背景技术
释放产品通常包含设有硅酮涂层的纸。然而,塑性材料也可以被用来代替纸。释放产品被用作自粘标签的背衬纸,自粘标签可以是纸或者是塑性材料。释放产品和附着在释放产品上的表面材料形成自粘层压薄片。与这种产品有关的问题在于硅酮涂层趋于移动通过该基体。在生产过程中或者是在层压薄片被卷绕至辊后(表面材料的表面和释放产品的第二面在辊上互相接触),层压薄片的表面材料可能会被硅酮污染。这会导致例如在打印或敷金属层时产生问题。为了避免这些问题,开发了本发明的释放产品。
发明内容
释放产品的特征在于其包括被直接应用于释放产品的第一面或者释放产品的第二面的涂层,涂层包括二氧化硅颗粒和粘合剂。
在可能造成问题的硅酮产生有害的影响之前,涂层将其吸收。由此避免了打印的问题。
涂层包括无机颗粒和粘合剂。无机颗粒包含二氧化硅(SiO2)颗粒。二氧化硅颗粒可以是二氧化硅凝胶、胶质二氧化硅、沉淀二氧化硅或气相二氧化硅。二氧化硅凝胶是高吸收性的二氧化硅。替代地或者除二氧化硅颗粒以外,氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)颗粒也可以被应用。
优选的二氧化硅颗粒是多孔无定形硅酐颗粒,即二氧化硅凝胶。颗粒的平均粒度可以从0.3到20μm,优选0.3到10μm,更优选的平均粒度是从0.3到8μm。表面积可以是至少200m2/g,优选至少300m2/g,并且体积密度至少0.15g/cm3,优选至少0.30g/m3。例如,平均粒度是4μm、表面积是340m2/g和体积密度是1.77g/cm3的产品很适用于这个目的。
粘合剂形成了二氧化硅颗粒的介质。粘合剂优选包括天然聚合物或其衍生物,例如淀粉、羟甲基纤维素(CMC),或者它们的混合物。淀粉是相当便宜的材料以供使用,而CMC使得涂层边界的流动性更好。
除了二氧化硅颗粒外,涂层组分可以包含其它无机颗粒(例如高岭土或滑石粉)来增加涂层的抗渗透性。涂层组分还可以包含针对涂层的部分可给涂层带来抗渗透性的介质。这种介质可以是例如聚乙烯醇或苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物。
进一步,涂层组分可以包括交联剂,它的量与包含天然聚合物及其衍生物的粘合剂的总量是相关的。涂层组分中的交联剂的目的是防尘和防止粘附到砑光辊。
涂层被直接应用于基体上,即没有例如塑料层位于基体(即基纸或其它合适的基体材料)和涂层之间。然而,在基体和涂层之间可以有表面胶料层或其它涂覆层。涂层通常是一层涂料,但是多层涂料也是可以的。
基纸可以是玻璃纸或压延纸。硅酮层被应用于纸的第一面并且被固化。涂层通过已知的下述方法被应用于释放纸的第二面:例如刮刀涂布、气刷涂布、帘式涂布或在膜压机或施胶机中的涂布。涂层也可以被应用于位于硅酮涂层下面的释放纸的第一面,即在硅酮层和基体之间。然而,涂层优选被应用于释放纸的第二面。涂层的克重可以从0.7到1.4g/m2。
当基体不同于纸时,关于这种基体也可以应用所有上述的因素。

下面,本发明将通过一个实施例来描述。
实施例
释放纸通过利用表1中列出的涂料配方来涂布
1、涂料组分的代表性组分至少包括二氧化硅颗粒和包含淀粉或其衍生物、CMC、或它们的混合物的粘合剂。通常还有交联剂来防尘和防止粘附到砑光辊。涂料组分也可以包括不同于二氧化硅颗粒的无机颗粒,例如高岭土。
表1.涂料组分
表中的数字是总量(=100wt.-%)的重量百分数。基纸是克重为64g/m2的玻璃纸。涂层的克重是1.1g/m2。
使用的二氧化硅颗粒的平均粒度约4μm,表面积约340m2/g和体积密度约1.77g/cm3。
涂料组分被应用于释放纸的第二面。所有的涂层显示出所需要的性能,即涂层有效的吸收污染物。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于自粘标签的释放产品,包括基体,基体提供有硅酮涂层作为释放层,基体具有第一面和第二面,释放层被应用于基体的第一面,其特征在于释放产品包括涂层,所述涂层被直接应用于基体的第二面,涂层包括二氧化硅颗粒、交联剂和粘合剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的释放产品,其特征在于二氧化硅颗粒是多孔的二氧化硅颗粒,其具有从0.3到20μm的平均直径和至少200m2/g的表面积。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的释放产品,其特征在于粘合剂包括天然聚合物或其衍生物。
4.如权利要求3所述的释放产品,其特征在于粘合剂包括淀粉、羟甲基纤维素或它们的混合物。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的释放产品,其特征在于涂层包括高岭土或滑石粉。
