Abstract
一方では、前記工具のタイプ、状態、および動作に関する情報を電池に伝送するように構成された電子基板(5)を含む、工具の制御命令モジュールを含み、
他方では、前記電池のタイプ、状態、および動作に関する情報を工具に伝送するように構成された電子基板(6)を含む、電池の制御管理モジュールを含む、携帯電気器具である。
Description
安全な動作を得ると共に電池の寿命を延ばすために、充電段階でも放電段階でも電池を常に監視する。実際、電池は、動作上の制約、安全上の制約、および充電時に諸要素を均衡させるという制約があり、そのために、放電パラメータを使用工具に適合させることが必要である一方で、常に電池を監視しなければならない。
固定された動作パラメータが使用電池の特別な動作パラメータに対応しない非専用工具を器具に装備することができない。
動作パラメータが使用工具の特別な動作パラメータに対応しない非専用電池を器具に装備することができない。
故障した場合、ユーザは、器具がうまく動かない原因を知ることができる集中情報を持たない。
同様に器具の使用についての集中情報がないために、メンテナンスおよびアフターサービス作業が難しく、コストがかかる。
一方では、前記工具のタイプ、状態、および動作に関する情報を電池に伝送するように構成された電子基板を含む、工具の制御命令モジュールを含み、
他方では、前記電池のタイプ、状態、および動作に関する情報を工具に伝送するように構成された電子基板を含む、電池の制御管理モジュールを含んでいる。
・電池に接続された工具を識別することができる。
・工具に接続される電池を認識することができる。
・最適の有効性、効率、および寿命のために工具および電池の動作パラメータを管理および調節可能である。
・同一の電池で、異なる動作パラメータを有する複数の工具の中から選択された任意の1つの工具を使用し、あるいはより簡単には、同一の電池で異なる複数工具の使用を可能にし、この可能性によって、専用の1つの工具と1つの電池とからなる携帯電気器具を得るための現在の必要性に比べて設備コストを相当に削減することができる。
・同一工具の作動のために、異なる動作パラメータを有する複数の電池の中から選択された任意の1つの電池を使用し、あるいはより簡単には、同一工具の作動のために異なる複数電池の使用を可能にし、この機能は、また、専用の1つの工具と1つの電池とからなる携帯電気器具を得るための現在の必要性に比べて設備コストを著しく減らすことができる。
・より正確でより有効な診断のために、工具および/または電池から供給される情報を記憶し、後でメンテナンスサービスまたはアフターサービスの作業時にそれらを再生することができる。
・動作トラブルがあった場合は、たとえば音響警報機および/または表示手段を介して、リアルタイムでユーザに情報を伝達することができる。

他方では、電池のタイプ、状態、および動作に関する情報を工具に伝送するように構成された電子基板6を含む、電池3の制御管理モジュールを含んでいる。
工具1は、電池によるその識別を可能にするコードまたは手段を含む。
電池3は、この識別コードおよび/または識別手段の認識手段またはシステムを含み、この認識手段は、工具1に電気的に接続されるとすぐに作動または識別される。

デジタルモードでは、1つは工具→電池の通信のためで、1つは電池→工具の通信のための、0ボルトが基準の2個の専用導線4d’、4d”を介した接続(図2D)
差動モードでは、2つ(4e’)が工具→電池の通信のためで、2つ(4e”)が電池→工具の通信のための、0ボルトが基準の4個の専用導線を介した接続(図2E)

Claims (13)
- 電動機(2)により作動される工具(1)を含む携帯電気器具であって、この工具が、固有の動作パラメータと固有の識別コードまたは識別手段とを含む非専用の異なる複数の工具(1a、1b、1c、1d、...)の中から選択された1つの工具と、選択された工具の動作に必要なエネルギーを供給する電池(3)とから構成され、前記携帯電気器具が、一方では、相互接続される工具および電池のタイプ、状態、および動作に関する情報交換を可能にするとともに、他方では、必要に応じて、前記電池の特徴に応じて前記工具の動作パラメータを適合可能にし、および/または前記工具の動作パラメータに応じて前記電池の動作パラメータを適合可能にするように構成された通信システムを含み、前記通信システムが、
一方では、前記工具のタイプ、状態、および動作に関する情報を電池に伝送するように構成された電子基板(5)を含む、工具の制御命令モジュールを含み、
他方では、前記電池のタイプ、状態、および動作に関する情報を工具に伝送するように構成された電子基板(6)を含む、電池の制御管理モジュールを含む、携帯電気器具。 - 電池(3)が、固有の動作パラメータと固有の識別コードまたは識別手段とを含む、非専用の異なる複数の電池の中から選択された1個の電池から構成可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の携帯電気器具。
- 選択された非専用の工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)が、電池によりその識別を可能にするコードおよび/または手段を含み、
電池(3)が、この識別コードおよび/または識別手段の認識手段を備え、この認識手段が、選択された工具に電気的に接続されるとすぐに作動または識別され、および/または
電池が、選択された工具によりその識別を可能にするコードおよび/または手段を含み、
選択された非専用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)が電池の認識手段を含み、この認識手段が、電池に電気的に接続されるとすぐに作動または識別されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の携帯電気器具。 - 電池(3)が、たとえばリチウムイオン電池またはリチウムポリマー電池、またはリチウム鉄電池、リチウムマンガン電池、またはリチウムコバルト電池、または3成分系合金に結合されるリチウム電池等の、リチウム電池から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の携帯電気器具。
- 選択された非専用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)を制御する電子基板(5)と、電池(3)を管理する電子基板(6)とは、器具の使用時に選択された工具および/または電池から供給される情報を記憶するように、また、メンテナンスサービスもしくは修理サービスによる利用を可能にするために後でこれらの情報を再生するように、構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の携帯電気器具。
- 前記電子基板の双方は、選択された非専用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)と電池との間の情報交換が、選択された工具の制御システムにより操作されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の携帯電気器具。
- 選択された非専用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)と電池(3)との間のインターフェース接続が有線接続(4)により行われることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の携帯電気器具。
- 選択された非専用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)と電池(3)との間の情報交換が、無線通信システムにより行われることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の携帯電気器具。
- 電池と選択された非専用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)との間の情報交換を可能にする有線接続が、工具から電池へ、または電池から工具へ、パワー導体(4a’、4a”)を介して、以下の技術すなわち、
搬送電流
供給電圧の調整
工具の消費電流および/または電池の電圧変化の分析

- 電池(3)と、選択された非専用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)との間の情報交換が、無線接続システムにより実施されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の携帯電気器具。
- 電池(3)と選択された非専用工具(1a、1b、1c、1d)との間の情報交換が、IRDAシステム、またはWIFIシステム、またはBLUETOOTHシステム、またはZIGBEEシステムにより実施されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の携帯電気器具。
