Abstract
本发明公开的海芦笋运动饮料,其各成份配比按重量计,海芦笋原汁5%~15%,蔗糖3%~8%,食用香精0.001-0.1%,其余为水。由于海芦笋本身含钠、钾、钙、镁等电解质均是天然生物盐,与现有技术添加的普通的无机盐相比,更安全,更有营养,更易于被人体所吸收,有助于延缓疲劳发生和促进疲劳恢复,预防流汗过多而产生的耗气伤阴和食欲下降,有利运动过程中和运动后水分和电解质的补充。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料,尤其是以滨海盐生植物为原料提取植物生物盐进而开发的海芦笋运动饮料。
背景技术
运动饮料是根据运动时生理消耗的特点而配制的,可以有针对性地补充运动时丢失的营养,起到保持、提高运动能力,加速运动后疲劳消除的作用,因此它应具备:一定的糖含量、适量的电解质、无碳酸气、无咖啡因、无酒精等基本要求。GB 15266-2009中将运动饮料定义为:营养素及其含量能适应运动或体力活动人群的生理特点,能为机体补充水分、电解质和能量,可被迅速吸收的饮料。新标准中首次强调了运动饮料被机体迅速吸收的特点。随着我国大众健身运动的深人发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,同时伴随着社会压力的增加,越来越多的人倾向于将运动作为健身、减压的好方法。因此,人们对运动饮料的需求越来越大,要求越来越高。
当前,市场上的运动饮料也是琳琅满目,每种都各有特点,然而,这些不同种类的运动饮料中大部分都是靠外源添加无机盐、维生素、矿物质等来达到相应电解质和营养素的要求。这些添加物质多为化学合成或无机物,不易被人体吸收,甚至不利于人体健康,而且也无法进一步满足人类对氨基酸、蛋白质及多种维生素和微量元素的摄入要求。
海芦笋,又名海蓬子,是地球上迄今为止报道过的最耐盐的陆生高等植物种类之一,由于其丰富的营养成分,又有“海虫草”的美誉。它含有人体必须的无机元素Na、K、Ca、Mg等,其中Na约占其干重的1/5-1/20,K约占其干重的1/50-1/100,不同于普通的无机盐,它主要以生物有机盐的形式存在。而且它含有18种基本氨基酸,其中有8种人体必需氨基酸;还含有丰富的维生素、微量元素、矿物质、脂肪和蛋白质,其中胡萝卜素含量超过普通蔬菜的40倍;维生素C的含量也非常丰富,是大白菜的2倍;此外还含有天然的植物保键盐和天然的皂角苷,能有效降低血管壁上胆固醇,起到降压、降脂、减肥、促进肝脏新陈代谢的作用。特别是对于从事运动或体力活动的人群,吸食海芦笋中生物盐和弱碱性有机营养成分,不仅可以迅速补充流失的电解质(主要是氯化钠,其次是微量的钾、镁、钙等)和维生素,从而达到缓解疲劳的目的,而且还可预防因流汗过多而产生的耗气伤阴,食欲下降。因此,海芦笋是加工运动饮料的绝佳原料。但是,到目前为止,还未见有相关的产品报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种海芦笋运动饮料。
本发明的海芦笋运动饮料,其各成份配比按重量计,海芦笋原汁5%~15%,蔗糖3%~8%,食用香精0.001-0.1%,其余为水。
所述的海芦笋运动饮料的制备方法按以下步骤进行:选用海芦笋果穗形成前的营养生长期内采集的肉质脆嫩的未木质化的地上部分制备的质量好的原汁或浓缩汁,称取蔗糖和食用香精,按前述配方加水勾兑而成。
海芦笋运动饮料也可以加工成主剂的形式,饮用或罐装时再加水稀释。主剂的生产工艺与其饮料相同,只是减少水的用量。为便于运输,主剂也可进一步制成粉剂,临用时加水稀释。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:由于海芦笋本身含钠、钾、钙、镁等电解质均是天然生物盐,与现有技术添加的普通的无机盐相比,更安全,更有营养,更易于被人体所吸收,有助于延缓疲劳发生和促进疲劳恢复,预防流汗过多而产生的耗气伤阴和食欲下降,有利运动过程中和运动后水分和电解质的补充。本发明的海芦笋运动饮料,相关指标符合最新运动饮料国家标准GB15266-2009。
具体实施方式
实施例1
海芦笋运动饮料,其各成份配比按重量计,海芦笋原汁10%,蔗糖5%,薄荷脑0.003%,其余为水。把原料、配料过滤或溶解后加入调配罐,加水勾兑而成。检测其糖度及试饮品是否符合运动饮料国家标准GB 15266-2009,然后进行超高温瞬时杀菌,温度控制在100℃-135℃,时间控制在15秒-30秒,然后进行在86℃-90℃罐装、封盖、冷却。
