的ESEM图像。该图像显示所述材料在其中心区域3中的非吸收性无端长丝5和非吸收性人造短纤维6之间具有内部液体支持孔隙或大孔隙15。所述非吸收性纤维为两类:非吸收性的形成网络的人造短纤维6和增强无端长丝5。非吸收性纤维和长丝通过它们的圆形截面和平滑外表面识别。人造短纤维6的直径小于无端长丝5。吸收性纤维4是具有非常不规则的表面结构和截面面积的纤维素浆纤维,并可看到积聚于擦拭材料的外表面上的致密区域2。

Claims (25)

1.擦拭材料片(1),其具有第一外表面(7)和第二外表面(7)以及所述表面之间的中心区(3),所述擦拭材料(1)含有吸收性纤维(4)和非吸收性纤维(5,6),其特征在于所述吸收性纤维(4)和非吸收性纤维(5,6)经机械缠绕,以使得所述擦拭材料(1)具有纤维梯度,吸收性纤维和非吸收性纤维的比值在所述擦拭材料(1)的外表面(7)比在所述中心区(3)更高,并且所述擦拭材料(1)在中心区域(3)的液体容纳能力大于在外表面(7)的液体容纳能力,其中所述非吸收性纤维(5,6)含有人造短纤维(6)和无端长丝(5)。
2.根据权利要求1的擦拭材料片,其中所述吸收性纤维(4)是纤维素浆纤维。
3.根据权利要求1或2的擦拭材料片,其中所述吸收性纤维(4)和非吸收性纤维(5,6)经水刺处理。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3任一的擦拭材料片,其中所述擦拭材料(1)具有孔径梯度,平均孔径在所述外表面(7)比在所述中心区(3)更小。
5.根据权利要求4的擦拭材料片,其中所述孔径梯度是非线性的。
6.根据上述权利要求任一的擦拭材料片,其中所述擦拭材料(1)含有60-90重量%的吸收性纤维(4),和10-40重量%的非吸收性纤维(5,6)。
7.根据权利要求6的擦拭材料片,其中所述擦拭材料(1)含有65-70重量%的吸收性纤维(4)。
8.根据权利要求6的擦拭材料片,其中所述擦拭材料(1)含有30-35重量%的非吸收性纤维(5,6)。
9.根据上述权利要求任一的擦拭材料片,其中所述擦拭材料片(1)的基重为50-300g/m2
10.根据权利要求9的擦拭材料片,其中所述擦拭材料片(1)的基重为70-200g/m2
11.根据权利要求9的擦拭材料片,其中所述擦拭材料片(1)的基重为约100g/m2
12.根据权利要求1或2的擦拭材料片,其中所述人造短纤维(6)含有1-3.5dtex的纤维。
13.根据权利要求1或2的擦拭材料片,其中所述无端长丝(5)比所述人造短纤维(6)粗糙。
14.根据上述权利要求任一的擦拭材料片,其中所述中心区(3)含有增强纱布。
15.根据上述权利要求任一的擦拭材料片,其中所述擦拭材料片用功能性添加剂比如洗液、清洁剂、香水、或类似物浸渍。
16.根据上述权利要求任一的擦拭材料片,其中所述擦拭材料含有液体。
17.含有吸收性纤维(4)和非吸收性纤维(5,6)的擦拭材料片的生产方法,其特征在于所述方法包括下列步骤:
-形成非吸收性纤维(5)的第一层(8);
-在第一层(8)上形成含有吸收性纤维(4)的第二层(9);
-对组合的第一和第二层(8,9)进行水刺处理以形成双面复合层(11),吸收性纤维(4)在一面(7)上的比例更高,非吸收性纤维(5,6)在另一面(12)上的比例更高;
-通过将第一双面复合层(11)和第二双面复合层(11)结合而形成层叠物,所述双面复合层(11)的非吸收性纤维(5,6)的比例更高的侧面(12)彼此相对并形成中心区域(3),所述双面复合层的吸收性纤维(4)的比例更高的侧面(7)形成所述层叠物(1)的第一和第二外表面(7),所述层叠物(1)在中心区域(3)的液体容纳能力大于在外表面(7)的液体容纳能力,
其中所述非吸收性纤维的第一层(8)是无端合成长丝(5)的层,
其中含有吸收性纤维(4)的第二层(9)包含纤维素浆纤维和人造短纤维(6)的混合物。
18.根据权利要求17的方法,其中上述无端合成长丝的第一层(8)是未结合的。
19.根据权利要求17的方法,其中所述非吸收性纤维的第一层(8)是纺粘网幅。
20.根据权利要求17的方法,其中所述第一和第二双面复合层(11)借助于粘合剂(13)结合。
21.根据权利要求20的方法,其中所述粘合剂(13)是热熔热塑粘合剂,并在第一和第二双面复合层(11)之间以1-2g/m2的量涂布。
22.根据权利要求17的方法,其中在第一和第二双面复合层(11)之间使用增强纱布。
23.根据权利要求17的方法,其中所述层叠物(1)被液体浸渍。
24.根据权利要求23的方法,其中所述液体是活性剂。
25.擦拭物(21),其特征在于它含有权利要求1-16任一的擦拭材料。
