Abstract

本发明涉及一种“草坪结构”的纸尿裤导流层,包括基布,粘合剂层,超短纤维层;超短纤维层是一层垂直排列的低密度超短纤维,超短纤维通过静电植入的方式直立均匀固定在基布之上。本发明形成一种三维立体的结构;垂直排列的超短纤维间的空隙较大,当液体透过面层到达导流层时,沿着纵向基布排列较多的纤维纵向扩散,渗透下去之后,具有一定厚度的蓬松结构有利于把液体迅速俘获,暂存后随即扩散,直到被芯层吸收;蓬松的导流层结构既可以增加液体总的吸收量,而且还能在产品纵向加快SAP的液体吸收速度,减少返渗的可能性;具有更少的纤维用量;减少了纸尿裤受湿时的塌陷,从而提高SAP的利用效率,同时减少返渗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸尿裤,具体来说,是一种草坪结构的纸尿裤导流层及其制备方法。
背景技术
导流层是应用于婴儿尿裤等卫生产品的一层非织造材料,置于表面材料和吸收芯体之间,它能有效地帮助液体从表层向内快速传导并使液体扩散分布,从而使液体很快离开使用者的肌肤,保持皮肤干爽。
传统的导流层大都采用热风等非织造材料,主要以聚丙烯纤维和涤纶纤维为原料,经过梳理机梳理,形成纤维定向排列的纤网,经过热风穿透加固形成导流材料。理想导流层,希望液体在垂直方向渗透的同时也要在导流层平面方向扩散。其中,导流层平面方向的扩散能力也是纸尿裤在测试过程的一个重要指标,垂直方向的渗透指标是用下渗时间表示。通过加大纤维间的空隙能够加速液体的下渗量,但也容易导致较大的反渗量,普通导流层由于材料轻薄,结构设置不合理,往往不能平衡液体在这两个方向上的渗透性能,易出现液体的返渗,影响使用的舒适度。这种形式的导流层主要通过对无纺布材料自身的结构或内部构造进行优化设计,来提升其导流性能。
在一种现有的技术中,导流层采用了复合导流层材料,该复合材料中包含了强吸液能力的材料,当液体从表层材料向下传导时,复合材料中吸收大量的液体,起到暂存液体的作用。然后通过材料中特殊纤网结构的设计,产生导流作用,使液体渗透到吸收芯体中。不过,这种复合导流层仍然存在以下问题:由于其原理是通过材料本身来暂时存储液体,因而这种导流层材料要达到一定的厚度,通过垂向的立体厚度,来存储液体,使材料的纤维使用量较大,成本较高。另外,材料中的特殊纤网结构对液体的导流扩散作用也比较弱,液体不能完全被吸收芯体吸收,同等体积的情况下,较多的液体仍会储存在导流层中,降低了纸尿裤的干爽性、舒适性。
由此可见,现有的纸尿裤始终无法突破这一设计上的局限性,导流层的导流效果也无法大幅的得到提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种“草坪结构”的纸尿裤导流层及其制备方法,通过静电植入的方式,在基布上植入一层低密度的超短纤维层,平衡并且同时提高纵向(导流层平面方向)和垂向的导流效果,减少纸尿裤受湿时的塌陷,从而提高SAP的利用效率,同时减少返渗。
本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种“草坪结构”的纸尿裤导流层,包括基布1,粘合剂层2,超短纤维层3;所述超短纤维层3是一层垂直排列的低密度超短纤维,超短纤维通过静电植入的方式直立均匀固定在所述基布1之上。
优选的,所述超短纤维是锦纶纤维或聚酯纤维;超短纤维回弹系数在 0.5-0.9之间。
进一步的,所述超短纤维长度为0.4-1mm;所述基布1的密度为30-80g/ ㎡;超短纤维的植入密度为40-80g/㎡,所述植入密度为基材上每平方米超短纤维的质量。
进一步的,所述基布1为非织造材料,非织造基材中纵向排列的纤维比重大于横向排列的纤维。
更进一步的,所述非织造材料为采用水刺工艺制成。
一种纸尿裤,采用上述纸尿裤导流层。
一种上述“草坪结构”的纸尿裤导流层的制备方法,超短纤维以垂直的状态植入涂有粘合剂2的基布3中,使用切断机将聚酯或锦纶丝束切割成长度约为0.4-1mm长短的超短纤维;对超短纤维进行静电处理,使其在高压电场中能够均匀有序地飞升;使用静电发生器产生20-40KV的高压,超短纤维在静电的作用下定向垂直地植入涂有粘合剂2的基布1上,然后经烘干冷却成型。
优选的,所述粘合剂2为聚丙烯酸树脂,采用喷胶法将粘合剂涂覆到基布1之上。
优选的,超短纤维的原料为聚酯或锦纶长丝,细度为1.5D-3D,其中D 表示纤维细度的单位。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)“草坪结构”导流层有一层超短纤维是垂直排列在基材之上的,形成一种三维立体的结构。
2)垂直排列的超短纤维间的空隙较大,当液体透过面层到达导流层时,先到达基布,接着沿纵向(导流层平面扩展方向)排布的纤维扩散,具有一定厚度的蓬松结构有利于把局部的液体迅速俘获,暂存后能够随即加快沿纵向扩散的速度,直到被芯层吸收。
3)蓬松的导流层结构既可以增加了液体总的吸收量,而且还能加快液体的吸收速度,减少了返渗的可能性。
4)另外,这种“草坪结构”相比复合结构导流层具有更少的纤维用量。
5)通过植入一层低密度的超短纤维层,减少纸尿裤受湿时的塌陷,从而提高SAP的利用效率,同时减少返渗。
6)静电植入的纤维要保证回弹性比较好,这样收卷,再放卷应用到纸尿裤产品的过程中,减小了产品包装体积,同时能保证纤维有足够的储存空间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
相关术语解释如下:
导流层:导流层是一通用的术语,是指应用于婴儿尿裤等卫生产品的一层非织造材料,置于表面材料和吸收芯体之间,它能有效地帮助液体从表层向内快速传导并使液体扩散分布,从而使液体很快离开使用者的肌肤,保持皮肤干爽。
超短纤维:一种“草坪结构”的超短纤维的概念是本申请提出,是指本实施例中,通过切断的方式获得的长度为0.4-1mm的锦纶纤维或聚酯纤维。
非织造基布:非织造基布是本实施例中,超短纤维植入的基底材料,主要由水刺非织造材料组成。水刺是一种生产非织造材料的新型、环保工艺,水刺无纺布是将高压微细水流喷射到一层或多层纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,从而使纤网得以加固而具备一定强力,得到的织物即为水刺无纺布。
粘合剂:粘合剂是连接超短纤维和基材的纽带,它为超短纤维的附着提供了粘结力。
请参照图1,图1展示了本发明“草坪结构”导流层的工艺流程图。导流层主要由三部分组成:非织造基布1,粘合剂2和超短纤维3。基布1可以采用水刺等非织造材料,克重范围在20-80g/㎡,为了有利于材料的导流,非织造基布中垂向排列的纤维应大于纵向排列的纤维。
如图1所示,超短纤维3以垂直的状态植入涂有粘合剂2的基布3中,超短纤维3的原料可以选择聚酯或锦纶长丝,细度为1.5D-3D,使用切断机将聚酯或锦纶丝束切割成长度约为0.4-1mm长短的超短纤维。然后对超短纤维3进行静电处理,使其在高压电场中能够均匀有序地飞升。导流层所使用的粘合剂2为聚丙烯酸树脂,采用喷胶法将粘合剂涂覆到基布1之上。使用静电发生器产生20-40KV的高压,超短纤维3在静电的作用下定向垂直地植入涂有粘合剂2的基布1中,然后经烘干冷却成型。由于静电处理技术本身是现有技术,在此处不再赘述。
在此实施例中,基布1的密度为30-80g/㎡;超短纤维的植入密度为 40-80g/㎡,植入密度为基材上每平方米超短纤维的质量。
本发明涉及导流材料,适用于纸尿裤等用即弃的卫生产品。

所述超短纤维层(3)是一层垂直排列的低密度超短纤维,超短纤维通过静电植入的方式直立均匀固定在所述基布(1)之上。
2.如权利要求1所述的“草坪结构”的纸尿裤导流层,其特征在于:所述超短纤维是锦纶纤维或聚酯纤维;超短纤维回弹系数在0.5-0.9之间。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的“草坪结构”的纸尿裤导流层,其特征在于:所述超短纤维长度为0.4-1mm;所述基布(1)的密度为30-80g/㎡;超短纤维的植入密度为40-80g/㎡,所述植入密度为基材上每平方米超短纤维的质量。

使用静电发生器产生20-40KV的高压,超短纤维在静电的作用下定向垂直地植入涂有粘合剂(2)的基布(1)上,然后经焙烘冷却成型。
8.如权利要求7所述的“草坪结构”的纸尿裤导流层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述粘合剂(2)为聚丙烯酸树脂,采用喷胶法将粘合剂涂覆到基布(1)之上。
