Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携式电气设备,包括具有电驱动器的工具和提供该工具运转所必需的能量的电池。
背景技术
这种已知的便携式电气设备包括特定的工具和用于生成具有能够使得该工具正常运转的功率和电压特性的电流的电池,所述工具的致动器用来执行指定的任务(例如,链锯、圆锯、用于空中采集小农作物的梳刀、修整剪、线式割草机、绿篱剪、割灌机、电钻等)。
由于上述不同的工具和电池的运转参数对于每种应用都是指定的,因此当所述便携式电气设备将任何一种电池连接到任何一种工具时不可能获得令人满意的正常运转。
另一方面,对于新式电池和工具,需要:
-一直监视电池,不管是在其充电期间还是在放电期间,从而获得安全的运转并且获得所述电池的较长使用寿命,实际上,所述电池存在充电时的各元件的平衡、保护和运转的约束,这使得其必须一直被监视,而其放电参数应当适配于所使用的工具;
-也监视所述工具以优化其效率和使用寿命,事实上所述工具本身也必须具有考虑了与其关联的电池的安全和运转约束的运转参数。
在文件US 2006/0087285中,描述了一种包括电池、工具和充电器的便携式电气工具系统。根据该文件,电池与工具相连,但是除了运转之外不存在其他动作(特别是不存在对工具运转参数的修改)。其并未考虑从多个不同的工具中选出的非专用工具。
在文件US 2005/0048359中,描述了一种充电电池(工具)系统,其中提供了电池与该系统的其他元件之间的通信用以调整该电池或充电器的参数。在与工具通信的情况下,由电池来选用合适的工具运转参数。
上面两个文件存在一些不足之处,例如:
-无法为设备配备非专用工具,该非专用工具的固定运转参数与所用电池的特定运转参数不相对应;
-无法为设备配备非专用电池,该非专用电池的运转参数与所用工具的特定运转参数不相对应。
此外,不同工具的驱动需要使用多个具有不同重量和体积的电池。
另外,上述情形还具有下列缺点:
-在出现故障的情况下,使用者不具有能够使其获知其设备出故障的原因的中央信息;
-同样由于缺乏关于设备使用的中央信息而在提供维护和售后服务时造成困难并且增加了成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的特别是针对上述缺陷和不足的问题而提出一种解决方案。
根据本发明,通过一种便携式电气设备而达到了所述目的,该设备包括由电机(2)驱动的工具(1)和为所选工具的运转提供必需的能量的电池,所述工具是从包含其固有的运转参数和其固有的代码或标识装置的多个不同的(非专用)工具中选出的,所述便携式电气设备包括通信系统,该通信系统被配置成实现与彼此相连的电池和工具的类型、状态和运转有关的信息的交换并且按照需要来根据所述电池的特性适配所述工具的运转参数和/或根据所述工具的运转参数适配所述电池的运转参数,所述通信系统包括:
-用于控制和操纵所述工具的模块,该模块包括被配置成向所述电池传送与所述工具的类型、状态和运转有关的信息的电子卡;
-用于控制和管理所述电池的模块,该模块包括被配置成向所述工具传送与所述电池的类型、状态和运转有关的信息的电子卡。
根据另一个特征性安排,所述电池是从包括其固有的运转参数以及其固有的代码或标识装置的多个不同的(非专用)电池中选出的。
本发明具有许多优点。其特别能够:
-标识与所述电池相连的工具;
-识别与所述工具相连的电池;
-管理和调整所述电池和工具的运转参数以实现最优的效率、收益和使用寿命;
-针对同一个电池使用从多个具有不同运转参数的工具中选出的任一工具,或更简单地说允许针对同一电池使用不同的工具,该可能性相比关于获得包括专用电池和工具的便携式电气设备的当前需要而言能够大大降低设备成本;
-为驱动同一工具而使用从多个具有不同运转参数的电池中选出的任一电池,或更简单地说允许为驱动同一工具使用不同的电池,该性能也提供了相比关于获得包括专用工具和电池的便携式电气设备的当前需要而言大大降低设备成本的可能性;
-存储由所述工具和/或电池提供的信息并且之后在提供售后或维护服务时恢复该信息以更准确高效地进行诊断;
-例如借助于显示和/或发声警报器,在发生运转故障时实时传送信息给使用者。

应当指出,在下文以及权利要求中,“便携式电气工具”这一表述是指包括电驱动工具和生成该工具运转所必需的电能的电池的便携式组件。还应当注意,“不同的非专用工具”这一表述是指属于同一类型但以不同运转参数而操作的工具(例如具有不同功率的链式切割机1a),以及不同类型的工具,例如高枝锯1b(图3A)、用于空中采集小农作物的梳刀1c(图3B)、割灌机1d(图3C)等;这个列表并不是限制性的。另一方面,“不同的非专用电池”这一表述是指具有不同运转参数并且不是专用于驱动具有与它匹配的运转参数的工具的电池。
应用本发明的便携式电气设备包括由电驱动器2驱动的工具1和生成该工具运转所必需的能量并且可借助于电线4连至该工具的电池3。
有利地,并且特别地作为开始:
-工具1可以是从包括其固有的运转参数和其固有的代码或标识装置的多个不同的非专用工具1a、1b、1c、1d、...中选出的任一工具,和/或
-电池3可以是从包括其固有的运转参数和其固有的代码或标识装置的多个不同的非专用电池中选出的任一电池。
有利地,为非专用工具1a、1b、1c、1d的运转提供必需的能量的电池3是可充电的锂电池或聚合物锂电池,例如文件WO 2005/053 915中所描述的电池。更一般地说,它可能涉及一种与其他金属或三元化合物有关的锂(Li)电池,例如铁锂(Li-Fe-Po4)、锰锂、钴锂、三元合金锂(Li、Mn-Ni、Co-O2)等。
根据另一个特征性安排,通信系统包括:
-用于控制和操纵工具1的模块,其包括被配置成向电池3传送与该工具的类型、状态和运转有关的信息的电子卡5,和
-用于控制和管理电池3的模块,其包括被配置成向所述工具传送与该电池的类型、状态和运转有关的信息的电子卡6。
根据另一个特征性安排,根据本发明的便携式电气设备包括通信系统,该通信系统一方面实现了与彼此相连的工具1和电池3的类型、状态和运转有关的信息的交换,另一方面按照需要来根据所述电池的特性适配该工具的运转参数和/或根据所述工具的运转参数适配该电池的运转参数。

-工具1包括代码或使得电池能够标识它的装置;
-电池3配备有用于识别该代码和/或该标识装置的识别装置或系统,并且该识别装置一旦与工具1电连接就被激活或标识;
-电池3包括代码和/或使得工具能够标识它的装置;
-工具1配备有用于识别该电池的装置或系统,一旦该工具与该电池电连接,该识别装置就被激活或标识。
由于根据本发明的通信和识别系统:
-每个工具可以向电池传送可由该电池读取和分析的信息,例如以一组电流和/或电压的变异的形式,优选地按照二进制模式,从而构成由该电池识别的标识码和/或与其匹配的运转参数有关的信息;
-每个电池可以向工具传送可由该工具读取和分析的信息,例如以一组电流和/或电压的变异的形式,优选地按照二进制模式,从而构成由该工具识别的标识码和/或与其匹配的运转参数有关的信息。
另一方面,这个通信系统能够管理和调整电池和工具的运转参数(例如安全、电流保护阈值、温度)从而实现最优的效率、收益和使用寿命。
根据另一个特征性安排,操纵所述工具的电子卡和/或管理电池的电子卡被配置成当使用设备时存储由该工具和/或电池发送的信息并且之后恢复该信息从而通过修复和维护服务来利用该信息。
根据另一个有利的特征性安排,操纵所述工具的电子卡和/或管理电池的电子卡被配置成当所述设备的组件出现运转故障时向配备有该设备的信号系统实时传输信息,该信号系统可以是发声警报器、闪光指示器、显示器等等。
优选地,操纵所述工具的电子卡和/或管理电池的电子卡被配置成使得工具与电池之间的信息交换由用于电子地控制和操纵工具的模块来控制。在该情况下,由该工具来控制通信并且向电池请求信息:
-在工具运转时请求,和
-在便携式电气设备运转期间以规律的时间间隔请求,该电池一直保持监听以随时接收、分析和处理由该工具传送的信息。
根据另一个特征性安排,所述工具与电池之间的接口是用有线连接实现的。
根据另一个实施例,所述电池与工具之间的信息交换是用无线连接来实现的。
实现电池与工具之间的信息交换的有线连接可以以不同的方式实现,例如:
-借助于下列技术之一、用供电导线4a’、4a”工具向电池或从电池向工具(图2A)传送信息:
-载波电流,
-供电电压调制,
-分析工具的消耗电流和/或电池电压演变,
-借助于参考电压0伏且级别为0/5伏的单个专用导线4b的数字模式连接,其例如能够实现电池与工具之间的双向通信(图2B),
-借助于参考电压0伏的两条专用导线4c’、4c”的同步模式或差分模式的连接,一条用于工具到电池的通信,另一条用于电池到工具的通信(图2C),
-借助于参考电压0伏的两条专用导线4d’、4d”的数字模式连接,一条用于工具到电池的通信,另一条用于电池到工具的通信(图2D),
-借助于参考电压0伏的四条专用导线的差分模式连接,两条(4e’)用于工具到电池的通信,两条(4e”)用于电池到工具的通信(图2E)。
可以应用电池与工具之间的不同的无线连接模式以实现所述设备的这两个组件之间的信息交换,例如:
-光连接(红外线等),
-电磁波连接,
-通过IRDA或WIFI或蓝牙或ZIGBEE等系统实现的连接,等等,这些不同的通信模式具有它们的指定的协议和所应用的软件。
Claims (13)
1.一种便携式电气设备,包括由电机(2)驱动的工具(1)和为所选工具的运转提供必需的能量的电池(3),所述电池(3)是从包括其固有的运转参数和其固有的代码或标识装置的多个不同的非专用电池中选出的,所述工具是从包括其固有的运转参数和其固有的代码或标识装置的多个不同的非专用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d、...)中选出的一个工具,所述不同的非专用工具是属于同一类型但以不同运转参数而操作的工具或不同类型的工具,所述便携式电气设备包括通信系统,该通信系统被配置成实现与彼此相连的所述工具和所述电池的类型、状态和运转有关的信息的交换并且按照需要来根据所述电池的特性适配所述工具的运转参数和/或根据所述工具的运转参数适配所述电池的运转参数,所述通信系统包括:
-用于控制和操纵所述工具的模块,其包括被配置成向所述电池传送与该工具的类型、状态和运转有关的信息的电子卡(5),
-用于控制和管理所述电池的模块,其包括被配置成向所述工具传送与该电池的类型、状态和运转有关的信息的电子卡(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式电气设备,其特征在于:
-所选的非专用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)包括代码和/或使得所述电池能够标识它的装置,
-所述电池(3)配备有用于识别该代码和/或该标识装置的识别装置,该识别装置一旦与所选工具电连接就被激活或标识,
-所述电池包括代码和/或使得所选工具能够标识它的装置,
-所选的非专用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)配备有用于识别所述电池的识别装置,一旦所述工具与该电池电连接,该识别装置就被激活或标识。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式电气设备,其特征在于,所述电池(3)是从包括以下电池的一个组中选出的:锂离子电池、聚合物锂电池、铁锂电池、锰锂电池、钴锂电池、以及与三元合金有关的锂电池。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式电气设备,其特征在于,用于操纵所选的非专用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)的所述电子卡(5)和用于管理所述电池(3)的所述电子卡(6)被配置成当使用所述设备时存储由所选工具和/或所述电池所提供的信息并且之后恢复该信息以通过修复或维护服务来利用该信息。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式电气设备,其特征在于,所述电子卡被配置成使得所选的非专用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)与所述电池之间的信息交换由用于操纵所选工具的系统来控制。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式电气设备,其特征在于,所选的非专用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)与所述电池(3)之间的接口是通过有线连接(4)来实现的。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式电气设备,其特征在于,所选的非专用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)与所述电池(3)之间的信息交换是通过无线通信系统来实现的。
8.根据权利要求6所述的便携式电气设备,其特征在于,实现所选的非专用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)与所述电池之间的信息交换的有线连接是借助于下列技术之一、用从所述工具到所述电池或从所述电池到所述工具的供电导线(4a’、4a”)来实现的:
-载波电流,
-供电电压调制,
-分析所述工具的消耗电流和/或所述电池的电压演变。
9.根据权利要求6所述的便携式电气设备,其特征在于,实现所选的非专用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)与所述电池(3)之间的信息交换的有线连接是借助于以下专用导线来实现的:
-在数字模式下,借助于参考电压0伏且级别为0/5伏的单个导线(4b)来实现,该导线能够实现所述电池与所述工具之间的双向通信,或
-在同步模式或差分模式下,借助于参考电压0伏的两条导线(4c’、4c”)来实现,一条用于所述工具到所述电池的通信,另一条用于所述电池到所述工具的通信,或
-在数字模式下,借助于参考电压0伏的两条导线(4d’、4d”)来实现,一条用于所述工具到所述电池的通信,另一条用于所述电池到所述工具的通信,或
-在差分模式下,借助于参考电压0伏的四条导线来实现,两条(4e’)用于所述工具到所述电池的通信,两条(4e”)用于所述电池到所述工具的通信。
10.根据权利要求7所述的便携式电气设备,其特征在于,所选的非专用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)与所述电池(3)之间的信息交换是通过光连接系统来实现的。
11.根据权利要求10所述的便携式电气设备,其特征在于,所述光连接系统是红外线。
12.根据权利要求7所述的便携式电气设备,其特征在于,所选的非专用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)与所述电池(3)之间的信息交换是通过电磁波连接系统来实现的。
13.根据权利要求7所述的便携式电气设备,其特征在于,所选的非专用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)与所述电池(3)之间的信息交换是通过IRDA、WIFI、蓝牙或ZIGBEE系统来实现的。
